Abstract

Furniture catalogs display items statically in 2-dimensional form only. Buyers often want to observe furniture in a real room. Home-View application in this study can display 3D furniture objects as they want. Home-View App has been developed with Augmented Reality technology. Application is developed using the Vuforia SDK library and User Defined Target (UDT) method in the Unity3D software. UDT is utilized to display 3D furniture on a target like magazine and book covers. Home-View application has two menus namely Marker Katalog and HomeView. Marker Katalog serves as a method to view 3D furniture in a small form in the furniture catalog. HomeView serves as a way to view 3D furniture in the desired room. This application has a positioning feature on the x and y axis and rotating feature on the z axis. The application can run by displaying 3D furniture to its actual size at the HomeView menu and successfully displaying 3D furniture as listed on the catalog at the Marker Katalog menu.

Abstract

Tapis Fabric is a traditional clothing of the people of Lampung in the form of a shawl cloth or a sarong made of woven cotton thread with various motifs and ornaments, silver thread or gold thread by embroidered or punched. The pattern of filter cloth is quite complex, unlike the pattern of fabric in general, with its own uniqueness that has become the culture of Lampung society until now. This filter cloth will be investigated by identifying the three types of filter cloth, namely Sasab, Bintang Perak and Gunung Beradu and see the results of its identification. The method used to identify is by combining the Gabor Filter feature extraction method which has frequency and orientation parameters and Probability Neural Network classification methods. Previously, the combination of these two methods was used to identify objects with simple patterns. The results are quite good, such as detecting faces, leaf patterns, and other simple patterns. This research is expected to get maximum identification results on the filter cloth even though it has a pattern that is not simple and will be used as a research report to determine the suitability of the method used for the filter object.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis is part of computational research that extracts textual data to obtain positive, or negative values related to a topic. In recent research, data are commonly acquired from social media, including Twitter, where users often provide their personal opinion about a particular subject. Energy independence was once a trending topic discussed in Indonesia, as the opinions are diverse, pros and cons, making it interesting to be analyzed. Deep learning is a branch of machine learning consisting of hidden layers of neural networks by applying non-linear transformations and high-level model abstractions in large databases. The recurrent neural network (RNN) is a deep learning method that processes data repeatedly, primarily suitable for handwriting, multi-word data, or voice recognition. This study compares three algorithms: Simple Neural Network, Bernoulli Naive Bayes, and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) in sentiment analysis using the energy independence data from Twitter. Based on the results, the Simple Recurrent Neural Network shows the best performance with an accuracy value of 78% compared to Bernoulli Naive Bayes value of 67% and LSTM with an accuracy value of 75%. Keywords— Sentiment Analysis; Simple RNN; LSTM; Bernoulli Naive Bayes; Energy Independence;

Abstract

Car is an important transportation to support many activities in our daily life. There have been many variations of car based on models, price, specifications and so on. This study aims to implement the web-based Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to recommend a car based on some criteria. The decision is done based on the following criteria as price, brand, cylinder capacity, fuel consumption, and passenger capacity. We used the data of 254 model variants car from six famous brands (Toyota, Daihatsu, Mitsubishi, Honda, Suzuki, and Nissan). The experiments have been to see the effectivity of the proposed method by giving different weight priority value . The results show that the method work well to give recommendation that suits consumers' desires.Keywords: Analytical Hierarchy Process, Car, Decision Support System, MCDM.Mobil merupakan alat transportasi yang penting saat ini guna menunjang aktivitas maupun untuk memenuhi gaya hidup seseorang. Ada beragam jenis  mobil dengan model, merk dan spesifikasi tehnis lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan metode AHP berbasis web  untuk membantu merekomendasikan mobil yang sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen. Rekomendasi keputusan berbasisi 6 (enam) kriteria diantaranya harga, merk, kapasitas silinder, konsumsi BBM, dan kapasitas penumpang. Eksperimen  dilakukan dengan menggunakan data 254 varian model mobil dengan enam merk terkenal  Toyota, Daihatsu, Mitsubishi, Honda, Suzuki, dan Nissan). Hasil pengujian sistem telah bekerja dengan sangat baik. Pembobotan kriteria dan pemilihan alternatif sangat berpengaruh terhadap rekomendasi keputusan.Kata kunci: Analytical Hierarchy Process, Mobil, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, MCDM.

