Abstract

This research aims to test the usability level of the Ayosports website based on user experience using the USE Questionnaire method. This method has 4 aspects, namely Usefullness, Ease of Use, Ease of Learning, and Satisfaction. The study began by using questionnaires as a data collection tool, then continued by testing the validity of the data to analyze the data resulting in 24 items of questions worth processing. After that, it continued by testing the data rehabilitation of 24 question items by generating a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.955. The results of this study include 4 aspects of use questionnaire, in the form of usefullness aspect with a percentage of 83.73%, ease of use aspect with a percentage of 82.59%, ease of learning aspect with a percentage of 82.22%, and satisfaction aspect with a percentage of 80.67%. Thus, for the overall results of this study has a percentage of 82.22%, so it can be concluded that the Ayosports website has met the standards or criteria in the USE Questionnaire aspect.

Abstract

Classes is an Learning Management System service to assist teachers in delivering material and supervising student learning. The study was conducted to determine the quality of service by analyzing user satisfaction in using the website class. In this study, the method used is the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method to analyze user satisfaction by comparing reality and expectations. The EUCS method measures user satisfaction based on five variables, namely content, accuracy, format, timeliness and ease of use. The sampling is done by non-probability sampling technique The selection is done randomly. Based on the results of this study based on the results of the R test, it is known that the determination of 0.944 means that X which consists of content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timelines simultaneously gives an effect on Y of 0.880 or 88.0%. This means that from 55 respondents, 48 ​​respondents were satisfied with the website class. Based on the T test there are 2 variables that have no effect on Y, namely content and format and there are 3 X variables that affect Y. In the content and format variables respondents are not satisfied while on accuracy, timeliness and ease of use they are satisfied with these 3 variables.

Abstract

This study aims to add a new type of sorting to the Ayosports startup where this new sort combines several types of sorting owned by competitors by building a decision support system in choosing sports fields. The decision support system is made using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method using four criteria, namely rental prices, facilities, services, and types of fields. The alternatives used are three sports fields for each Ayosports category, namely basketball, badminton and futsal, so there are nine fields in total. The calculation results from the system that has been built show the same results as manual calculations using Ms. Excel. Then this system will be implemented on Ayosports when users search for empty fields and immediately sort them

Abstract

The SCLEAN application is an online laundry service application that aims to bring together laundry business owners and laundry service users, so that consumers have no difficulty in delivering or finding a laundry place. In an effort to introduce the SCLEAN application in the community, researchers conducted surveys and interviews with several potential users and found several problems with the SCLEAN application interface, such as: 1) In the account section, it was not possible to change the data on the profile photo, name, and phone number section; (2) There is no assessment section that can be made by the customer to the laundry service provider; (3) There is no help regarding the application; (4) there is no icon menu name. The problems that have been found have become the basis for research to conduct usability analysis using the Human Centered Design method and PSSUQ as a questionnaire to assess the level of user satisfaction. From the evaluation results, a solution design is made based on the problems that have been obtained. The comparison results show an increase in the aspect of effectiveness from 80% to 100%, the efficiency aspect of the average processing time from 15.4 to 14.38 seconds, and the aspect of user satisfaction from 72% to 89.87%. From these results, the researcher concludes that the improved design has increased the user experience value compared to the previous design.

