Abstract

Perkembangan sistem pendidikan semakin hari semakin dinamis dan massif. Sistem dan model pembelajaran dikembangkan untuk dapat memberikan suatu dampak positif dalam pengembangan karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini secara spesifik bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan tentang model pengelolaan full day school di Sekolah Menengah di Surakarta. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive random sampling, maka ditentukan SMA Muhammadiyah I Surakarta dan SMA Al-Abiding Boarding School sebagai sumber data dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan tiga cara, yaitu observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa dalam mengelola sistem full day school terdapat beberapa tahapan, diantaranya adalah tahap perencanaan, tahap penyusunan program kerja tahunan, dan tahap manajemen kelas. Program perencanaan dimulai dengan evaluasi kegiatan belajar mengajar tahun ajaran yang sudah berlangsung dan peninjauan visi-misi sekolah. Penyusunan program disampaikan pada saat rapat penyusunan program yang dihadiri oleh semua warga sekolah untuk selanjutnya program-program selama satu tahun ke depan. Manajemen kelas dalam sistem fullday school diantaranya adalah manajemen penyusunan jadwal pelajaran, manajemen jam istirahat, pemberian ice breaking, serta manajemen kegiatan keagamaan dan program unggulan.

Abstract

Masyarakat saat ini lebih selektif dalam memilih sekolah. Kondisi ini mengakibatkan sekolah saling bersaing dan menunjukkan eksistensinya. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis upaya Kepala sekolah SD Islam An Nur Bungur Tulungagung dalam merancang strategi guna meningkatkan citra sekolah yang baik di masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Perencanaan program kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan citra sekolah antara lain: (1) mengkaji dan mengidentifikasi berbagai kekuatan dan kelemahan sekolah yaitu dengan melakukan perbaikan secara kontinuitas dengan mempertimbangkan peluang dan ancaman untuk mencapai visi dan misi; (2) memperbaiki kondisi fisik dan non fisik; dan (3) melakukan promosi kepada masyarakat luas. Mobilisasi sumberdaya sekolah dalam meningkatkan citra sekolah dilakukan dengan: (1) menata kebutuhan, kompetensi, dan harmonisasi guru dan staf; (2) meningkatkan standar fasilitas sekolah; (3) mengadakan rapat rutin; (4) menguatkan sistem administrasi sekolah; (5) dan meningkatan kualitas layanan dan pendidikan. Penetapan target dalam meningkatkan citra sekolah yaitu mewujudkan sekolah Adiwiyata dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, dan meningkatkan kepercaayan masyarakat terhadap keberadaan sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the strategies implemented by the principal in order to improve the quality of tahfizh education in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga. This study is a field study with a qualitative approach. The location of this study is in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga, Central Java. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. There are 3 aspects that are targeted from improving the quality of tahfizh education. First, the improvement of the quality of human resources in this case is reserved for teachers who support the tahfizh program. This improvement in the quality of human resources is implemented through teacher self-training, learning supervision, lesson study and peer assessment, as well as the construction of recitations. Second, the implementation of standard operating procedures (POS) implemented by tahfizh teachers in teaching. Third, improve communication and good cooperation with parents.

Abstract

When the covid-19 pandemic comes, conventional learning methods must change with online learning methods or commonly called online learning which utilizes media platforms connected to the internet network to distribute materials and communicate between teachers and learners. Even in the event of a covid-19 pandemic learning must still be carried out and cannot be abandoned. Because this kind of learning has never been practiced before, then there are difficulties or problems very potentially arise. To solve this kind of thing, a strategy is needed to solve the problem. The media used must also be considered and adjusted to the conditions of the learners. This activity aims to maintain the quality of learning during the covid-19 pandemic. Even if the learning runs in the network, the quality of learning must still be considered so that the learning runs well and is effectively accepted by learners. This research aims to find out how online learning is done by SD Plus Al Hikmah and how the methods and strategies applied to maintain the quality of online learning so that the learning carried out can run effectively.

Abstract

This study has a background to determine the correlation between internet services and library access services at IAIN Kediri, so that the results can be used to facilitate librarians in arranging the priority needs of library service users, especially students. This research uses quantitative research method by collecting data through a questionnaire distributed to 300 students. The result of the questionnaire is then analyzed to gain the correlation value to find relationships between variables followed by looking for regression values to determine the influence of one variable on another. To determine the value of validity and reliability, the Pearson Correlation Product Moment formula and Alpha-Cronbach formula are used. Based on the results of the data analysis technique using simple linear regression, between the independent (internet services) and the dependent variable (services in the library) has a correlation value (R2) of 25.5% which means that there is a positive correlation (interrelated between one variable and one variable). other). Briefly, it can be concluded that internet services have a correlation with access to library services and an important role in supporting student learning activities. Accordingly, librarians are strongly expected to carry out management especially in terms of library service facilities and infrastructure at IAIN Kediri.
