Abstract

Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian Lampung (eng. Institute for Agricultural Technology Assessment) also known as BPTP Lampung is one of the government agencies that need information systems in the management, selection, storage, and information dissemination. The application of information systems raises several risks that can disrupt activities and disadvantage in material/time for BPTP Lampung. The purpose of this research is to analyze the risk management information system of BPTP Lampung and find out the factors that affect risk occur by using NIST SP 800-30 method. The risk management information system of BPTP Lampung is implemented to anticipate the threat of risk with several stages are risk assessment, risk mitigation, and risk evaluation. There are 10 (ten) associated risks from research results, namely less communicative language, no backup of research data, no update data, multiple tasks and obligations, human error, internet access, error system, fires, natural disasters (thunderstorms, floods, earthquakes, etc.) and blackout. At a high level of risk is a less communicative language from research results by the researcher of BPTP Lampung and multiple tasks and obligations from the management of information system BPTP Lampung. The final result from the risk management of information system BPTP Lampung is a recommendation given to reduce the impact of risks that occur.

Abstract

The information system at the Department of Computer Science, University of Lampung has some data such as data about students, lecturers, courses schedule and  final assignments or theses. The information system contained in the Computer Science Department, University of Lampung is still not integrated between one system and another. This makes the existing data inconsistent so that there are some differences in data between systems. To solve this problem, a student data Application Service Interface (API) program with Representational Transfer State (REST) architectural style was created. Framework CodeIgniter (CI) will be used in the development of this application using the waterfall method. This research has succeeded in building thirteen APIs and tested using Postman software. System testing is also carried out using the equivalence partitioning method and system functional testing. Based on testing with the equivalence partitioning method and system functional testing, overall success was obtained at each API access point. The results of the API access will be sent in the Javascript Object Notation (JSON) data format.

Abstract

The health services is a place that provides health services which include inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. Inpatient is a service provided to patients, where the patient has to undergo a treatment process which is handled directly by a doctor in accordance with the complaint of the disease. Easy service and fast handling from the health care unit both in terms of rooms and from the patient side are of course very much needed by inpatients. The problem that occurs is that it is difficult for inpatients to know the availability of rooms, making it difficult for patients to undergo treatment. Apart from the availability of rooms, the inpatient registration system is still being used in paper format. This results in piles of patient files making it difficult to find patient data and causes errors to be encountered when making reports due to loss of patient files. In this research, an Inpatient Information System will be built that can be used by various health services so that all inpatient data in health services can be integrated into this system. The research method used in this research uses the waterfall method, which starts from the specification of user requirements, planning, modeling, construction and software implementation. This system is built using the Laravel Framework using the PHP language which is used to build web-based applications in a more structured way. This information system was built with the aim of helping and facilitating the services provided to patients in the health care unit. Both in terms of inpatient registration, making patient reports, managing patient data and the availability of inpatient rooms.

Abstract

The Computer Science Department Library of The University of Lampung has implemented a library information system. However, the library information system is only to simplify the book search process and is not yet able to display book information directly. Based on this system, to carry out borrowing and returning books, they still use manual methods, so that in terms of service time efficiency, of course, this is still less effective. For services to library users to be more effective, a digital library system is needed that can accommodate users' needs to access book collections online. The development of the digital library was made beforehand on a small scale which was specialized in the Computer Science Department, University of Lampung. This digital library was built using android and web-based programming with the Java programming language, Php, and MySQL database. The data collection method used is the observation and literature study method. The results of the literature study are taking references based on books, journals, and the internet which provide information about previous research regarding digital library applications as well as related information about Android, Android Studio, and language. Java programming. The results of this study indicate that the application has been successfully built using an online database, based on Android and can be run on a mobile device so that the application supports it to be used anytime and anywhere and also this library system makes it easy for admins to manage book data and make it easier to create library reports.

