Abstract

The availability of human resources has an important role to manage employees owned by the company in achieving company goals. Human resources owned by the company must be managed properly by the company, namely by developing employee skills and knowledge by providing job training, providing work motivation to employees, applying good work discipline, providing compensation for the workload, and providing an environment of comfortable work for employees and so on. One of the things that influences an employee's performance is their work environment. Employees will feel comfortable when working if the company has good workplace cleanliness, safety when working, as well as the availability of adequate work facilities to enhance employee performance. Work motivation, in addition to the work environment, is thought to be another factor that influences employee performance. Employees that are highly motivated at work are more likely to deliver excellent results. The purpose of this study is to see how the work environment, employee motivation, and employee performance at PT. X. influence each other. The descriptive and verification methodologies were utilized in the research. This study's sample was comprised of all employees at PT. X. Based on the findings of the study, it can be concluded that the work environment has a significant impact on employee performance at PT. X, that work motivation has a significant impact on employee performance at PT. X, and that work environment and work motivation have a simultaneous and significant impact on employee performance at PT. X.

Abstract

Because employees' potential must be able to be developed by the company, human resource management is a division that plays a role in developing the potential of every employee in the organization. Employees must always comply with the firm's policies and apply the applicable norms, and the organization must provide career growth to every employee with potential and achievement. Employee loyalty at Bank BNI KCU Garut should improve as a result of these two factors. The purpose of this research is to find out how to work discipline, career growth, and employee loyalty are affected by work discipline at Bank BNI KCU Garut. This study aims to determine how to work discipline, career development, and employee loyalty are related at Bank BNI KCU Garut, as well as to determine how to work discipline affects employee loyalty at Bank BNI KCU Garut, and how career development affects employee loyalty at Bank BNI KCU Garut, as well as to determine how the simultaneous influence of work discipline and career development on employee loyalty at Bank BNI KCU Garut. The descriptive and verification methodologies were utilized in the research. The population of this study is all employees at Bank BNI KCU Garut, whereas the sample is some employees at Bank BNI KCU Garut. Path analysis and hypothesis testing are used to process data. Based on the findings of the study, it can be concluded that work discipline has an impact on employee loyalty at Bank. BNI KCU Garut and the simultaneous influence of work discipline and career development on employee loyalty at the Bank BNI KCU Garut and the simultaneous influence of work discipline and career development on employee loyalty at the Bank Garut BNI KCU.

Abstract

Didorong oleh masalah kurang menariknya pelatihan yang pernah diikuti oleh para peserta maka BNN Jawa Barat bermitra dengan Universitas Widyatama menyelenggarakan pelatihan secara online yang dipersiapkan secara lebih seksama. Persiapan pelatihan secara online ini dilakukan dengan melalui pemilihan teknologi, desain konten, persiapan fasilitator, persiapan peserta, dan dukungan logistik. Artikel ini membahas secara rinci mengenai persiapan pelatihan dan kemudian proses evaluasi pelaksanaannya dengan menggunakan kuesioner secara elektronik. Diantara temuan yang didapat maka persiapan yang paling penting adalah dalam hal desain konten, pemilihan fasilitator, dan persiapan peserta Berdasarkan hal ini,  beberapa saran telah diajukan.

Abstract

The movement of cellular operators to other brands is of course a picture for the company. Therefore companies must be able to increase product innovation both from all aspects of the product attributes offered, such as service quality and pricing that meet consumer desires or needs for product variations. This study aims to determine whether brand switching behavior is really influenced by product attributes and also variety seeking, and researchers also use the consumer trust variable as a mediator. The research method used was a descriptive and explanatory survey with a total sample of 384 people. The results of the study prove that product attributes and variety seeking have a positive and significant influence in forming consumer trust, and consumer trust has a positive and significant effect in shaping brand switching behavior. It can be seen that this variable has the greatest test value so that it can be concluded that customer trust is a the biggest influence on brand switching on customers

Abstract

ABSTRACT Due to the growth of several service-related firms, particularly online transportation, businesses in this sector are now competing for the public's favor by providing high-quality services and building strong brands. Grab is one of the online transportation firms that focuses service quality and has one of the largest user bases in Indonesia, which shows that the company's brand image is strong. Based on this, this study seeks to determine how customer loyalty to Grab transportation services is influenced by service quality and brand perception. An associative quantitative approach was used for the research, and a total of 75 Grab users were included in the sample through the Google form. Multiple linear regression analysis is the method used for data analysis, and a partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test are also used (F-test). And the findings demonstrate that customer loyalty is influenced by service quality and brand perception. Keywords : Service Quality, Brand Image, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality, information quality on purchasing decisions through buying interest in online stores, case studies of electronic goods in the Shopee marketplace. The urgency of this research is that many consumers are complaining because the products and information submitted are sometimes not in accordance with the facts. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study is all customers who have purchased electronic products through the Shopee online shop. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a total sample of 180 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is linear partial (Partial Least Square / PLS). The results of this study show that: (1) there is a positive influence of product quality on purchasing decisions, (2) there is a positive influence of information quality on purchasing decisions, (3) there is a positive influence of product quality On buying interest, (4) there is a positive influence of product quality on buying interest, (5) there is an influence of product quality, quality of information on purchasing decisions through buying interest.

Abstract

Currently, many young people or better known as the millennial generation are entering the business world. Various fields are involved ranging from fashion, home furnishings to culinary businesses. But after they entered the business world, many felt inadequate because their business did not run even to bankruptcy. This is due to lack of knowledge about selling techniques. Not only good and cheap goods, but communication techniques, both verbal and non-verbal, are needed in the business world to attract consumers. This community service activity provides training on communication techniques, especially in the business world
