Al Hikmah: Jurnal Studi Keislaman diterbitkan oleh Institut Agama Islam Al-Hikmah Tuban yang terbit sejak tahun 2011. Jurnal ini memuat kajian-kajian keislaman yang meliputi pendidikan Islam, sharî‘ah, pemikiran Islam, ekonomi, dan kajian Islam lainnya. Terbit dua kali setahun, yaitu bulan Maret dan September. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 7000-9000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari. Redaktur dapat melakukan perubahan pada tulisan yang dimuat untuk keseragaman format, tanpa mengubah substansinya. Alamat Redaksi: Jl. Abstract

Abstract. The existence of the Islamic education system today cannot be separated from the influence of ulama XIX century. Ulama in the XIX century had a strong network with Haramayn. Haramayn is a very strategic learning place. In the XIX century many ulama learned to Haramayn. When the ulama returned to their homeland, they established a pesantren as a place to spread the knowledge they had acquired. Therefore, pesantren and ulama have a very close relationship in developing the Islamic education system in Indonesia. This study uses literature study and uses qualitative descriptive analytical methods. Qualitative descriptive analysis method is a research model that emphasizes reasoning, and search and is supported by related data and literature. The results of this study indicate that there are six major ulama who have strong influence to develop pesantren. Three of whom are representatives of ethnic groups in Indonesia, Java, Sunda and Madura. Pesantren is also a strategic place to foster national values to its students, and pesantren are the basis of resistance for colonialist.Keyword: Ulama, Pesantren, Haramayn, Nusantara.

Abstract

Abstract, humans will not be able to escape from the rule of law that applies wherever humans live in society. Law and humans will go hand in hand. The problem is, many anomalies occur; not infrequently the law is not directly proportional to human behavior. Many texts of the Koran or as-sunnah that need to be interpreted by considering the factors of local wisdom. Synchronized with the situation and condition of Indonesian society which is geographically far and different from the situation and condition of the people of Hijaz and the Middle East. By using a historical social approach, this paper tries to present some examples of cases of differences in Indonesian society with the conditions of people living in Arabia and its surroundings where it greatly affects the differences in interpretation of Islamic texts and also influences the development of Islamic law.Keywords: Influence, Local Wisdom, Reinterpretation, Islamic Law

Abstract

Abstract, Some literary studies state that deeds of riddah are not merely changing religions from one religion to another, but are a major criminal act against Muslims. According to Islam, deeds of riddah not only change their mind from one religion to another but change the loyalty from one sovereignty to another. In other words, from a Muslim community or country to a non-Muslim country. Broadly speaking, acts of riddah or apostasy become two categories. The first category of apostates who invite others to apostasy and the second category of apostates who are silent. Acts of riddah or apostasy including immoral acts and threatened by God with sin and punishment in the hereafter. God forbid acts of riddah because these actions violate one of the joints of human life (d}aru>riyya>t five), namely religion, which means keeping religion highly prioritized namely h}ifd al-di>n. The firmness of Allah's prohibition on riddah or apostasy is explained in the QS. Al-Baqarah verse 217.Keywords: riddah, Islamic perspective, interpretation of aya> t al-ah}ka>m, Texts of the Qur'an.

Abstract

Abstract, Education becomes an important part for the survival of a nation, and Education for children has become an obligation to be considered. Indonesia is a country with various tribes, religions, and cultures, where everyone in it has the same rights and obligations before the Indonesian state. There is nothing that needs to be distinguished because each of these components has its own characteristics and special features. This of course also applies in the world of Education, where every child, or everyone has the same right to get Education. Of course, this also applies to those who have special needs. Juridically, education for children with special needs (ABK) is regulated in: The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (RI), there are articles on human rights. The Development of a National Inclusive Education Development Master Plan for 2019-2024 was arranged based on seven components, each component being an interrelated and inseparable part. These components are: theme, macro objectives, program scope, achievement strategies, outputs and outcomes, evaluation and monitoring, and targets.Keywords: education, inclusive education, Indonesia

Abstract

Abstract, the focus of this research is describing the strategy of madrasah in developing islamic educational management quality at MTs Salafiyah Prambontergayang, Tuban, through input, process, and output. This research is a qualitative approach using a case study, data resources, data collection technique are in-depth interview, non-participant observation, and document study. The data collected interactively in accordance with Miles and Huberman model. Result of this research shows: Strategy of headmaster in developing quality of education at MTs Salafiyah Prambontergayang, Tuban are: effective communication and continuos coordination; self-management and entrepreneurship and participative-delegative leadership; academic achievement and nonacademic achievement.Keywords: Madrasah Headmaster, Management, Educational Quality.

