Abstract

This research is motivated by low learning outcomes, especially Indonesian language subjects in low poetry writing material, as evidenced by the results of PISA 2017 which show that learning outcomes in Indonesia are still low on the assessment conducted by PISA. PISA data shows that Indonesia is ranked 64th out of 72 countries. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of problem-based learning in Indonesian language learning materials for writing poetry in the fourth grade of elementary school. Researchers used a qualitative descriptive method with direct observation techniques along with interviews with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation of problem based learning in Indonesian language subjects is able to improve student learning outcomes in poetry writing material for grade IV elementary school.

Abstract

The monotonous learning process using books makes it easy for students to feel bored in learning. It is not surprising that many students are sometimes still confused about the material that has been reviewed. In this increasingly advanced era, researchers use the Iyoutube I video media as a medium that can help motivate students to be enthusiastic in the learning process. The purpose of this study is that researchers want to know the effectiveness of video media as a media aid in learning. This researcher uses a qualitative descriptive research method by observing and distributing questionnaires filled out by students. The results showed that students were more enthusiastic when the learning process used youtube video media. So that the learning process using youtube videos is proven to be able to motivate students for the learning process.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of innovative learning in learning and the lack of facilities and infrastructure in science learning. The researcher uses a qualitative descriptive method which aims to analyze and describe a condition of each data collected, in the form of observations about the problems that exist in the field. Data collection techniques in this study using observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses the analysis of the Miles and Huberman model. consists of several steps used, namely data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation) and verification (conclusions). Based on the results of the study, it canbe concluded that the learning style that stands out in the fourth grade of primary school of Sidoarjo is the visual learning style.

Abstract

In learning mathematics, it is very conventional, which still use s guidebooks and worksheets so that it makes students look bored when learning mathematics takes place. During the current pandemic, the learning process uses technology to streamline the learning process and facilitating the learning process. In today's digital era, the learning process uses very advanced and innovative media. Researchers use youtube videos as learning media in weight unit material using songs. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of video-assisted learning in the YouTube for grade 3 Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative method described with direct observe andtechnical interview . the result of this research in the implementation of student learning were very enthusiastic when the video was shown and students were active in the learning proces. So the learning process assisted by YouTube videos is very useful for the student process of learning weight unit material.

Abstract

The development of technology and information is growing very rapidly in the 21st century. Education is required to be selective in the development of an increasingly modern era. TPACK is knowledge and skills in applying technology to learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students consisting of a class of 25 students who were taken randomly. The results obtained in this study are that all students use the media google teams, whatsap in learning, google form is used in carrying out the task of evaluating the KPK material. Technological Knowledge (TK) Pedagogical Knowledge (PK), Content Knowledge (CK), Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK), Tecnological Content Knowledge (TCK) Tecnological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK) Tecnological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) has been applied to students at SDN City Surabaya. Students use learning videos with the Google Teams web link. Once a week there are practice questions through the Google Form used in the evaluation of learning. The obstacles experienced by students are that they are often controlled by inadequate signals such as complaints of internet quotas that run out quickly, cellphone or laptop memory that fills up quickly. The solution to overcome this is to do face-to face online every morning according to the agreed schedule, delete files that are no longer used, download learning videos given by the teacher with a duration that is not too long.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the potential of human resources and their management in an effort to improve the performance of human resources in Nagrak Village, Pacet District, Bandung Regency. The method used is a qualitative method, where the application is to use primary data by seeking information directly from sources by using interviews and data analysis in the field using the Miles and Huberman model (data reduction, data presentation, verification). Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that based on the Performance Analysis of the Village Head, it is sufficient to improve employee performance, only in terms of assigning tasks/jobs it is still not fair. And in general, the quality of Village Apparatus HR in managing Nagrak Village is quite adequate but really needs to be improved.

Abstract

Every company is formed to achieve certain goals and if achieved can be said to be successful. To achieve success, competent human resources are needed. Thus human resources can be useful for the organization and improve performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out the strategies implemented in improving the performance of human resources and potential at PT MNC Sekuritas. Where the data collection by seeking information directly to the informant (interview). Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of human resources on improving employee performance and career development can provide changes to job satisfaction and have a positive influence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of management information systems on the success of cooperatives based on the quality of members. In addition, this research can also be used as material for evaluation and consideration for future cooperatives. In this study used qualitative with descriptive analysis. The collection technique is carried out in a combined manner, the data analysis is inductive, and the results of qualitative research emphasize the meaning of generalizations. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the conclusion that can be drawn in this study is that the participation of members in KUD Setia Manggung can increase the success of their cooperatives based on maximizing Human Resources, capital contributions, maximizing cooperative services, supervising cooperatives, and also structured payments on each transaction carried out. voted by member users/owners at KUD Setia Manggung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap dunia pendidikan yang berdampak pada proses pembelajaran, dimana proses pembelajaran dilakukan secara online dengan memanfaatkan teknologi sesuai dengan perkembangan yang ada dan revolusi 4.0. Adanya pembelajaran online membuat perubahan dalam proses pembelajaran. Pada awal penerapan pembelajaran online, banyak kekurangan dan keluhan yang didapatkan siswa salah satunya adalah terganggunya jaringan internet, alat pembelajaran yang tidak memadai seperti smartphone, dan kurangnya fokus siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan terlalu monoton. oleh karena itu diperlukan inovasi dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berupa Articulate Storyline 3 dalam proses pembelajarannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tutorial pembuatan media aplikasi Articulate Storyline 3. Teknik yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bagaimana tutorial pembuatan media aplikasi Articulate Storyline 3 ini.

Abstract

Penelitian Analisis Kesalahan Huruf Kapital dalam Penulisan Ulang Cerita Hewan Kelas II Tema 7 di SDN Margorejo 1/403 Surabaya. Siswa mengalami beberapa kesalahan dalam mengerjakan tes menulis lagi. Kesalahan penempatan huruf kapital, faktor penyebab kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam menyelesaikan tes menulis ulang. Faktor kesalahan adalah tidak menggunakan huruf kapital dalam penulisan judul dan awal kalimat. Hasil tes siswa kelas II C SDN Margorejo 1/403 Surabaya yang berjumlah 19 siswa yang mengerjakan soal ulangan dan dianalisis peneliti, terdapat 10 siswa yang mengalami kesalahan dalam penulisan ulang cerita binatang dilihat dari jawaban 10 siswa tersebut masih banyak kesalahan. dalam mengerjakan tes tertulis yang diberikan oleh peneliti. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 3 kesalahan yang sering terjadi dalam proses penulisan ulang cerita binatang, yaitu kesalahan penulisan judul, kesalahan penempatan tanda baca, dan kesalahan penempatan koma.
