The population in this study was students of the economics education study program, faculty of economics, Jakarta State University. One hundred eleven students and a total sample of 87 respondents. The sampling technique used proportional stratified random sampling with a significance level of 5%. The results of partial hypothesis testing show that the academic self-concept variable has a negative and significant effect on academic anxiety as evidenced by the tcount < ttable (-3.101 <1.66298), the academic interest variable has a negative and significant effect on academic anxiety is proven by the value of tcount < ttable (-2.339 < 1.66298), the variable of parents' academic expectations has a positive and significant effect on academic anxiety as evidenced by the value of tcount < ttable (0.690 < 1.66298 ), social support variable has a negative and significant effect on academic anxiety as evidenced by the value of tcount < ttable (-3.322 <1.66298) and simultaneous hypothesis testing shows that academic self-concept, academic interest, parents' academic expectations, and social support simultaneously influence academic anxiety as evidenced by the value of Fcount > Ftable (5.782 > 2.48). Abstract

One global goal to achieve is decent work and economic growth. Economic growth from one period to another reflects the achievement of a country's economic development. The factors of production owned by a country are used to produce goods and services, which will then determine the country's competency in economic growth within a certain time. This study aims to determine the effect of foreign direct investment (FDI), external debt, and trade openness (TO) on economic growth in emerging market countries with the Covid-19 pandemic as a dummy variable. The analysis technique in this study uses the least squares method, or Ordinary Least Square (OLS), for the dummy variable multiple linear regression model. The results of this study indicate that foreign direct investment (FDI), external debt, trade openness, and the Covid-19 pandemic simultaneously (together) affect economic growth. Foreign direct investment (FDI) and trade openness positively affect economic growth in emerging market countries. It is shown from the regression coefficient values that are equal to 2.044 and 5.248. Meanwhile, external debt and the Covid-19 pandemic had a negative (opposite) effect on the economic growth of emerging market countries. It is shown from the results of the regression coefficients, which are -0.007 and -2.018

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of learning motivation and self-efficacy on learning discipline with school environment moderation in class XI students of SMA Negeri 79 Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire method. The total population in this study was 248, with a sample of 153 students using simple random sampling techniques. Data analysis is carried out by the SEM-PLS method. The results showed a positive and significant influence on learning motivation on learning discipline (r = 0.459, p-value = 0.000) and a positive and considerable influence of self-efficacy on learning discipline (r  = 0.202, p-value  =  0.00 6). The school environment does not moderate or does not affect the result of learning motivation on learning discipline (p-value = 0.184). The school environment does not make reasonable or does not affect the impact of self-efficacy on learning discipline (p-value = 0.506).   These findings suggest that the school environment can not solely affect student learning discipline

Tourism significantly contributes to the country's development, especially in economic growth. The tourism industry significantly declined in 2020 when the epidemic occurred, and implemented lockdown procedures worldwide. In Indonesia, tourism contribution decreased by about Rp. 27.5 billion to GDP. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence visitor satisfaction which in this study are seen in the three independent variables that affect the dependent variable. The independent variables in this study are attractiveness, facilities, and accessibility. At the same time, the dependent variable in this research is visitor satisfaction. The research method used in this study is used quantitative methods. The data collection technique was using a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were people who had visited Cisaat village with a minimum of 100 respondents. Questionnaires were distributed, and collected 121 respondents who have been tested with validity and reliability tests before trying data analysis. Based on the results of the validity and reliability tests, it is known that the measuring instrument used in this study is valid and reliable, so it is feasible to use as a measuring tool. Then the data analysis was used using multiple linear regression techniques. The study results showed that the variables of attractiveness, facilities, and accessibility positively and significantly affect visitor satisfaction in the Cisaat tourism village

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT.Aqiqah86 Tangerang Selatan, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is descriptive with an associative approach. At the same time, obtaining data is done by distributing questionnaires to 60 company respondents who then analyzed the effect partially and simultaneously using regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with t-test and F-test. Employee Performance, For the partial hypothesis test results obtained by the value of t count > t table (8.675 > 1.669), it can be concluded that Ha1 is accepted, or the Work Environment variable (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The Effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance, for the partial hypothesis test results obtained by the value of tcount,> ttable (8.165 > 1.669), it can conclude that Ha2 is accepted or the Work Discipline variable (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The results obtained are Farithmetic = 49,472 > 3.15 or (Farithmetic > Ftable) so that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. It means that there is a positive and simultaneous influence between Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Aqiqah86 Tangerang Selatan
