Abstract

Integrated center “pangudi Luhur” Bekasi Is an institution that specifically serves the need for social welfare services (PPKS), PPKS is a group, community of people who have obstacles, difficulties, or distractions, unable to carry out their social functions, so they need social services to meet their needs his life both physically and spiritually as well as socially adequately and fairly. Along with the development of technology, PPKS data processing, both registration, progress, and complaints, has not been managed properly in a computerized way, still using paper so that workers really need time to find the PPKS data. So for this reason, a PPKS data processing information system was created to help process PPKS data processing, developments and complaints using a web-based program. The method used in this preparation is the waterfall method. The stages of waterfall development are Analysis, Design, Coding, Unit testing, Maintenance. At this stage of web design using UML, namely: Usecase Diagrams, Squence Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Deployments and ERD. As for the programming support, the Codeigniter Framework is a result of the system being able to provide a web for the integrated “pangudi Luhur” Bekasi center for data processing and PPKS complaints.

Abstract

The world of education is the birthplace of state servants and the instrument for forming the personality of the state. Schools are the most important places where Indonesia's "state builders" must strive to bring this country to world competition. This study aims to apply the C4.5 algorithm in determining student achievement predictions at SMPN 51 Jakarta. The method used in this study is the C4.5 algorithm, which is one of the most popular and effective machine learning algorithms for decision making. Algorithm C4.5 is used to build a predictive model of student achievement based on various relevant attributes, such as attendance, attitude scores, and extracurriculars. the results of the implementation are carried out using the Data Mining Rapid Miner software, where the results will later prove that the results of the analysis carried out by applying the C4.5 algorithm are in accordance with the results of the implementation. The results obtained are the "Extra Curricular" attributes which become leaves or leaves. Then the attribute "Alpha" gets the highest gain value with a result of 1. Then "Alpha" becomes the last B root node. Then the attribute "Alpha" SB becomes the last root node that gets the highest gain value with a result of 0.468995594. Then the attribute "Alpha" with a value > 0 has an unachieved answer or "NO" and with a value <= 0 has an achievement answer.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the user satisfaction of the McDonald's application in East Jakarta using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. Respondents were asked to fill out the UEQ questionnaire consisting of 26 questions related to six user experience factors, namely attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, stimulation, dependability, and novelty. The results of the UEQ analysis show that each user experience variable has an average value above 0.8, indicating positive satisfaction from users of the McDonald's application in East Jakarta. The attractiveness variable obtained a value of (1.421), perspicuity variable (1.445), efficiency variable (1.465), stimulation variable (1.445), dependability variable (1.421), and novelty variable (1.338). This study concludes that the McDonald's application has achieved good results in user satisfaction in East Jakarta, with a positive relationship between attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, stimulation, accuracy, and novelty variables. These findings can be used by McDonald's to enhance the user experience by improving aspects that still need enhancement.

Abstract

Abstract - The Indonesian government has determined that by the end of 2023 all health service facilities in Indonesia must implement electronic medical records or RME. Electronic medical records using information technology in the form of information system applications. The medical record information system (SIRM) manages various data such as patient identity notes and documents, examinations, treatment, procedures and other services that have been provided to patients. SIRM is one of the most promising components in health information technology. To support this government program, researchers developed a medical record information system that can be used by health service managers in general. This information system carries the concept of a web-based application which provides ease of implementation and access by users. The system created includes recording patient data, registering health services by patients, recording medical records, and calculating service bills paid by patients.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan pengguna aplikasi McDonald's di Jakarta Timur menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Responden diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner UEQ yang terdiri dari 26 pertanyaan terkait enam faktor pengalaman pengguna yaitu daya tarik, kejelasan, efisiensi, stimulasi, ketepatan, dan kebaruan. Hasil analisis UEQ menunjukkan bahwa setiap variabel pengalaman pengguna memiliki nilai rata-rata di atas 0,8, menunjukkan adanya kepuasan yang positif dari pengguna aplikasi McDonald's di Jakarta Timur. Variabel daya tarik mendapatkan nilai (1,421), variabel kejelasan nilai (1,445), variabel efisiensi nilai (1,465), variabel stimulasi nilai (1,445), variabel ketepatan nilai (1,421), dan variabel kebaruan nilai (1,338). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa aplikasi McDonald's memperoleh hasil yang baik dalam kepuasan pengguna di Jakarta Timur, dengan adanya hubungan positif antara variabel daya tarik, kejelasan, efisiensi, stimulasi, ketepatan, dan kebaruan. Hasil ini dapat digunakan oleh McDonald's untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna melalui peningkatan aspek-aspek yang masih perlu ditingkatkan.
