Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is a Narrative Literature Review on the implementation of quality assurance in vocational school, to describe the obstacles encountered in building a school management system to improve the quality of education services. considering that there is still a public opinion that the quality of education services is not optimal. The type of method used is a qualitative method. An apparently poor quality record will be corrected through continuous quality performance. Efforts to achieve quality planned by the school education quality assurance team, set forth in a quality implementation planning document, include the following steps: establishing quality standards, mapping quality, preparing quality compliance plans, conducting quality compliance, and assessing quality compliance

Abstract

Education is one of the goals of life of the community both from the past until now. Education itself in its implementation really needs quality that guarantees that those who do it can be guaranteed quality and knowledge. Quality management is one of the things that underlies the quality of education. How this quality management will improve quality, equality, needs and what is needed for the smooth running of education and of course education that should be enjoyed by the community. And this quality management will affect the quality of a school itself.

Abstract

In faing global competition, of coures consumen awareness is increasing on product quality, therefore companies neede to pay attention to the quality of the products they produce. The consistent implementation of a quality management system affects product quality and costumer satisfaction. The standard dor international quality management that is commonly used is ISO 9001:2015, for this reason, companies need to receive international recognition stating that the product and systems used comply with the standards. Marketing management plays and important role in implementing the system to determine market conditions and demands as well as designing strategies to achieve company targets. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of implementing a quality management system in supporting marketing activities and the supporting and inhibiting factors for its application. The type of research used is descriptive and analyze using quantitative methods. The data collection technique was carried out in the manner proposed according to the table for the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 in marketing.

Abstract

Abstract - The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the influence of motivation, work discipline and work environment on teacher performance on 3 (three) articles. This narrative literature review aims to identify and summarize previously published articles without any criticism for the articles reviewed. The type of research used in these 3 articles is quantitative research. Teachers are the spearhead in improving the quality of education, especially in providing motivation to students so as to improve the quality of education. Work discipline is one of the factors that affect teacher performance. Thus schools that in the teaching and learning process grow discipline will function as a shaper of individual values and norms, self-mastery, attitudes and responsibilities for a teacher. A comfortable environment causes the level of teacher concentration in teaching to increase and these conditions can increase productivity.

Abstract

Abstract - The purpose of writing this article is to describe the application of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system to 3 (three) articles. This data collection technique by way of documentation, interviews, and observation. It is used to get the required information. In this modern era, all forms of service activities related to ensuring customer satisfaction are a must for an educational institution, both government and private. Likewise in academic services in schools, where implementation must guarantee the process of teaching and learning activities that aim to increase customer satisfaction. To support the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 to improve the quality of academic services in elementary schools requires a very high commitment from all school members, superior quality human resources, completeness of adequate infrastructure and an environment that provides comfort and calm in learning activities, so that the implementation of ISO to run smoothly. The research results show that the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system is going well. This is proven by the existence of school efforts that always maintain customer trust, curriculum that is in accordance with improving the quality of education, running programs and targets that have been set, always involving school members, ongoing evaluation, solving problems using existing data and facts and the existence of cooperation what schools do with outsiders.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk meriview suatu buku dengan upaya untuk memahami suatu narasi ilmiah dari buku yang berjudul “Tuhan, Maaf Aku Kurang Bersyukur” : Bukan kebahagiaan yang melahirkan rasa syukur, Tetapi rasa syukurlah yang melahirkan kebahagiaan” yang ditulis oleh Malik al Mughis. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini dengan memahami dengan bersyukur akan membuat hidup lebih bahagia. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan metode analisis isi (analysis content) yang dilakukan terhadap buku tersebut. Buku ini membahas mengenai rasa bersyukur, karena dengan itu kita dapat mendapatkan nikmat dan kebahagiaan dari Allah Swt. Kebahagiaan dari Allah Swt dapat tercapai jika kita memiliki rasa bersyukur atas semua nikmat dan menjadikan akhirat sebagai tujuan hidup. Buku ini membahas tentang membangkitkan rasa bersyukur manusia demi untuk mendapatkan kebahagiaan hidup yang selama ini mereka cari karena dengan bersyukur itu akan membuat hidup kita menjadi lebih bahagia. Dengan adanya buku ini dapat memberikan kita motivasi kepada pembaca atas rasa syukur yang diberikan oleh Allah Swt., dengan nikmat yang diberikan oleh Allah Swt., bahwa kita sebagai manusia harus dapat bersyukur dengan apa yang telah diberikan oleh yang maha penguasa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of quality management in hotels. The data used in this study aims to describe the forms of management responsibility, resource management, product realization processes, measurement, analysis and improvement in hotels. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data obtained will be tested for its validity using source and technique triangulation, in which the researcher compares the data obtained from the informants and the observations to check the correctness of the data. The results of the study show that the quality management system in hotels has been formally implemented but the factual implementation has not fully proceeded according to procedures. Therefore, the organization needs to establish a special quality team and regularly remind employees about the importance of following the rules that have been set. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the linkages between transformational leadership, innovation, and organizational learning in improving individual and group performance. This study uses a narrative literature review approach to analyze relevant studies, with research data coming from indexed academic literature over the past ten years. The analysis focused on identifying the relationships, mediating and moderating factors among the three elements. The results show that transformational leadership has a significant impact on individual performance, both directly and through the mediation of innovation and organizational learning. Innovation acts as a catalyst that strengthens the relationship between leadership and performance, while organizational learning helps improve adaptation to technological change and external dynamics. The implications of these findings include the importance of developing an adaptive and innovative organizational culture, particularly in the education sector. In conclusion, this study makes significant theoretical and practical contributions by offering a new conceptual framework for understanding the interaction between leadership, innovation and organizational learning. The findings are relevant to support managerial strategies in creating a collaborative, innovative and sustainable work environment in the digital era.

Abstract

Transformational leadership has been widely recognized as an effective leadership style in driving innovation, improving performance, and shaping adaptive organizational culture. This article aims to comprehensively examine the influence of transformational leadership on innovation, performance, and organizational culture through a literature review. This research identifies four key dimensions of transformational leadership-idealized influence (charisma), inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration-that contribute to the achievement of organizational goals and individual development. The results of the literature review indicate that transformational leaders are not only able to improve performance and drive innovation, but also build an organizational culture that supports collaboration, openness to change, and empowerment of team members. The practical implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing transformational leadership skills to create an environment that motivates employees, encourages creativity, and ensures the sustainability of innovation in organizations. In addition, this study also provides insight into the role of readiness to change in enhancing transformational leadership effectiveness. Theoretically, this article enriches the literature on transformational leadership, providing new perspectives on the application of this leadership style in the context of dynamic organizational change.
