Abstract

This article analysed the implementation of individual counseling in motivating students to pray and to analyze the implementation of individual counseling in motivating congregational prayers at school for class VIII students at MTs NU 02 Al-Ma'arif Boja in terms of the perspective of the objectives of Islamic guidance and counseling. This research is included in the type of qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The research findings are (1) In carrying out individual counseling, MTs NU 02 Al-Ma'arif Boja surrenders entirely to the BK teacher. scolded, but the BK teacher called the student to be assistanced by being guided, given advice, and motivation (2) Several factors that influence the motivation for praying are associations with friends who are not good, families who do not set an example, an environment that is not conducive. (3) The implementation of individual counseling in motivating congregational prayers at school for class VIII students at MTs NU 02 Al-Ma'arif Boja in terms of the perspective of Islamic guidance and counseling goals, the implementation of individual counseling is following the general goals and specific goals of guidance and Islamic counseling. The general goal is to help individuals realize themselves as fully human beings to achieve happiness in life in this world and the hereafter. Specific goals are to help individuals overcome the problems they are facing, to help individuals to maintain and develop situations and conditions that are good or that have been good so that they remain good or become better so that they will not be a source of problems for themselves and others.

Abstract

LP2BPI is one of unit in the faculty of Da’wah and Communication at UIN Antasari Banjramasin, which was managed by students and lecturer as it is stated in the Decree of Dean on personnel management. It is interesting to better understand the services management of this training, counseling service, and islamic guidance unit. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by employing field study. The object of the research is the management of the LP2BPI at FDIK. Service management of the training, counseling service, and islamic guidance unit (LP2BPI) Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Sciences UIN at Antasari Banjarmasin is on the basis of four management functions, starting from planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. The management worked well due to good communication between the leaders and all members of the unit.

Abstract

This article was compiled to find out how the strategy of leaders in Islamic educational institutions in improving the quality of learning in the era of the covid 19 pandemic. Through the literature study that has been carried out, it was found that the strategy of Leaders at Islamic Educational Institutions in improving the Quality of Learning in the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic is by maintaining the professionalism of teachers and even improve their quality so that they can still provide quality learning even through online. In addition, the leader always monitors educational developments during the pandemic and seeks to maximize his own role as a leader, especially in terms of learning quality management, so as to obtain an increase in the quality of learning at Islamic Educational Institutions even during the Covid 19 pandemic era.

Abstract

This article focuses on strategic management issues carried out by Islamic boarding schools in guiding and making their students become memorizers of the Qur'an and the generation of the Qur'an. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the study, it shows that strategic management has been well implemented by the Hafizul Qur'an Al-Ihsan Banjarmasin Islamic boarding school. This can be seen from the formulation of strategies related to developing vision and mission, identifying external opportunities and threats and determining internal strengths and weaknesses, setting long-term goals and choosing certain strategies to be implemented by Islamic boarding schools. Next is the implementation of the strategy which is the action stage in the form of developing a culture that supports the Islamic boarding school strategy, preparing budgets, developing and empowering information systems and linking employee performance with organizational performance. As well as an evaluation of strategies related to reviewing external and internal factors which form the basis of the current strategy at Islamic boarding schools, measuring performance and taking corrective action.

Abstract

The habits of the Indonesian people in seeking the information at this time have experienced a shift from what was previously considered television and print media as a means of actual information, turning to digital media as the main media for seeking information. This is in line with the demands of the industrial revolution 4.0 which demands an all-digital society, the great attention of the Indonesian people to the internet is an opportunity for political actors to turn to digital media as a means of political communication. Through research using descriptive literature study methods, researchers try to observe through online news, scientific magazines, television news, and digital literacy related to political communication built by political actors in Indonesia today. It was found that the results of political communication built through digital media were more effective because political messages were more easily conveyed thanks to the great attention of the Indonesian people to the internet. In addition, digital media can save time and cost in delivering political messages. This digital political communication, apart from personal branding, can also be used to resolve conflicts between the government and society
