Abstract

This research is quantitative in nature with a descriptive approach, aiming to evaluate the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. COPX Bandung. The method employed in this research is quantitative, collecting data from 50 members of the company's team as the sample. The analysis results prove that motivation and work discipline have a relevant or significant impact on employee performance. Employees with high motivation and work discipline tend to demonstrate good work practices. Recommendations for the company include identifying employees with high motivation and work discipline and providing support and potential development opportunities. This research contributes significantly to the progress of the company and provides valuable insights for further studies. Therefore, it can be concluded that having good motivation and work discipline will strengthen the values embraced by employees and create a positive work environment, which is key to improving employee performance

Abstract

The aim of this article is to explain the important role of forensic accounting in efforts to combat political corruption in order to obtain more comprehensive data and explanations. This research uses a Systematic Literature Review approach. The entire research process includes planning, implementation and reporting stages. The results of this research show that forensic accounting has proven to be very effective in detecting and disclosing corruption cases in budget management in an agency. The contribution to this research is that forensic accounting also has the potential to increase anti-fraud literacy among political parties through the implementation of a whistleblowing system. One of the main benefits of this system is its ability to carry out early detection of irregularities, whether in the form of fraud or non-fraud, committed by one or several employees in an organization.

Abstract

Financial literacy is a person's ability to manage finances as well as possible. Lifestyle is a need related to a person's desire for something he wants to fulfill his pleasure by changing their lifestyle. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and lifestyle on financial management behavior of accounting and business administration students at Hein Namotemo University. Data was collected by means of a survey using a questionnaire given to 41 respondents. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the financial literacy variable has a positive and significant effect on student financial management behavior. While the lifestyle variable has a positive but not significant effect on student financial management.

Abstract

PT Pertamina (Persero) is one of the largest state-owned enterprises in Indonesia engaged in energy and oil and gas. Financial ratio analysis is important to understand the company's financial performance. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Pertamina (Persero) during the 2020-2022 period using liquidity, solvency, profitability, activity, and market ratios. This research uses descriptive methods with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data obtained from the consolidated financial statements of PT Pertamina (Persero) for 2020-2022. The analysis results show that PT Pertamina has high liquidity ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios, indicating good financial performance. However, the company's leverage ratio is also high, indicating a high level of debt. The market ratio decreased significantly in 2022. The financial performance of PT Pertamina (Persero) is generally good during the period 2020-2022. However, it should be noted that the high leverage ratio and declining market ratio in 2022 need management attention.

Abstract

Analysis of financial performance with financial ratios of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur TBK, can be done through financial ratio analysis. The aim of this research is to analyze the performance of PT. Indofood during the 2022-2023 period uses financial ratios. The research results show that in terms of liquidity, the company's ability to fulfill its short-term obligations is quite good. The liquidity ratio, the company's ability to settle short-term obligations has been improved and increased from 2022-2023. Solvency ratios, the situation is less favorable because many ratios have decreased. This could make it difficult for the company to obtain additional loans in the future. Activity ratio, the activity ratio shows the company's efficiency in using assets, which is estimated to be quite good because it has increased. The profitability ratio, performance of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is relatively good. Gross profit and net profit will increase significantly from 2022 to 2023

Abstract

The creative economy, as an approach to sustainable economic development, combines innovation with the use of renewable resources. It involves the integration of elements of knowledge innovation, creative technology, and culture. Indonesia's creative industry, which includes various sectors such as art, fashion and design, has a significant contribution to economic growth and job creation. The synergy between tourism and the creative industry, especially in the development of creative products and services, provides added value to tourist destinations and the local economy. However, to ensure sustainability, support from the government, private sector and active participation of local communities is needed.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of CSR in corporate sustainability. This study used qualitative research methods, including literature analysis, to identify relevant articles. The criteria for articles in this study are articles published in national and international journals through scholars, Taylor, and Francis. The results show that if companies increase their spending and disclose CSR information in general, then their responsibility towards the environment, employees, and society in particular increases. That is, the impact of corporate CSR disclosure is that it can achieve its goal of maximizing profits in line with sustainable development goals. The results of this study have implications for both managers and practitioners. The results of this study highlight the important question of how increased product innovation, corporate social responsibility (CSR), environmental sustainability, and technological innovation can drive a country's economic growth. Carrying out these activities and maximizing them over a long period of time can build relationships with stakeholders and create a competitive advantage for the company. This study provides an empirical contribution to the impact of CSR on the profitability of companies that implement CSR well.

Abstract

Social media intelligence systems are becoming an important source of data for organizations and enterprises, providing insights into public behavior, preferences, and opinions. They help monitor issues, detect potential threats, and support data-driven decision-making. A key challenge was the procurement of suitable hardware, involving collaboration between IT teams, management, and stakeholders. The TOPSIS method was used to determine the hardware that best suited the organization's needs and budget, optimizing system performance. Analysis was conducted on three enclosure alternatives considering storage, connection, PSU, warranty, and price, with the greatest weight on storage and connection. The results showed the DELL PowerEdge MX7000 Enclosure as the highest scoring option, although it did not excel in some parameters. The application of this method optimizes IT investments and supports the implementation of an effective social media intelligence system, according to the needs and budget of the organization. Proper hardware procurement avoids financial losses and ensures optimal system functioning.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) or workforce or an employee is the main asset in a company. In order to show the performance of employees in CV Indoprinting Semarang City Branch, the company needs to look at it from various sides, one of which is seen from the cooperation team, Work Ability, and Work Experience of employees. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether there is an influence of the Cooperation Team, Work Ability, and Work Experience on Employee Performance of CV Indoprinting Semarang City Branch. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data (questionnaire). The population in this study was 42 employees and the sample used in this study was a saturated technique sample which means the number is the same as the population. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The Independent Variables in this study are Team Cooperation (X1), Work Ability (X2), and Work Experience (X3) and Employee Performance as the Dependent Variable (Y). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of Team Cooperation, Work Ability, and Work Experience together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of CV Indoprinting Semarang City Branch. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value is 0.565. This means that 56.5% of Employee Performance can be explained by the variables of Teamwork, Work Ability, and Work Experience. While 43.5% can be explained by other variables not used in this study

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan mengetahui tentang Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Dosen. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden. Sampel dalam penelitian yaitu sebanyak 33 dosen di Universitas Hein Namotemo. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengujian data dilakukan menggunakan program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel komitmen organisasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja dosen sedangkan variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa, variabel komitmen organisasi, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Nilai pearson correlation yaitu R = 0,603, artinya terdapat hubungan antara variable komitmen organisasi, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja dosen adalah cukup kuat atau sebesar 60,3%. Sedangkan untuk koefisien determinan (R2) diperoleh nilai R-square sebesar 0,364 atau 36,4%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 36,4% kinerja dosen, dipengaruhi oleh faktor komitmen organisasi, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.
