Abstract

Kemajuan suatu teknologi informasi dan ekonomi merupakan salah satu faktor yang mendesak suatu perusahaan untuk menyusul berkembangnya teknologi yang semakin maju akibat semakin kencangnya persaingan antar perusahaan. Untuk menjadi kompetitif, perusahaan perlu mengelola sumber daya keuangannya sesuai rencana yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya dan memungkinkan manajer untuk membuat keputusan yang tepat. Contoh pengelolaan sumber pendanaan Perusahaan adalah pemakaian dana kas kecil yang diperoleh PT. Bumi Daya Plaza secara berkala, sehingga perusahaan perlu mengelola kas kecil dengan baik. Jika cash management harian tidak ada, hal inilah yang dapat mengganggu jalannya kelancaran operasional pada perusahaan. Tujuan penulis disini ialah untuk menganalisis pemakainan dana kas kecil dikarenakan prosesnya sebagian masih dikatakan semi-otomatis. Dengan demikian penulis mendeskripsikan pemakaian dana kas kecil dengan menggunakan metode SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) lalu dengan model proses waterfall yang berisi dari tahap analisis, perancangan, implementasi dan pemeliharaan serta menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan sebagai basis datanya menggunakan MySql.

Abstract

SDLC atau Software Development Life Cycle atau sering disebut juga System Development Life Cycle adalah proses mengembangkan atau mengubah suatu sistem perangkat lunak dengan menggunakan model-model dan metodologi yang digunakan orang untuk mengembangkan sistem-sistem perangkat lunak sebelumnya (berdasarkan best practice atau cara-cara yang sudah teruji baik). Jurnal ini berusaha memaparkan analisa metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak antara model waterfall (air terjun), dan model RAD (Rapid Application Development). Dari jurnal ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pertimbangan dalam pemilihan metodologi yang tepat berdasarkan kebutuhan, kelebihan dan kekurangan, juga faktor pertimbangan lainnya.

Abstract

Information technology governance is a branch of corporate governance that focuses on information technology (IT) systems and their performance and risk management. The application of information technology in the ABC Dance Studio is currently still limited. The system that has been used at ABC Dance Studio is very limited and there is almost no special application for managing operational processes. ABC Dance Studio has subscribed to cloud computing, namely WD Digital as a back-up storage media and as a server if data is needed at any time. COBIT 4.1 was chosen to determine the maturity level of information technology governance carried out at the ABC Dance Studio and what targets will be achieved to improve the quality of its governance. The results obtained that the level of governance maturity at ABC Dance Studio is currently at level 2 and for the target to be achieved at level 4 maturity, increasing the maturity level to the target must go through level 3 first before reaching the goal level. Recommendations for increasing the maturity of governance are also given to raise the level.

Abstract

Sistem informasi manajemen adalah jaringan prosedur pengolah data oleh suatu organisasi dan disatukan apabila dipandang perlu dengan maksud memberikan data yang bersifat internal maupun data yang bersifat external untuk dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam rangka mencapai tujuan organisasi, menggunakan program yang diolah untuk mempermudah dan mengandalkan efisiensi dalam memanajemen seminar bagi karyawan, dan peserta seminar yang ingin mengikuti seminar, dapat mendaftar, dan mengorganisasi melalui program website. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi dengan mengkaji beberapa teori berdasarkan hasil dari wawancara lapangan dalam rangka perancangan sistem informasi manajemen seminar pada penyelenggara acara bernama Indonesia gaming arena atau disingkat IGA. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode waterfall. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan CSS untuk desain tampilan pada website, Javascript dan Codeigniter untuk model pengembangan Model, View, & Controller. Kemudian manajemen database pengelolaan menggunakan MySQL.Hasil dari penelitian adalah terwujudnya sebuah sistem informasi manajemen yang dapat mempermudah karyawan, peserta seminar, dan semua yang terlibat dalam proses seminar, sehingga dapat bermanfaat dan meningkatkan efesiensi dalam pengelolaan manajemen seminar. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Seminar Pada Indonesia Gaming Arena telah selesai dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan database MySQL. Menggunakan Waterfall method, sebagai pengembang perangkat lunak.

