Abstract

One aspect of the life of Muhammad who received less serious attention is his leadership in the field of business and entrepreneurship. Most of his life before he became the messenger of Allah was as a businessman. Very distinctive characteristics of the business activities carried out by the Prophet were honesty and trustworthy in keeping his word. Among the many aspects of his business that deserves to be exemplified in business interactions are maintaining the values of dignity, honor, and glory. For him, business is not only limited to the velocity of money and goods, but more that it preserves self-respect.

Governments in developing countries are always trying to do the strategic steps how to increase investment or new economic resources in the country, including of course the Indonesian government. In the midst of these efforts, the endowment which is one of the cars of Islamic economics at present voluntary sector to be one of the potential alternatives which, when developed and managed in such a way to spur economic growth, which in turn can also improve the welfare of the people

Abstract

In terms of quantity, there are a large number of mosques in Indonesia. They can be a potentially tremendous if managed properly, especially in the context of community empowerment. This article examines the application of management functions ie Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling in managing the mosques. From the perspective of an integrated community development, the mosque can serve as an institution of social, economic, political, and public education development

Abstract

The phenomenon of the increasing number of people who want to go Umrah even there are many times become an opportunity for Umrah travel agency, therefore many people are interested in this business field. This certainly makes the competition more competitive and to continue to exist Umrah travel agency must be able to provide satisfaction for its customers, so that one of the marketing studies of consumer decisions needs to be done, and the factors that become urgent to be reviewed is the internal factors of consumers in decision-making that is: culture, social class, individual characteristics, and psychological factors.

Abstract

This article focuses on strategic management issues carried out by Islamic boarding schools in guiding and making their students become memorizers of the Qur'an and the generation of the Qur'an. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the study, it shows that strategic management has been well implemented by the Hafizul Qur'an Al-Ihsan Banjarmasin Islamic boarding school. This can be seen from the formulation of strategies related to developing vision and mission, identifying external opportunities and threats and determining internal strengths and weaknesses, setting long-term goals and choosing certain strategies to be implemented by Islamic boarding schools. Next is the implementation of the strategy which is the action stage in the form of developing a culture that supports the Islamic boarding school strategy, preparing budgets, developing and empowering information systems and linking employee performance with organizational performance. As well as an evaluation of strategies related to reviewing external and internal factors which form the basis of the current strategy at Islamic boarding schools, measuring performance and taking corrective action.

Abstract

Penyelenggaraan studi pelacak dan survei pengguna yang akan dilakukan pada tahun 2021 adalah studi pelacak kedua sejak pembentukan kewirausahaan UPT dan pengembangan karir UIN Antasari pada 3 April 2017. Tujuan dari mengadakan studi pelacak ini adalah untuk melihat hasil dari Lulusan ini, universitas melakukan penelusuran alumni mereka (Studi Tracer) apakah output universitas memiliki daya saing dengan lulusan universitas lainnya. Total populasi lulusan dari 2018-2021 adalah 3.623 alumni dengan detail (2018 = 911 alumni; 2019 = 766 alumni; 2020 = 1505 alumni; 2021 = 441 alumni). Responden yang disampel adalah 1.204 alumni yang berhasil dan sepenuhnya mengisi survei dari 2.113 alumni yang berhasil mengirim kuesioner studi pelacak yang meledakkan. Penelitian ini adalah studi deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan sistem aplikasi pelacak berbasis situs web Carcentos (OS Pusat Karir) yang dimiliki oleh UPT Entrepreneurship dan pengembangan karir UIN Antasari. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa alumni memiliki ketentuan yang memenuhi syarat untuk memasuki dunia kerja, karena ketentuan ilmiah yang terkait dengan kurikulum program penelitian yang dimiliki oleh semua fakultas dan tingkat program strata di UIN Antasari Banjarmasin telah mampu membuat alumni sangat kompetitif dan pengguna UIN BANJARMASIN telah mampu membuat alumni sangat kompetitif dan pengguna Juga memberikan penilaian yang baik terhadap karyawannya yang merupakan alumni Uin Antasari Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Information obtained at the Banjarbaru Climatology Station includes seasonal forecasts, rainfall analysis, rainfall properties analysis, rainy day analysis, and monitoring of rainless days in the South Kalimantan region. Monitoring of Rainless Day is a form of data on rainless days that occur in South Kalimantan in sequence. The data is sent by observers to the Banjarbaru Climatology Station office using SMS, WhatsApp, and even by calling the staff of the Banjarbaru Climatology Station so that employees must check every media both SMS, WhatsApp, and telephone to find out the data sent by observers. Related to these problems, a web-based rainless day monitoring application was made. By using the Research and Development (R&D) method to facilitate the management of rainless day data, a geographic information system management system using Google Maps API and MySQL database is built which is integrated with Internet of Things (IoT) technology based on Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) for data collection in real-time. The system built will provide notifications in the management of areas affected by rainless days in order to deal with drought.
