Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with PLS 3.0 software. The research results prove that The Customer Satisfaction variable based on the statistical t value obtains a value of 0.174 < 1.96, so it can be stated that the Customer Satisfaction variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision. While based on the P-Value obtained 0.862 > 0.05, it means that the Customer Satisfaction variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision. The Technology Acceptance Model variable based on the statistical t value obtains a value of 2.99 > 1.96, so it can be stated that the Technology Acceptance Model variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision. While based on the P-Value obtained 0.003 < 0.05, it means that the Technology Acceptance Model variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision. The Product Quality variable based on the statistical t value obtained a value of 1.304 < 1.96, so it can be stated that the Product Quality variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision. Abstract

Problems threatening food security are reduced agricultural land and decreased production caused by climate change. In 2 years, the rice harvested area in Indonesia has decreased by around 6.33%. This research aims to know how food security is in Indonesia. The secondary data is then processed using the Microsoft Excel application and analyzed using Machine Learning in Rstudio. Several variables were examined, Population, Area of Harvested Land, Productivity of Rice Commodity, and Level of Disaster Risk. Based on the literature, a food security ratio is calculated to get the index that will explain the deficit or surplus of food availability. This research shows that the model has an accuracy rate of 93.4%. Strengthening the results given by the elbow method, the gap statistical method ensures that the optimal number of clusters recommended by machine learning is k2, so the next process is to group districts/cities into 2 (two) clusters.a model can be formed that can be used to predict the condition of food security fairly accurately (accuracy level 90%). Cities in Indonesia when clustered based on this research can optimally be divided into two clusters which show the deficit and surplus of food.

Abstract

The study investigates the changes in both the quantity and quality of land use in the Shaki district resulting from the increased level of social and economic development. Remote sensing was used to analyze the projects implemented under the State program 'Social and Economic Development of Regions,' assessing their impact on land use. The projects were categorized as either 'changing' or 'replacing,' based on their degree of impact, scale, and transformations between areas. The study also examined the population distribution by altitude zones and settlement levels. The satellite images were decoded and the land use areas were divided into classes. The level of land use between 2001 and 2020 was analyzed using the support vector machine (SVM) method to calculate the scale, difference, and regional growth rate of individual areas. The changes that occurred were identified and explained. Additionally, the transitions between categories were studied, the main changing and expanding areas were identified, and the increasing and decreasing tendencies between classes were examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of the Family Hope Program (PKH) on the welfare of beneficiary families in Banjarmasin City. This study uses descriptive research, while the research approach uses qualitative. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observations, and documents. From the results of this study, the family hopes the program, seen from the knowledge of PKH beneficiary families towards the program's objectives, was adequate. The independence and behavior change of PKH beneficiary families in accessing education and health services has been evident. They are greatly helped by this program so that it can ease their burden, especially for children's education needs and in accessing health services for pregnant and lactating women and early children under six years. In the short term, this program is quite effective because it can reduce the expenditure burden on beneficiary families even though increasing their income is only limited to the program's assistance. In contrast, in the long term, namely, to break the chain of Poverty and inequality, it has not been effective and takes a long time. Therefore, it is necessary to add a skill component and business funding assistance for people experiencing Poverty in order to create independence and realize community welfare.

Abstract

A notarial deed is authentic, so its manufacture must meet formal requirements such as Article 16 paragraph (1) letter m UUJN. This study aimed to determine whether the provisions of Article 16 paragraph (1) letter m of the UUJN can be fulfilled during an emergency such as the Covid-19 pandemic and whether the making of a notary deed can be done electronically. To discuss these problems, normative legal research is used, namely research on secondary data in the form of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The legal materials were collected through a literature study, then processed and analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The study results show that the provisions of Article 16 paragraph (1) letter m UUJN must be fulfilled even in emergency conditions such as the Covid-19 pandemic because it involves the authenticity of the notary deed. Then, a notarial deed cannot be done electronically because the normative juridical UUJN does not regulate this problem.

Abstract

Natuna Waters have a high potential for fishery resources, including fish, shrimp, and other marine products. However, the potential faces serious problems, such as overfishing, illegal fishing, and conflict between local fishermen and high-tech foreign fishermen. In this paper, we apply the DPSIR (Driving forces, Pressures, State, Impact, and Response) framework to analyze the potential and problems of Natuna fisheries resources. We identified the driving and pressure factors affecting the condition of the waters, as well as the resulting impacts. We also discuss the responses that have been and are being made to address the issue. The results of the analysis showed that Natuna waters are under great pressure from human activities, especially overfishing and illegal fishing, which harm the sustainability of fishing resources in Natuna. This paper contributes to the understanding of the potential and problems of marine resources of Natuna waters, as well as informing policymakers about the policies that need to be taken to maintain the sustainability of marine resources (especially fisheries) in the region.
