The development of technology began in primitive times along with human civilization, starting from conventional technology and evolving into an all-digital and sophisticated technology. Technology is a set that helps daily human activities. Of course, this will also impact human behaviour and civilization because technology affects the human experience using technology. Technology is included in all lines as a symbol of the progress of civilization and has a positive impact. However, technology that is considered the progress of the times has a negative impact, namely the destruction of nature due to technological destruction, such as global warming, consumerism, addiction, depression, and FOMO, which become problems due to the use of technology. Technology will affect the experience so that it affects the individual human person. Therefore, a development centred on the human point of view has a bad impact because everything is measured from the human point of view. As a result, nature is damaged, and many plants, the environment, and animals die, many animals die. Technology becomes an instrument that leads humans to destruction and arrogance, and arbitrary actions become human nature. Behind the technology behind bringing benefits, some things must be paid for. So there is a need for a discourse on development change by looking at all aspects so that the location of the problem can be known. Overcome, it is necessary to have a discourse on the ethics of responsibility, namely by looking at the negative impact before it happens. So that the development paradigm can be reviewed and practically, individuals can think of undesirable things to avoid.

Batik Air's check-in counter service has not been maximized. Like when checking in the old officer in handling passengers. because there is only 1 check-in counter which results in a relatively long queue buildup. The purpose of this study is to (1) find out how is the check-in counter service of for Batik Air passengers at Komodo Airport (2) Labuan Bajo and their level of satisfaction on the service. This study uses a qualitative approach. The results of this study, for the Check-in Counter service is good and is in accordance with the provisions of PM No. 49 of 2012 and Doc. No: TND/SOP-01. From these results, the average passenger who uses Batik Air Airlines is satisfied with the services provided by the Batik Air Airlines check-in counter

The purpose of this study: to analyze retail management at Adi Soemarmo International Airport, Surakarta; Describe the benefits of retail, supporting factors and inhibiting factors of retail management. This type of descriptive qualitative research. The results showed: Retail management planning, organizing, directing and supervising. An important benefit of retail at the airport is that passengers make it easier to find products. Supporting factors for managing retail promotions, large number of passengers, attractive physical evidence, and quality workforce. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for managing retail where rent is expensive, access to the airport is not as easy as having your own retail store, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of passengers has dropped drastically.

This study aims to see how the influence of service excellent ground handling officers on passenger satisfaction at Sultan Babullah Airport, Ternate. The sampling technique in this study is a probability sampling technique with a simple random sampling method, the number of samples obtained is 100 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire with the analytical methods used, namely validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, and t test (partial). The results of the simple linear regression test show that there is a unidirectional effect, which means that service excellent has a positive effect on passenger satisfaction. The results of the t-test show that the significance value is <0.05 and the tcount > ttable value. This shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the study concluded that service excellent had a significant effect on passenger satisfaction at Sultan Babullah Airport, Ternate.

This study aims to determine how to determine aircraft parking stands at Sultan Hasanuddin Airport Makassar, how to coordinate the AMC unit team in handling aircraft parking, to find out the obstacles faced, to find out the efforts made by AMC officers to overcome problems when handling aircraft parking stands. This research uses a qualitative research type. The data used in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used a qualitative descriptive method with the Miles and Huberman model, namely reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions/verification. Test the validity of the data using the triangulation method. The results showed that AMC officers had fully coordinated with related units in handling aircraft parking, but there were several obstacles such as oil/fuel spills on the apron and lack of coordination between airlines and AMC units, as well as departure and arrival schedules that were not in accordance with the schedule. Efforts made by AMC officers are optimizing the use of aircraft parking stands, communicating and coordinating well with related parties, and always conducting routine inspections in the apron area.

In principle, roads in Tolitoli Regency have been equipped with a drainage system. From the results of the field survey, the data needed as a reference for evaluating the drainage system are obtained, namely the dimensions of the channel, the area of the study area as primary data and land surface elevation, population data as secondary data. The data obtained were analyzed in order to obtain different soil surface heights, different heights at each point of the drainage channel, the dimensions of the current drainage channel along with the depth of sediment in the drainage channel, so that the cause of the malfunction of the drainage system can be determined. The cause of non-functioning drainage in urban residential areas is due to sedimentation at the bottom of the channel which causes drainage not optimal. So it is necessary to maintain the function of the existing drainage channels in urban residential areas so that they can function optimally.

Implementation oh health protocol at citilink airlines, all officers who work in airport area or all prospective to comply with the health or SOP protocols of the pandemic. Applying health protocols is expected to minimize the spread of the covid-19 virus and create a world of aviation. This research is a qualitative kind. The method for collecting data in this study is interviews, observation, documentation, and library studies. The purpose of the study is to know how the application of health protocols to citilink airlines, and how the application of health protocols to the word of aviation will affect aircraft. Studies show that the application of health protocols in citilink airlines corresponds with the same SOP as it does. Based on the findings of the researchers, prospective passengers object to, regulations that require every prospective passenger to perform PCR.

The implementation of control of the movement of aircraft, vehicles and on the apron must be monitored by the relevant Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers in maintaining and improving the security and traffic safety of the movement of aircraft, vehicles and people, so as to create aspects of security, safety and smoothness on the air side. especially on the apron. This study aims to determine the provision of safety for personnel, vehicles and equipment while on the apron because there is no service road, and to determine the parking arrangements for pilot school aircraft by Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers. The study used qualitative research methods, using the Triangulation method. The results showed that 1) Aviation safety on the air side is the most important part in the implementation of flight activities, 2) Training aircraft parking is carried out by training instructors from each pilot school and has been determined by AMC officers. If there are additional aircraft, there will be a change in the parking system, where the AMC unit plays a role in taking over the task of parking the aircraft.

The Covid-19 virus is a pandemic has lasted from December 2019 until now, at this time Covid-19 is declared to have become endemic because the handling can be controlled. The Covid-19 virus pandemic that occurred hhad an impact on the air transportation mode sector due to the rapid soread of the Covid-19 virus. Rapid test sereological is on of the methods to detect whether there is Covid-19 virus transmission in a person’s body. This study aims to determine how much influence the implementation of the Rapid test has on passenger satisfaction in the new normal era at Adi Soemarmo International Airport, Solo. This study uses quatitative reserch by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 96 respondents to all passengers at Adi Soemarmo Airport solo, in analyzing the data the instruments used are validity test, reliability test, simple linier test, t test and R square determination test. The results of this indicate that there is a significant effect between the influence of the Rapid test on passenger satisfaction and evidence that it has The results of determinant coefficient in this study obtained a determinant value of 0,389 which means that magnitude of the effect of the variable rapid test (X) on the passenger satisfaction variable (Y) is 38,9% at Adi Soemarmo International Aiport Solo.

This study aims to find out how the Government's Strategy in Controlling and Structuring Street Vendors in Susumbolan Market, this study uses qualitative descriptive. The obstacles encountered in the field are the lack of communication carried out by the government in controlling and structuring street vendors, lack of awareness of traders, lack of facilities and infrastructure. Efforts made by the government in controlling and structuring street vendors are through increasing socialization to street vendors. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Government's Strategy in Controlling and Structuring Street Vendors in the Susumbolan Market can be said to be quite good.