Abstract

In the last few decades, the use of household electronic goods (Air Conditioner (AC), Washing Machine, and Refrigerator) has increased significantly. Since these devices are used continuously, those might be very susceptible to damage. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system that capable to diagnose and provide information for possible solutions. The system adopts the forward chaining approaches  on the PHP language. The effectiveness of the system was evaluated by using 30 test problems (10 refrigerators, 10 washing machines, and 10 air conditioners). The experimental results are compared to those given by expert. It shown that the system can solve problems effectively.Keywords: Expert System, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics, Forward Chaining Dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, penggunaan barang elektronik rumah tangga (Air Conditioner (AC), Mesin Cuci dan Kulkas) meningkat meningkat sangat signifikan. Karena slat elektronik tersebut digunakan secara terus menerus, sehingga sangat rentan kerusakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangan system pakar berbasisi web yang mampu mendiagnosa kerusakan dan memberikan informasi solusi perbaikan yang mungkin dilakukan. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan mengadopsi metode penalaran maju (forward chaining) dalam bahasa PHP. Sistem diujicobakan dengan menggunakan 30 jenis kerusakan (10 kulkas, 10 mesin cuci dan 10 AC). Hasil yang diperoleh dibandingkan dengan hasil yang diberikan oleh pakar. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu membantu penyelesaian masalah secara efektif.Kata kunci: Sistem Pakar, Kecerdasan Buatan, Barang Elektronik, Forward Chaining

Abstract

Psychology test is intended to measure the differences between individuals to determine the reaction of the individual for a different situation which aims to assess someone's behavior. One of the most common psychological tests is the kraepelin test or newspaper test. Generally, this test uses several sheets of papers with numbers written in it. In this research, a web-based kraepelin test simulation was developed in order to accessible via computer or smartphone. User can do the test by selecting the kraepelin test menu, and then do the kraepelin test by adding two numbers. If the result of a sum was tens, write the last digit only within the specified time. The waterfall method is used to developed this system, where the stages consist of requirements analysis, design, implementation, and black box testing. The results of the black box test showed 80.88%. From this research, “stress test” simulation using kraepelin test on psychology has been developed to someone who will take a kraepelin test.

Abstract

Tapis fabric is a Lampung tribe women's clothing in the form of a sarong made of woven cotton threads with a sugi motif or decoration, silver thread or gold thread with an embroidery system. Lampung tapis is the result of woven cotton threads with motifs, silver threads or gold threads and becomes the typical clothing of the Lampung tribe. Tapis fabric can be distinguished by shape and pattern, each type has its own special characteristics. This study aims to identify the tapis fabric using Edge Detection feature extraction and Probability Neural Network (PNN) classification. Experiments were carried out using 525 images data, 450 images became training data, while the other 75 images became test data consisting of 3 types of filters Bintang Perak, Gunung Beradu, and Sasab. The results of the experiment are quite good. The smoothing value applied to the PNN has an effect on the accuracy.

Abstract

Sebagian besar masyarakat Desa Gunung Katun Tanjungan bekerja sebagai nelayan dan petani. Guna meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa, mahasiswa KKN Universitas Lampung Periode 1 Tahun 2022 membuat program kerja pelatihan pembuatan sabun. Di sisi lain, melalui produk sabun GKT SOAP dapat dijadikan salah satu produk unggulan dari Desa Gunung Katun Tanjungan. Selain itu, dilaksanakan pula kegiatan penanaman lubang biopori dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan daya resap air dan meningkatkan jumlah cadangan air dalam tanah yang dapat menunjang program desa yaitu penanaman 1000 tanaman alpukat.

Abstract

Video profil menjadi media yang semakin banyak digunakan dalam menyampaikan informasi terkait suatu organisasi, produk, ataupun jasa, terutama di era digitalisasi seperti saat ini. Penggunaan video profil di bidang usaha industri dikenal sebagai salah satu teknik mempromosikan produk secara singkat dan efisien, serta mampu menjangkau kalangan yang lebih luas. Pekon Wonodadi merupakan desa binaan yang memiliki banyak usaha kecil dan menengah yang dibangun oleh masyarakat. Sayangnya, penjualan dan teknik promosi yang dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha Pekon Wonodadi masih secara konvensional dan terbatas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat di salah satu desa binaan Universitas Lampung, yaitu Pekon Wonodadi, terkait pembuatan video profil usaha kecil dan menengah menggunakan Filmora 9. Kegiatan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan dalam kurun waktu 6 bulan telah berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan pelaku usaha Pekon Wonodadi serta membantu mereka untuk dapat memperluas promosi produknya dengan pengembangan video yang dapat diunggah di media sosial maupun situs lainnya.

Abstract

Guru dapat memperluas wawasannya dengan berbagai usaha yang mengacu pada penambahan pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan media pembelajaran setiap mata pelajaran yang diasuh, khususnya di SMK Surya Dharma Bandar Lampung. Namun para guru masih mengalami kesulitan dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran yang baik dan benar. Oleh karena itu, penting diadakan program pengabdian masyarakat untuk mendampingi para guru tersebut dalam penyusunan, pembuatan dan penggunaan media pembelajaran.Untuk kelompok materi yang bersifat aspek pengetahuan atau kognitif tentang teori-teori media pembelajaran dan fungsinya, para peserta yang memperoleh nilai cukup baik pada saat pre test hanya mencapai 2 orang atau 13,33% dari 15 orang peserta. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan berdasarkan hasil post test yang dilakukan, peserta yang memperoleh nilai cukup baik sebanyak 13 orang atau 86,67%. Dengan demikian diperoleh hasil atau peningkatan sebanyak 11 orang atau 77,33% dari seluruh peserta.
