Pulmonary TB is the leading cause of death among infectious diseases. Tuberculosis patients who do not comply with taking medication with the dosage rules set by health workers will result in drug resistance or rifampicin resistance, tuberculosis patients who are said to be compliant with taking medication are able to complete treatment for 6 months or until the end of treatment. This study aims to determine drug compliance in pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Pagar Alam City in 2024. The design in this study was an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis. The population of this study amounted to 35 people. The sampling method uses total sampling.  The results showed the age variable p value 0.419, Gender p value 0.043 (OR 6,000) (CI 95% 1,274 - 28. 254), Education p value 0.031 (OR 4.667) (CI-95% 1.108 - 19.652), Employment p value 0.203, Knowledge p value 0.004 (OR 12.00) (CI95% 2.374 - 60.648), Family Support p value 0.062, Monitoring of Taking Medication (PMO) p value 0.041, Side Effects p value 0.016 (OR 7.429) (CI95% 1.555 - 35.479). The conclusion of this study is that there is an association between gender, education, knowledge, drug monitoring and side effects with drug compliance of pulmonary tuberculosis patients. On the other hand, there was no association between age, occupation, and family support with drug compliance of pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Abstract

Life expectancy has only increased by 0.02 per year, with a life expectancy achievement ratio in 2018 of only 86.15%. Several main factors, one of which is the community's ability to obtain health services. This research aims to determine the performance of elderly posyandu cadres in the working area of the Sidorejo Community Health Center, Pagar Alam City in 2024. Type of quantitative research, analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was all elderly posyandu cadres in the working area of the Sidorejo Community Health Center, Pagar Alam City, namely 105 cadres. The sample was calculated using the Slovin technique so that the sample was 105 cadres. Univariate, bivariate data analysis using chi square and multivariate using multiple logistic regression tests. The research results showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge (p=0.008) attitude (p=0.027) service (p=0.007) and the performance of elderly Posyandu cadres. The independent variables age, gender and education do not have a significant relationship with the performance of elderly Posyandu cadres. The most dominant factor related to the performance of elderly posyandu cadres in the working area of the Sidorejo Health Center, Pagar Alam City in 2024 is the service variable (p = 0.017 OR = 3.295). This research employed a quantitative analytical survey method with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 93 pregnant women selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that age (p = 0.04; OR = 3.08), knowledge (p = 0.002; OR = 5.52), family support (p = 0.03; OR = 2.8), and health worker support (p = 0.04; OR = 3.58) were significantly related to MCH Book utilization. Meanwhile, parity, education, and occupation were not significantly related. Knowledge was the most dominant factor influencing MCH Book utilization. Abstract

The maximum development potential of children under five is strongly influenced by nutrition. Estimates of stunting, wasting, overweight, and underweight as markers of child malnutrition. The most dominant stunting that occurs in toddlers is the problem of growth failure or weight faltering. Methods Research using cross-sectional. Population consists of mothers who have toddlers, who visit posyandu ILP Mekar Jaya in Talang Batu Village in February 2025 using purposive sampling technique obtained 53 respondents. The results of the study obtained age of toddlers p value = 0.04 OR 0.32, gender pvalue 0.90, birth weight pvalue 0.29, exclusive breastfeeding p value = 0.02 OR 0.27, maternal age p value =0.48, maternal education p value =0.16, parental income p value = 0.95, maternal knowledge p value Value =0.01 OR 4.25. From the final results of multivariate analysis. Variable knowledge with p value = 0.017 OR 4.250. Abstract

The large number of Tuberculosis cases in the world and Indonesia's number 2, Puskesmas Gasing Laut contributes a large number of patients. There is a risk of increasing the number of Tuberculosis patients if not handled properly. This study was conducted in May-June 2025. The population and samples of this study were patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were still undergoing treatment at the Gasing Laut Health Center. This research is quantitative with analytic survey method with cross sectional approach. Data analysis used Chi square test with a meaning level of 95% and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression test. The results of this study obtained a pvalue on the age variable p value 0.637, gender variable p value 0.217, education variable 0.441, knowledge 0.001, occupation 1,000, attitude 0.035, family support 0.080, side effects of drugs pvalue 0.010, distance from home to health center 1,000. So it can be concluded that there is a correlation between the variables of knowledge, attitude, family support and side effects of drugs with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis drugs and conversely there is no correlation between the variables of age, gender, education, occupation and distance from home to the health center while the most dominant variable is knowledge with an OR value = 30.332 (95% CI: 2.408-382.129) so that respondents with high knowledge have a 30.332 times higher chance of adherence to taking Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs (OAT) than respondents with low knowledge.