Abstract

Classes adalah aplikasi layanan digital yang berbasis pada Learning Management System. Classes merupakan layanan pemantauan proses belajar oleh guru ke peserta didik yang berbasis website. Namun mengingat belum dilakukan penilaian kualitas pada website Classes, maka perlu dilakukan penilaian kualitas melalui quality assurance pada website Classes. Adapun masalah lain yang terjadi yaitu waktu performance yang dibutuhkan ketika ingin menggunakan website Classes dan ketahanan website Classes pada beban tertentu. Oleh karena itu penulis mengangkat penelitian quality assurance yang secara khusus mengenai performance testing. Performance testing yaitu pengujian yang mencakup kecepatan, waktu respons, stabilitas, keandalan, skalabilitas, dan penggunaan suatu perangkat lunak ketika dibawah tekanan beban kerja tertentu. Dengan dilakukan pengujian, penulis dapat mengetahui batas kemampuan website Classes dari beban dan tingkat stress sehingga dapat menarik kesimpulan dan memberikan saran perbaikan untuk kedepannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan 6 tools online yaitu GTMetrix, WebPage Test, Pingdom, PageSpeed Insight, Google Test My Site, dan K6. Setelah dilakukan pengujian performance, pada salah satu halaman website Classes yaitu halaman login memiliki rata-rata waktu speed index 1.4 detik. Dilakukan uji coba stress test dan load testing menggunakan tool K6 dapat dikatakan aplikasi dapat berjalan baik dengan maksimal 50 user dengan jumlah request di bawah 11.852.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengunjung pada website SCLEAN, meningkatkan peringkat website pada mesin pencari Google, sehingga website SCLEAN dapat dengan mudah ditemukan serta menganalisis hasil penerapan SEO sebelum dan sesudah sebelum penerapan agar dapat menarik kesimpulan dari penelitian ini. Dalam penerapan Search Engine Optimization metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode On-page. Dalam metode On-page, teknik yang digunakan yaitu title tags, meta keywords, meta descriptions, dan image optimization. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website SCLEAN berada pada halaman pertama di mesin pencari Google sehingga pengunjung naik sebesar 90,2%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapatkan, disimpulkan bahwa pada saat pengoptimalan meta tag memerlukan waktu untuk dapat di-indexing oleh Google selama satu minggu tetapi pada pergantian meta tag selanjutnya memerlukan waktu dua sampai tiga hari, sedangkan untuk meta description memerlukan waktu selama tiga hari untuk di-index oleh Google dan memerlukan Google Search Console untuk menguji coba. Sehingga yang paling berdampak pada website SCLEAN adalah pada saat pengoptimalan meta tag dan meta description karena pada saat Google telah selesai indexing maka saat itu juga pencarian website awalnya berada pada halaman ketiga naik terus-menerus sampai mencapai halaman pertama.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the quality of the JadwalIbadah website based on usability quality, information quality, and interaction quality on user satisfaction. The method used in this research is WebQual 4.0. Based on the WebQual 4.0 method, there are three variables, namely usability, information quality, and interaction quality on user satisfaction. The results showed that the variables usability (X1), information quality (X2), and interaction quality (X3) where each independent variable had 90% effect on user satisfaction (Y) on the JadwalIbadah website. While the rest is influenced by external variables other than the webqual 4.0 variable. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, there is a positive relationship between the services provided by the JadwalIbadah website to the three variables, namely usability (X1), information quality (X2), and interaction quality (X3) so that the results are positive on user satisfaction (Y). So that the three variables have a significant effect on the quality of the Schedule of Worship website on user satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to apply an algorithm developed in the Intelligent Decision Support System (IDSS) so that it can be reliable data that can be used as a consideration. The benefit of this research is that it becomes an additional reference regarding the use of IDSS in the development of an application. In this study, the authors made a simple video game entitled Gold and Fame to test the algorithm that will be used as a consideration in IDSS. This video game was made with the Unity 5 game engine in the C # programming language. In this study, the authors developed the pathfinding method A * which then provided data for consideration in the IDSS. The results of the algorithm testing by the author show that the use of the developed algorithm is more efficient than the standard so that it can be used as a data processor in IDSS.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to make the application of Rotherdam castle attractions based on Virtual Reality 360. The benefit of this research is that it can provide a useful reference for the academic world, especially in research to be carried out by researchers who will come in terms of technological developments in the reality of Virtual Reality. In this application there is one user, the user who will use this application to get information about Benteng Rotherdam, as well as 360 virtual reality images. The function of the user in addition to using the application, the user can also add images and information of Rotherdam Fortress. Another function of this application is that people who will visit the Rotherdam can get references about the Rotherdam . And they can also see the shape of the from the application from outside the or inside the fortress Rotherdam. The author has succeeded in making the Rotherdam attraction based on Virtual Reality 360˚. Based on black box testing, the application runs according to what the authors expect.

Abstract

Vihara Lahuta Maitreya still uses live announcements so it is difficult to provide information to the congregation. The testing method used in this study is the black box tester. The techniques that are carried out are login testing, registration testing, password forgetting testing, notification input testing aims to provide schedule acceleration information to users, activity testing provides information on what events to do in the future, learning input testing is useful for users who want to learn in PDF form, e-mail receipt. From the tests carried out, it can be said that the application runs as expected because it can help parties in delivering information that is directly sent to parties through the community, making it easier to convey information from parties through as admin delivered via e-mail. to people who have registered previously.
