Abstract

Life expectancy has only increased by 0.02 per year, with a life expectancy achievement ratio in 2018 of only 86.15%. Several main factors, one of which is the community's ability to obtain health services. This research aims to determine the performance of elderly posyandu cadres in the working area of the Sidorejo Community Health Center, Pagar Alam City in 2024. Type of quantitative research, analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was all elderly posyandu cadres in the working area of the Sidorejo Community Health Center, Pagar Alam City, namely 105 cadres. The sample was calculated using the Slovin technique so that the sample was 105 cadres. Univariate, bivariate data analysis using chi square and multivariate using multiple logistic regression tests. The research results showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge (p=0.008) attitude (p=0.027) service (p=0.007) and the performance of elderly Posyandu cadres. The independent variables age, gender and education do not have a significant relationship with the performance of elderly Posyandu cadres. The most dominant factor related to the performance of elderly posyandu cadres in the working area of the Sidorejo Health Center, Pagar Alam City in 2024 is the service variable (p = 0.017 OR = 3.295). Abstract

Dermatitis is inflammation of the skin (epidermis and dermis) as a response to the influence of exogenous or endogenous factors, causing clinical abnormalities in the form of polymorphic efflorescence (erythema, edema, papules, vesicles, scale, lichenification) and complaints of itching. This research is to analyze the factors that influence the incidence of dermatitis in residents of Lubuk Batang village, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The sample size of this study was 68 people, it was a cross-sectional study. The research variables were history of allergies, type of food, occupation, use of contact materials with the incidence of dermatitis. There is a significant relationship between history of allergies and the incidence of dermatitis p-value=0.001, there is a significant relationship between type of food and the incidence of dermatitis p. value = 0.001, there is a significant relationship between the use of chemical products and the incidence of dermatitis p. value = 0.003. Meanwhile, there was no significant relationship between type of work and the incidence of dermatitis because p. value = 0.762. The majority of Lubuk Batang village residents who experience dermatitis are due to a history of allergies to certain foods or chemicals or contact materials. Meanwhile, the work of the majority of village residents as rubber tappers also carries a high risk of developing dermatitis

This research employed a quantitative analytical survey method with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 93 pregnant women selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that age (p = 0.04; OR = 3.08), knowledge (p = 0.002; OR = 5.52), family support (p = 0.03; OR = 2.8), and health worker support (p = 0.04; OR = 3.58) were significantly related to MCH Book utilization. Meanwhile, parity, education, and occupation were not significantly related. Knowledge was the most dominant factor influencing MCH Book utilization.
