must know what factors affect the performance of teachers. The results of the analysis will be beneficial to make the education development program optimally and it is very necessary to advance the quality of education. Students need special attention from the government and society therefore the government regulates the improvement of the quality of teachers or teachers nationally through Law No. 20 of 2003 on National education system. In order to enforce the law, the government issued Regulation No. 19 of 2004 on the National Education standard. Therefore developed sebi student decision support system on the sma pancamarga 1 Lamongan using fuzzy.

This study aims to process and classify an opinion (Opinion mining), opinion is a subjective statement that reflects public sentiment or perception of the entity or activity. Most opinions has not been managed well, if The Opinions properly managed will provide important information can be used to make improvements toward better at an activity or program. This study focuses on the processing of opinions that come from public opinion In Lamongan against LGC program which includes cleanliness, green and financial. The study was divided into two phases, namely the training process to produce data (dataset) to perform the classification process and the subjective (datates). Both processes are aimed to extract attributes and object components that have been commented upon in any document and to determine whether positive or negative comments. The results of the subjective test classification using Multinomial Naive Bayes algorithm has a success rate above 80% classification accuracy when it is matched with the manual classification

The large number of library materials in the form of new book available in the library every year cause officer have difficulty in classification process book. Similarly, faced by librarian of Islamic University of Lamongan became the object of this research, determining the type or category of book at first the usual system. The process is made a lot of errors because it is based on the knowledge of officers from reading the title or the appropriate category so that makes it difficult for library users to find the materials needed. Application applied in the research is a data classification application that is done automatically using the application developed by Naive Bayes Classifier method with the application of client software web-based. Web-based server application function to input book by administrator and to classify data book based on the title. The author makes a special job stock information system (BKK) in STMIK YADIKA Bangil because the job search process for alumni students is currently running less effectively, alumni students should seek information to BKK officers, while BKK officers have to look for alumni data who have not got a job. Testing is the stage of software development used to determine whether a software is ready for release or not. In making test cases using reference activity diagrams and statechart diagrams, a help representation was made, ie State-Activity-Diagram (SAD). The generation of test cases using a reference between the statechart diagram and the status diagram is still inadequate because in the case of the test produced there is no test data. The selection of test data for many test cases will be tedious and time consuming. In this paper, it is proposed to generate test data automatically based on existing test cases. Test data created based on class diagrams, and data dictionaries. The test case data consists of inputs and results. First enter information about the functions involved in the test case into the SAD node so that the SAD-S Diagram is obtained. Second, after the process of making the test case is completed, the test data is made by looking at the data dictionary function so that the test data is formed.

Customer is a very important asset for the company. Having customers who are loyal to the company is an absolute and important for the progress of the company. This study aims to help companies, especially in the online shop to create a better customer management by identifying and grouping customers into several clusters or groups to know the characteristics of their loyalty to the company. The method used in this research is K-Means method which is one of the best and most popular method in clustering algorithm. To overcome the weakness of the K-Means method in determining the number of clusters, we use the Elbow method where this method gets the comparison of the number of clusters added by calculating the SSE (Sum of Square Error) of each cluster value. This research starts from collecting the necessary data and will be processed. From total transaction data 478 then done cleaning of data and result 73 data. Then the data processed with RapidMiner software from Cluster 2 up to 10 to search the data center of each cluster. From the calculated SSE value found that the best number of clusters is 3. The end result of the research is a Visual Basic based application program that is expected to provide ease in grouping or clustering customers. Software development method using Waterfall method.

The success of an organization or company is influenced by the competence of human resources in it in carrying out its duties. Assessment of competence in the company is very important because it is necessary to determine the level of competence of employees. So far, the competency level assessment is still done manually by providing certain criteria by the Personnel Department (HRD). The number of criteria and employees employed is quite difficult in the assessment of employee competency. In addition, the quality of employee work is also often changing. This is very influential on the future prospects of the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze and know the pattern of employee competency level. The research method used is Decission Tree Learning (DCT). The C4.5 algorithm is part of DCT. Algorithm C4.5, the data mining technique to create a decision tree that represents rules or rules. Of the 257 overall employee data is divided into two partitions, 80% for training data and 20% data testing. The result of application of algorithm C4.5 got its accuracy 80,39% with calculation of RapidMiner 5.3. This research produces a pattern of competency level that can be used by PT Multistrada Arah Sarana for employee monitoring process to determine whether or not to need training or promotion promotion

The scores management system conducted by the STMIK STIKOM Indonesia institution is still done manually, where the lecturer writes in the form of physical or paper assessment which is then re-input by the staff of the Academic Administration Bureau (BAAK) into the existing system. This has an impact on the ineffectiveness and inefficiency in the process of scores management and presentation in the form of report on the recapitulation of values that require long enough for the students. It takes a computerized system in the management of values that can accelerate the process of scores management, where the lecturers directly perform input and scores management into a system that is synchronized with the academic system as well as information in the form of a report of value to the party in need. The system to be designed and built is a web-based student information management system. In this study, the main objective is to facilitate lecturers and staff in the management of student scores and manufacture of computerized assessment report recapitulation.