Abstract

Abstract, Thematic learning is learning that uses themes. One theme for several subjects. In this 2013 curriculum integrated thematic learning is designed. It means theme-based learning with several subjects in it. Student books and teacher books are currently one social studies subject with PPKn at the Primary School level. Learning that applies the 2013 curriculum teachers are required to be more active and creative. Teachers who only apply one strategy and one method are not enough. Especially thematic which intersects with PPKn, IPS, and Indonesian Language material, sometimes still traditional, such as lectures, memorization, and assignments, summarizes and only works on problems. With this, children are not invited to interact in two directions, let alone find their own concepts (inquiry). This kind of learning will affect the motivation and student learning outcomes. From the data on the initial learning outcomes of VIA grade students at SDIT Al-Uswah Tuban, the students' completeness score was only 61% and the class average was 74.65 even though the class was declared to have been completed if it received 85%. The existence of such problems, the authors find a drug or formulation in the form of a strategy, this strategy is SPBAS or learning strategies that are activity oriented students using group discussion methods. Research on the application of SPBAS with group discussion methods in improving student learning outcomes at Theme 8 (My Earth) class 6A SDIT Al Uswah Tuban is focused on two issues. First "Does the application of SPBAS with group discussion methods help to improve student learning outcomes in theme 8 (my earth) sub-theme 1 (difference in time and influence) of the VIA SDIT Al Uswah Tuban class? and second "Is the application of SPBAS with group discussion methods able to increase motivation and learning activities of VIA SDIT Al Uswah Tuban class students?" This study aims to determine the success of SPBAS implementation on theme 8 (my earth) sub-theme 1-time difference and influence and to know motivation and student activities in thematic learning theme 8 sub-theme 1. This research is classroom action research with interview instruments, observations, tests, and questionnaires. Interviews were carried out before the study was conducted. Observations were made to find out the validation of the interview results. Tests are given to students with two cycles, namely when completing learning cycle I and cycle II. While the questionnaire was given at the end of learning on theme 8 of sub-theme 1 with the application of SPBAS with group discussion methods. The result, the average grade of students in cycle 1 was 74.65 and the completeness of the class 61% while in the second cycle indigo the class average was 85.83 and the completeness of the class was 87% and students were sufficiently motivated to be active in the learning process. The authors concluded that the application of SPBAS with group discussion methods greatly helped improve student learning outcomes in learning theme 8 (my earth) sub-theme 1 (time difference and influence). As with the Chinese proverb "I hear then I forget, I see then I know, I do then I understand". The author suggests classroom teachers to apply SPBAS with group discussion methods in each classroom learning. Keywords: SPBAS with Group Discussion Method and Student Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract. In Indonesia, the problem of inheritance is a problem that is immediately confused with the concept of muamalah and social activities that require a lot of attention along with the times. This relates to the existence and preservation of Islamic law in Indonesia, especially in the area of inheritance law. The existence of three positive legal concepts that are equally accepted as sources of law in Indonesia, namely European law, customary law and Islamic law, do not make Islamic legal values more or less eroded by two other laws, at least able to become the main law for the people Islam and for those who follow the principle of Islamic personality. In this journal, we will discuss several definitions of inheritance from the three sources of law, then what is the nature of inheritance law itself, which the writer can summarize into several parts, including two main concepts that greatly affect the distribution of inheritance, namely the existence of patrilineal and bilateral concepts. Therefore, it is important to review the distribution of this inheritance from a variety of perspectives and certainly against the background of the thoughts of figures such as Munawwir Syadzali and Hazairin and the concept of inheritance of the Arab nation. The difference in concept includes how receptie theory which is seen as contradictory to the Constitution and Pancasila and even the Qur'an and As-Sunnah will be discussed through several approaches including historical approaches, fiqh and maslahah mursalah. It is intended that Islamic law will continue to be accepted, applied and even become a basic reference for law enforcement agencies such as the Religious Courts as stipulated in legal considerations so as to produce a rule of law which is based on the principles of benefit and justice. The actualization of inheritance law in Indonesia is indeed very much needed for the existence of Islamic inheritance law itself. Abstract

Abstract, The Banu Abbasids were the second Caliphate in power in Baghdad for more than five centuries (132H / 750 AD to 656H / 1258 AD) after conquering the Banu Umayyah Caliphate. During the five centuries of rule the Banu Abbasid caliphate reached its heyday in the field of science, both general and religious knowledge. The pattern of government adopted by Banu Abbasiyah is divided into five periods based on political, social and cultural changes. In the first and third periods of the Banu Abbasid government the Persian culture was strongly influenced and in this period it emphasized the fostering of Islamic civilization and culture rather than the expansion of territory. In the second and fourth periods influenced by Turkish culture which is very dominant in politics and government. Whereas the fifth period was marked by the entry of the Seljuks into Baghdad until the fall of Baghdad to the Mongols. Keywords: Periodization, Government, Banu Abbasiyah

Abstract

Abstract, Risk is the possibility of an undesirable occurrence, which can cause losses if it is not anticipated or managed properly. While risk management is a series of methodologies and procedures used to identify, measure, monitor and control risks arising from all bank business activities. Risk management of Islamic banks has a different character from conventional banks, mainly because of the types of types of risks that are inherent only in bank that operates in sharia ways. Abstract

Abstract, The dynamics of social reality, always gives rise to tensions which in the end not only creates challenges for Muslims (who care about the position of Islam vis-à-vis) in their social cultural reality, but also can create intellectual and social conflicts between Muslims whole. The progress of modern science and technology entered the Islamic world, which in Islamic history was seen as the beginning of the modern period. In this context, Islamic renewal has a logical consequence on critically reviewing and examining the existing Islamic understanding, both in the fields of culture and aqeedah, including Islamic education. Therefore, the idea of the Islamic thought reconstruction program also has its roots in the idea of the modernism of thought and Islamic institutions as a whole. In other words, the reconstruction of Islamic thought cannot be separated from the rise of Islamic modernism's ideas and programs. The presence of muhammad abduh in his thoughts is inseparable from the socio-historical that surrounds him. This paper is focused on discussing several things: 1) the history of the life of Muhammad Abduh, 2) the geology and style of his thought, 3) Muhammad Abduh's ideas of thought 4) The influence of Muhammad Abdu's thoughts in renewal.Keyword: Muhammad abduh, Islamic thought, classical-modern
