This research aims to analyze the commercialization of vaccines delivered in the news of Omicron variants in Indonesia on online media. This research is descriptive qualitative research using critical discourse analysis. Data from this study is vocabulary and grammar (lexicogramatics) in the news of Omicron variants in Indonesia on online media derived from news text in written online media detik.com and liputan6.com published during January 2022. The results of this study include ways detik.com and liputan6.com in constructing the commercialization of vaccines in the news of Omicron variants in Indonesia using lexical and grammatical analysis from Roger Fowler's model. Both online media use the construction of passivation grammar with the most findings. On the site detik.com found the use of this criterion as much as 14 data from 24 units of data with a percentage of 58.3%. While on the liputan6.com site found as many as 12 data from 34 units of data that included criteria for grammatical construction with a percentage of 35.3% in showing the commercialization of vaccines in the news about Omicron variants in Indonesia during January 2022. On the other hand, detik.com does not make the vocabulary of discourse battles a priority in its reporting while liputan6.com does not make marginalization vocabulary a priority in its reporting. This illustrates that each media has its own way of constructing a meaning, especially about the commercialization of vaccines that are the topic of this research

Hotels are key component of tourism industry and tourism industry is strongly reliant on them. The tourism industry and the hotel sector are most closely related. Corporate social responsibility is a key strategic resource in the hospitality sector. This study intends to investigate probable causes of guests' favorable opinions of hotel. The suggested approach covers environmental CSR, charitable CSR, physical quality, employee behavior, customer satisfaction, brand attitude, and revisit intention. Using samples of domestic and international hotel guests who visited Bali, Indonesia, the model is put to the test. Testing of the model made in this study resulted in customers satisfaction and revisit intention positively influenced by CSR philanthropy. According to hypothesis testing, Environmental and Philanthropy CSR are more important to hotel guests' satisfaction and revisit intention than service quality and brand attitude.CSR is regarded as a valuable resource, especially in the service industry. Only a few research have looked at the combined effects of brand attitude and service quality, in contrast to earlier research that concentrated on CSR activities and service quality. Therefore, the goal of this study is to investigate the possible reasons for hotel customers' positive perceptions of the establishment. The suggested model considers CSR efforts, service encounters, customer happiness, brand attitude, and intention to return. Samples of Indonesian and foreign hotel clients are used to test the model. In tests of the proposed model, path coefficients from CSR activities (environmental and philanthropic), but not from physical quality, staff behavior, and brand attitude provide meaningful results. According to hypothesis testing, perceived environmental and philanthropy CSR support are more important to customer satisfaction and intent to return than physical quality, employee behavior, and brand attitude. From these findings, it shows that hotels need to make better CSR strategies, especially in CSR philanthropy. CSR can be a good marketing tool to "attract customers" to the hotel industry. The findings have crucial significance for researchers studying the impact of CSR initiatives on customer behavior to effectively manage customers' pleasant experiences with amenities and workers, as well as hotel brand sentiment. This research also has an impact on the hotel industry in deciding a better CSR strategy considering its positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer revisit intention. CSR is a topic that is frequently brought up by the hospitality sector, particularly hotels. By highlighting the essential elements of hotel patron behavior, current CSR literature supported by this study

Topical capsaicin with high concentrations (8%) is effective in the treatment of pain in Post-Herpetic Neuralgia (PHN) and HIV-Associated Distal Sensory Polyneuropathy (HIV-DSP) patients. High concentrations of capsaicin encapsulated in transfersome nanovesicles aim to reduce the irritating ability of capsaicin when using as drugs. Gel preparations were chosen in the formulation because they are non-sticky, easy to wash, easy to apply, and more practical. The components contained in the gel affect the stability of the gel. Physical and chemical stability tests need to be carried out to ensure the quality, safety and efficacy of the gel so that it meets the expected specifications during its shelf life. This study aims to determine the stability of selected gel formulas containing high concentrations of transfersome capsaicin. The selected gel formula is a gel containing a mixture of phosphatidylcholine (Phospholiphon 90G®) and Tween 80 (80:20). Stability was carried out at high temperature (40±2oC), room temperature (30±2oC), low temperature (5±3oC), and cycling test. The stability parameters tested included organoleptic, pH, viscosity, and assay. The results of the transfersom capsaicin gel stability test showed no change in pH, viscosity, and assay in all storage conditions, but the gel showed a change in color, smell, and taste when stored at high temperatures (40 ± 2oC). It can be concluded that the resulting capsaicin transfersome gel formula with a phospholipid:tween ratio of 80 (80:20) was less stable during 12 weeks of storage at 40 oC

Inflation is a monetary event that results in a decrease in currency value for certain goods. These incidents cause disruption to the function of money, distort prices, destroy output, undermine efficiency and productive investment, and cause social injustice. The method in writing this article is to use a literature study with a descriptive-analytic qualitative approach, namely research that is emphasized tracking and analyzing. Written sources and related reading material to the theme were discussed for further study and in-depth study. This research was conducted to examine Inflation and how to overcome it in Islam. Inflation is a condition where there is an increase in prices in general, and it takes place continuously. Inflation is also a state of continuous decline in the currency's value. In general, Inflation is caused by: the sizeable public Demand for an item, an increase in production costs, and the very high circulation of money in society. Meanwhile, according to Al- Maqrizi Taqyudin, in the Islamic economy, Inflation is caused by natural Inflation ( naturally ) and human error inflation (by humans). According to its nature, Inflation is divided into a creeping, medium inflation (galloping Inflation), and high Inflation (hyper). Inflation). The cause of Inflation is divided into Requests pull Inflation and Cosh push Inflation. According to the origin, Inflation is divided into Inflation originating from within the country and abroad. Meanwhile, according to public expectations, it is divided into Expected Inflation and Unexpected Inflation. in conventional economies, the way to overcome Inflation is by implementing monetary policy, fiscal policy, non - monetary/non-fiscal policies. In Islam, Inflation is overcome by printing low/minimal amounts of money, executing the Dues Idle fund strategy, and implementing fiscal policy

The prevalence of coronary heart disease in Indonesia increased from 0.5% in 2013 to 1.5% in 2018. The risk factor is most commonly found to be an increase in cholesterol. The increase in cholesterol can be overcome by utilizing processed bran oil (RBO) as a supplement. The purpose of this systematic review is to examine the effectiveness of bran oil against changes in total blood cholesterol concentration based on dosage. This systematic review method is carried out based on the PRISMA flow diagram. The literature eligibility criteria are determined based on the PICOS framework. Literature searches and searches are conducted on the Crossref, DOAJ, Google Scholar, ProQuest, PubMed, and Science Direct databases. The screening stage is carried out with the help of the Mendeley application. Data extraction results are analyzed by searching for equations, comparisons and synthesizing data. The results of five selected articles and all of them show that consuming RBO has an effect on changes in total blood cholesterol concentrations. There are four articles using the RCT design and one article using the experimental design. The preparations and doses identified were RBO preparations at a dose of 45 ml/day and gamma-oryzanol-rich RBO at a dose of 15 ml/day (20.000 ppm gamma-oryzanol). RBO consumption is effective against changes in total blood cholesterol concentration with the use of different doses. We recommend that the next systematic review can examine the effects of various doses of bran oil using meta-analysis