Abstract

Laravel is a framework based on the PHP programming language that can be used in making web-based applications that are very popular for use ranging from small-scale to large-scale projects. Applications developed using laravel can be used for the benefit of individuals or institutions to facilitate the data management process. The Al Quran Education Park of the Ad-Du'a Mosque as a non-formal educational institution has many students that need to be processed to make it easier for institutional leaders to determine policies. Data processing for students through a web application is considered very easy because it can be done online and more effectively. The data that is processed in this application is student data starting from the registration process to determining the study group. In determining the study group, the system admin will classify the data that has been collected from the registration process based on the age range and ability to read the Koran. The process of making this application uses the extreme programming method because this method is quite effective when used in developing small-scale applications. The stages in this method are planning, design, coding, test, then if it is appropriate then release the application. After going through the stages of making an application using this method, a web-based application is produced which can be used to manage student data at the Al-Quran Education Park of the Ad-Du'a Mosque.

Abstract

General election is a means of implementing people's sovereignty which is carried out directly, publicly, freely, secretly, honestly and fairly in the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. long. Candidate supporters have difficulty knowing the progress of the candidate's vote. The presence of technology such as Quick Count currently has important benefits in elections in every region, even at the level of the Presidential Election (Presidential Election). Many survey institutions such as LSI, LP3ES, Puskaptis, Cirus Surveyors Group, LRI and others conduct quick count surveys to find out the results of the Presidential Election. However, the results of the Quick Count that differ from several other survey institutions have triggered disputes between candidate supporters because they claim to be winners. Based on this, a Web-based General Election Real Count information system is proposed that can display the vote count results in detail at each TPS. In addition, it can be used as a comparison to the results of calculations made by the KPU.

Abstract

SMA Negeri (SMAN) 1 Liwa is a secondary education school located in the West Lampung Regency of Lampung Province. The current management of academic data in SMA Negeri 1 Liwa still implements manual methods. Thus, this research is conducted to build a web-based academic data management system for SMA Negeri 1 Liwa. It aims to digitally process administrative data, such as the data of lessons, students, teachers, classes, mutations, and student grade reports. The infamous waterfall method was applied to develop the system with the PHP and MySQL programming languages. Performance of the system was examined using the black-box testing method. From this study, a web-based system was successfully developed and can be accessed directly by the teachers and administrative staff.

Abstract

Tapis fabric is a Lampung tribe women's clothing in the form of a sarong made of woven cotton threads with a sugi motif or decoration, silver thread or gold thread with an embroidery system. Lampung tapis is the result of woven cotton threads with motifs, silver threads or gold threads and becomes the typical clothing of the Lampung tribe. Tapis fabric can be distinguished by shape and pattern, each type has its own special characteristics. This study aims to identify the tapis fabric using Edge Detection feature extraction and Probability Neural Network (PNN) classification. Experiments were carried out using 525 images data, 450 images became training data, while the other 75 images became test data consisting of 3 types of filters Bintang Perak, Gunung Beradu, and Sasab. The results of the experiment are quite good. The smoothing value applied to the PNN has an effect on the accuracy.

Abstract

The development of technology in modern times is very fast which has an impact on the business outsourcing. Information systems are the most important thing in a company to ensure the quality of information that is fast, precise, and accurate which can support the performance of the company's business processes. Information technology makes access to information very easy and fast. This makes the company able to compete with other companies and have competitive advantages in various things such as company performance and service. Therefore, the existence of an information system has become an absolute necessity for companies in carrying out their business processes. The information system needed in company outsourcing is a client data information system that can manage all information related to partners or potential partners in order to make it easier to obtain information related to clients. With the development of the Client Data Management Information System, it is hoped that it will facilitate PT. Hulu Balang Mandiri in managing client data and making decisions so that the company grows quickly.

Abstract

Data Management System of Event Organizer for notification of an event to the community based on the Igniter Framework code is done by utilizing the social media features. These data are stored in the form of recorded documents. This research seeks to build an event information system so that data management is easier so information access is faster. This system was developed by the waterfall method. Evaluation of the system in the aspect of appearance by the user shows the value which states that most people want this system to be made so that the community and event organizers are helped a lot. Software test results show that the functions of the Event Organizer Information System For Notification of an Event have been running well according to requirements. The conclusion is that this system is appropriate to be used to assist the work of organizers, event organizers, and users in holding events, finding events, and successfully organizing events.
