Abstract

In Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code, especially Article 281, criminal acts against the court process (contempt of court) are punishable by imprisonment for a maximum of 1 year or a fine of up to 10 million rupiah. The actions included in the offense of contempt of court, among others, are aimed at anyone who: Does not comply with a court order or a judge's decision issued for the benefit of the judicial process. Being disrespectful to judges or the trial or attacking the integrity or impartiality of judges in court proceedings; or Unlawfully record, publish directly, or allow for publication anything that can affect the impartial nature of judges in court hearings. The environment of the court body must be able to become a legal institution that is trusted by the public. These events should be viewed from the perspective of the "consequences" that events could have had. Some of the public are of the opinion that sometimes courts are not really a place to seek and find justice. This assumption arose because of a number of previous events. For example, there were cases of judges and other court officials who were tried and convicted of accepting bribes. Another incident, there are arrears of cases that are not terminated in accordance with the principle of simple and fast. Therefore, it is important to strengthen public trust. This is to reduce the number of contempt of court and to foster the public's desire to maintain and protect the honor of the court and judges from all forms of harassment.

Abstract

Recently, there has been a trend of developing Micro Modular Reactors in the Small Nuclear Reactor field that can produce up to 15 MW(e) of power. Micro Modular Reactor is the fourth-generation technology which is included in the sub-category of Small Modular Reactor or Small Modular Reactor. This reactor produces electricity and heat that is safe, clean and economical which is believed to be better than large-scale Nuclear Power Plants. Micro-reactors have several technological advantages in that they can be manufactured in a factory setting, transported and assembled more easily, and can be integrated with renewable micro-power grids. Through the literature study method, this research analyzes the prospect of using Micro Modular Reactor technology for military headquarters in order to support national defense. The results of the analysis of this study conclude that MMR technology is worth trying to be applied in Indonesia, especially for electricity generation in state institutions, but it is necessary to carry out a further feasibility analysis of the possibility of state losses as a form of the ideas put forward in this study.

Abstract

Technological sophistication brings the world community to be faced with the 6th generation of war, namely war involving the latest technology, artificial intelligence (AI), satellites, and robotics. This indicates that war has gone beyond conventional means, No. longer having to face each other or face to face as happened in the first generation of war. Although in several parts of the world the "classic" war still occurs, it is more sectoral in nature and only in local scale conflicts. The qualitative descriptive research method was chosen because the researcher wanted to get a description of Indonesian military research and development in dealing with the sixth generation warfare: the use of artificial intelligence in war operations. Given the dynamics of the world's rapid technological developments, the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) must be adaptable, one of which is by updating defense equipment that incorporates the concept of artificial intelligence (AI). The use of artificial intelligence by the TNI is a necessity, this is caused by increasingly sophisticated threat patterns, so the use of technology is very relevant to ensuring the security of border areas. Maintaining the integrity of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia is a "fixed price," and one of its forms is ensuring the security of the border area.
