<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of the Mediating Role of Earnings Management in the Relationship between Firm Size and Firm Performance with Corporate Governance Mechanisms as Moderating Variables. The sample in this study was BUMN based on purposive sampling in the 2016-2019 period. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The analytical technique used in this research is regression analysis using the WarpPLS 8.0 program. The results of the study indicate that the size of the company does not have a significant effect. Earnings Management can mediate the relationship between company size and company performance and The The Corporate Governance mechanism can be a moderator.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this literature study is to investigate the role of social support correlation between work-family conflict on job stress. The literature study was based on 17 empirical studies from any national and international journals. Data collected by using search engine methods. The results suggest that work-family conflict had a positive relationship with job stress. Enacting dual social support (work and nonwork-related social support) can be a positive resource for reducing the adverse effects of job stress and work-family conflict effectively. <![CDATA[In achieving the target of tourism contribution to GDP which reaches 12%, several tourism development strategies are needed. This research aims to determine how the development of community based tourism in Pekasiran Village. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. In this research, it is more focused on village government, local communities, and POKDARWIS. The results research is that the village government carried out its role by facilitating the formation of Pokdarwis and taking policies in terms of the distribution of benefits and the results of managing tourism objects in the form of economic improvement. Pokdarwis carries out the role by encouraging and motivating the community to develop tourism objects. Local communities are also involved in planning and decision-making in the process of developing tourism objects, which in this case means that the tourism development process in Pekasiran Village has involved the active participation of the surrounding community. ]]>

<![CDATA[West Sumatra as a province in the State of Indonesia uses the term Nagari system for the lowest administrative area where the BUMdes program in West Sumatra is also referred to as Badan Usaha Milik Nagari (BUMNag). The purpose of this study is to analyze the existence of Badan Usaha Milik Nagari (BUMNag) in increasing Nagari income in Nagari Tabek Patah, Salimpaung District, Tanah Datar Regency, to find out the obstacles faced and provide efforts in developing Nagari-Owned Enterprises (BUMNag) in increasing Nagari income. in Nagari Tabek Patah, Salimpaung District, Tanah Datar Regency. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The results of the discussion of this study that the existence of Badan Usaha Milik Nagari (BUMNag) in increasing Nagari income in Nagari Tabek Patah, Salimpaung District, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra Province can be said to be still not visible due to several obstacles from various factors. The recommended efforts in this paper include, among others, the need to conduct a briefing for BUMNag management who will manage BUMNag on a regular basis so that BUMNag management can run well. Choosing good Human Resources (HR) for the advancement of BUMNag in the Tabek Patah Nagari Government so that they can contribute to increasing Nagari's Original Income. It is necessary to speed up the process of forming new BUMNag to replace the previous BUMNag that had suffered losses so that the existence of the Tabek Patah BUMNag could look good and develop in order to increase Nagari's original income.]]>

<![CDATA[Efforts to increase Village Original Income are managing village assets professionally, utilizing village assets optimally and requiring community participation support. The fact is that there are still some villages whose asset inventories are less than optimal, thus triggering conflicts over village asset problems in the future. The type of data in this research is quantitative data, the data source of this research is primary data. The sample of this research was conducted in 12 villages, 4 sub-districts. The results of this study indicate that Community Participation and Optimization of Village Asset Utilization have no significant effect on Village Original Income. While the Professionalism of Village Asset Management has a positive effect on Village Original Income. Thus there is only one variable that has a positive and significant effect on Village Original Income.]]>

<![CDATA[The research objective is to improve problem-solving skills and learning motivation with the Problem Based Learning based on the scientific approach to probability material in grade XII. This type of research is classroom action research with two cycles, with each cycle containing four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data collection used a problem-solving ability test and a learning motivation questionnaire. The research sample is students of grade XII MIA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Tikep. From the research results in the first cycle, the average value of problem-solving abilities increased by 8.22, from 58.21 to 66.43. Then continued improvement in cycle II, with the average value of problem-solving ability increased by 16.97, from 65.71 to 82.68. While the learning motivation questionnaire results show an improvement in students' average response of 28%, from 59% to 87%. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning model can improve problem-solving abilities and student motivation.]]>

<![CDATA[Food crops are commodities that have an important role in regional economic development because they have comparative and competitive advantages. The city of Padang is one of the centers for the development of food crops in West Sumatra Province, especially rice plants. The purpose of the study was to calculate food crop commodities as the leading commodity in the city of Padang, and measure the magnitude of the development (trend) of the leading commodity of food crops in the city of Padang. Secondary data is used in the study, namely rice production data for 2016-2020.analysis Location Quetion and Least Square Method were used as data testing tools. The results showed that the leading commodity of food crops was rice in the city of Padang. Meanwhile, the trend of rice production tends to decrease production by 4.367 tons (2021-2025). ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of the HPP Law (Harmonization of Tax Regulations) after PP 23 on MSMEs during the Covid-19 Pandemic. In this research use qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques as well as observation and documentation. The results showed that after the researchers conducted an analysis of the HPP Law on three MSMEs in Sumenep Regency during the Covid-19 Pandemic, where two of the informants said it had a negative impact because they felt they did not receive sociealization where their business locations were far from the city and were also ignorant and One resource person said that it had a positive impact because this resource person, although he did not know the impact of the HPP Law, said he thought it would help MSME actors in overcoming economic problems with the HPP Law policy.]]>

<![CDATA[Aviation Security Unit (AVSEC), plays an important role in supporting aviation security in this regard. Aviation safety disturbances such as passengers with sharp objects, alcohol, and lighters that endanger flight safety. The approach used is qualitative. Primary data sources from interviews with five sources using triangulation reliability test. Secondary data in the form of documents, books, journals and regulations as complementary and complementary data for writing this research. The results of the investigation show that AVSEC officers have the ability (skill, attitude, knowledge) to carry out security missions to ensure flight safety and security. AVSEC's performance at Labuan Bajo Airport complies with AVSEC's performance regulations and SOPs for the 3 Shift system.]]>

<![CDATA[Analysis of the Volleyball Skills Index for Volleyball Extracurricular Students at SMP Negeri 1 Maniangpajo, Maniangpajo District, Wajo Regency. Research on the volleyball skill index of students participating in volleyball extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 1 Maniangpajo, Wajo Regency, aims to find out how good the volleyball skill index is. with a survey method on all students participating in volleyball extracurricular activities, with a sample of 20 people. Using a volleyball skill test instrument Age 13-15 Years Center for Physical Refreshment and Recreation of the Ministry of National Education in 1999. These include: Passing down, Passing up, serving down, serving up, and Smash. Furthermore, data analysis using descriptive statistics are percentages. The result is the volleyball skill index of the volleyball extracurricular students of SMP Negeri 1 Maniangpajo, Maniangpajo District, Wajo Regency. "Medium" category with the highest frequency of 13 (65%).]]>