Abstract

Sekolah Dasar Negeri 001 Balam Jaya merupakan salah satu sekolah dasar yang bertempat di Dusun Srijaya DesaBalam Jaya Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. Sekolah Dasar Neger 001 Balam Jaya bagian atau divisi yang menangani terkait hail Dana BOS ialah Tata Usaha dan dengan persetujuan atau ijin dari Kepala Sekolah. Dalam menangani kasus pemilihan penerimaan dana BOS ini keputusan atas penerimaan dana BOS hanya kepada Kepala Sekolah berdasarkan hasil pemungutan suara dalam rapat dan ini dianggap sangat kurang efisien, dimana penentuan penerimaan dana BOS hanya didasarkan pada suara terbanyak dari jumlah peserta rapat yang hadir. Terlebih lagi dengan keputusan mengenai penerimaan dana BOS tidak disertai dengan penjelasan keprioritasannya, sehingga menimbulkan pro dan kontra guru-guru terhadap keputusan yang ditetapkan karena tidak akan mungkin semua guru pro terhadap keputusan yang telah ditetapkan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian metode SAW didapatkan nilai preferensi terbaik pada alternatif Harisandi dengan nilai preferensi 0,83. Pada pengujian yang dilakukan dengan UAT dan Blackbox didapatkan nilai UAT sebesar 87% serta nilaipengujian Blackbox ialah 100%.

Abstract

The use of technology in education, especially in mathematics is very important. It is critical to create technology-based learning media such as the Geogebra applet so that students can learn independently in constructing understanding concepts to solve mathematical problems through modeling, simulation, and visualization. This study aims to develop a geogebra applet on a valid and practical special probability distribution material.. The type of research used is development research with reference to the development design of the Three-D (3D) model. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Data from observations and interviews were analyzed qualitatively. The data from the validation and practicality tests were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the average percentage of validation results was 85.47%, so it can be said that this geogebra applet was categorized as very valid.. The results of the student response questionnaire on aspects of pleasure, usefulness, convenience, and interest in the display reached an average percentage of 85.63% and was categorized as very practical, so the geogebra applet that was developed could be used in learning.

Abstract

Pineapple (Ananas comosus (L) Merr) is one type of fruit that is commonly known and consumed by the people of Indonesia. The use of pineapples in general in the community is only limited to the flesh of the fruit. Pineapple fruit with high quality for consumption. Pineapple fruit that is ripe and unripe can be seen from the color, texture and shape. The manual method that is usually used to identify the level of ripeness of pineapple is by examining the appearance and aroma of the fruit and checking by touch. This method is considered less effective if it is used to sort the ripeness level of Pineapple in very large quantities. There are several features that can be used in image pattern recognition systems such as the Support Vector Machine (SVM). In this study, researchers will classify the level of maturity of pineapple based on texture where the preprocessing and feature extraction stages are based on GLCM texture contrast, correlation, energy, and homogeneity. then from the extraction of the image features can be identified by using the classification algorithm Support Vector Machine. Based on the results obtained, the highest accuracy on the C25 reached 86%.

Abstract

Entering the industrial era 4.0, the world focuses on digital technology, one of which is in the tourism sector. It's no wonder that currently there are various kinds of applications for tourism with various advantages and features to make it easier for users. One of the roles of technology in tourism is GoTravelly. GoTravelly is a social media site to review tourist and culinary places from various regions. However, in its use, the GoTravelly application has a low usability level. This is due to problems with the user interface and user experience that are difficult for users to understand. From the existing problems, research was conducted to measure the level of ease of use of the application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) in order to determine the value and level, as well as an implementation using the User Centered Design (UCD) method for designing the GoTravelly prototype. The results of the initial SUS test obtained a score of 60.2, which was included in the low category. The initial SUS score is used as a reference for improving the prototype using the UCD method, so that the SUS score has increased to 91.25 with Grade A and Acceptable.

Abstract

The mapping of medicinal and rare plants in Kediri Regency is a collaborative program between Balitbangda and Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. In its implementation there are problems related to plant information that has been collected. In solving this problem, a solution is proposed by using an analytical approach and also visualizing information into a dashboard. The output of this research is a dashboard visualization that is used for reports and information to the implementing team of the cooperation program for mapping medicinal and rare plants. For the tools used in Microsoft Power BI, use charts and cards in the dashboard visualization

Abstract

Abstract: Today, the development of information technology is developing very rapidly. This is demonstrated by the many technologies that have the potential to impact the world of work and even the whole world, especially in the health sector. Accurate and reliable information is required to provide value to users of that information. There is no denying the urgent need for an information system for Posyandu and clinics. Information is important. Speed ??of information delivery and data access is equally important for organizations to remain competitive. With the rapid development of information technology, Depok Wine Poshandou always strives to innovate in information technology. One of the more advanced information technologies is the systems or applications that support the performance of Posyandu services. The currently running posyandu service system is still running manually. You have to contact the registry section. The registration section is time consuming as it has to summarize service data reports one by one. Make the running system less efficient in performing work activities. Based on current issues. So we need a system that allows the service to get information about posyandu's data. Applications are written using the PHP programming language and the MySQL database.
