Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the manement of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds. The methods used in this study are quantitative methods, data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that the BOS funds at SMA Negeri 1 Telaga were evvetife because the school budget activity plan (RKAS) and budget realization are in accordance with what was previously budgeted so that it is said to be effective

Abstract

From the point of view of the insurance business is a company whose main business is receiving/selling services, transferring risks from other parties, and obtaining profits with various risks among a number of its customers. Sharia life insurance is risk management based on sharia principles to help and protect each other by providing payments based on the death or life of the participant, or other payments to participants or other parties who are entitled at a certain time as stipulated in the agreement, the amount of which has been determined and is based on results of fund management. Social media is an online platform that allows users to make social connections and communicate, collaborate, share and express themselves virtually. Social media has changed the way corporate tools and consumer communication strategies are used, especially in the marketing sector. Social media marketing focuses on business efforts to provide content that engages consumers, encourages them to engage with brands on social media platforms, and inspires them to share information. One of the most important elements of social media, according to marketers, is creating and maintaining feedback. This is so that through monitoring and feedback, marketers can learn to influence important social dialogue. Social media offers a variety of educational programs, visual exercises, blog articles and other activities that generate comments, allowing marketers to measure and understand user reactions to any content shared on social media. One of the factors that can affect a company's brand awareness is the media. Through media, customers can communicate in two ways with each other as well as with businesses and share text, images, audio, and video materials.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh fasilitas dan pelayanan terhadap kepuasan loyalitas pemustaka Disperpusip Sumatra Utara. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode accidental sampling yang dimana penentuan sampel berdasarkan keadaan pertemuan secara kebetulan dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi sederhana dengan aplikasi SPSS 25. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan menggunakan uji hipotesis,yaitu Uji Parsial (Uji T), Uji Simultan (Uji F), dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa data telah valid, riliabel, berdistribusi normal, tidak bersifat heteroskedastisitas dan tidak terjadi gejala multikolinearitas sehingga dapat dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda dan menghasilkan nilai. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pemustaka dengan nilai siginifikasi sebesar 0,00< 0,05. Hasil uji Koefisien Determinasi diperoleh R Square sebesar 0,910. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Variabel dependen loyalitas sebesar 91,0% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 9,0% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model.

Abstract

This research is focused on conflict management of school discipline policies carried out by the school to late students entering school. The background of the research is that there are many violations of the rules, especially in terms of being late for school. The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the factors of being late for school and the implementation of conflict management policies on school discipline in handling students late for school at SMA Negeri 1 Tamanan. The research conducted is descriptive qualitative, namely research that produces data in the form of descriptive or written or unwritten words from sources. Informants in the study were counseling teachers, student teachers, and 5 students who were often late for school at SMA Negeri 1 Tamanan. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. As for the research results obtained, namely the factor of students entering school late comes from self factors and school discipline policy factors. The application of conflict management policies for school discipline in handling students late for school is by giving points, encouraging motorbikes and reprimands when entering class by the teacher who is teaching.

Abstract

Consciously or not, a conflict can occur anywhere and in any sudden situation, an indication that may indicate that when a communication and information system does not meet a goal, it can result in a misunderstanding between two or more parties. Conflict is a conflict between winning or losing both between individuals and within a group. Conflict can also result in triggering a dispute between fellow members of the student council. However, besides the size of the problem of the conflict itself, conflict can also be resolved in many ways. For example, by choosing a middle way, and communicating well, and being calm between one another. The purpose of the research contains conflict in the behavior of an organization and the model of the way of resolution used by the student council members at SMA Negri 4 Jember in dealing with conflict, along with performance and productivity organization after the conflict at SMA Negeri 4 Jember City. This research is qualitative by using a naturalistic approach. Data collected through an observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The data source consisted of the student council president and several student council members who knew the conditions of the conflict that occurred. The results of the research produced a result, that mediating conflicts, explaining the importance of a teamwork between osis members, emphasizing shared interests, conducting team building sessions, etc. are not easy enough to resolve a conflict that occurs. Therefore, transformational leadership is needed through an emotional intelligence approach, prioritizing a work ethic. In order for a similar conflict that will not occur again, the osis members must have a strong commitment, provide an opportunity, and encourage all elements of the osis members at SMA Negeri 4 Jember to work together on the basis of a noble value system, so that they are willing and without coercion, optimally participate in achieving ideal goals within the organization.

Abstract

According to Prof. Dr. sondang P. Siagian, organization is a form of association between two or more people who work together and are formally bound in the framework of achieving predetermined goals and in that bond there is a person or group of people called subordinates. The student organization referred to in this study is a forum or facility for its members as students to add insight into knowledge both from an academic and social perspective so that it can help improve their academic achievement and ability to socialize in society. This research itself is related to extra-student activities where students should be aware that the majors student association is an organization that is under the auspices of the department where they carry out lecture activities, therefore a department-level student organization should not have a negative impact on student academic activities as its members. , on the contrary, this student organization should have a positive impact on academic activities and student achievement as its members. The organization a student participates in can also shape the character of a student in it. However, students who join these organizations must also consider or maintain the academic value of their studies. Don't put the organization first and don't care about the value of academic achievement. It can be concluded that most students who take part in this organization at Uin Khas Jember, when they enter the organizatio they will be more concerned with the organization and have a negative impact on their academic achievement scores.

Abstract

This research contains various conflict management strategies and the factors that cause the problem of teenage children's openness to parents. This study aims to determine the factors that cause the problem of children's self-disclosure, by knowing these factors it is hoped that teenagers and parents can evaluate these causes. So that this problem does not occur. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Descriptive qualitative research is a type of research that aims to understand and provide a picture, description, explanation, and a deeper understanding of a problem by studying individuals, groups, or certain events to the fullest. Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Experiential Marketing and Customer Value on Customer Loyalty through Cutomer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in Free Time Cafe Customers in Air Batu, both partially and simultaneously, and also by path analysis. This study used quantitative methods with data collection using Likert scale method. The subjects used in this study were consumers of Leisure Cafe in Air Batu which amounted to 100 people and were taken using axial sampling. Data analysis techniques through IBM SPSS statistical program 25. The results of this study showed that overall for each partial test stated significant and positive effect between variables. Where from the statistical results states the value of α < 0.05. In the path analysis test also states that there is a direct influence and indirect influence on each variable connected through variable z. And also simultaneously shows that there is an influence of Experiential Marketing and Customer Value together affect Customer Loyalty through the variable Customer Satisfaction, based on the calculated F value of 317,643 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. With an efficiency of determination of 80.2%. So the results of the study, as a whole in partial and simultaneous trials state that it is influential and significant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine usury that occurs in credit transactions. This study uses a qualitative method by taking a library approach, internet searches which are generally carried out indirectly do not jump directly into the field in searching for data sources . Credit is the provision of money made between two parties, usually between a bank and another party that has previously obtained the agreement of both parties where the person who borrows has the right and must repay the loan in accordance with the time and agreement that has been made. Riba is "additional" meaning when we make a loan to one party, for example a bank, there will be additional money when we return the money, it is different from the principal money we borrow, this is called usury. As we know when we make a loan at a bank, we will not be separated from what is called interest. This interest that we usually know in Islam is usury, something that is prohibited in Islam.
