Abstract

This research is motivated because MAN 2 Batusanggkar already brought positive changes to the collar in the quality of schooling. This is evidenced by the many religious programs, science, scouts, sport and art that have been realized. The program that has been realized is a scout camp between schools of West Sumatra, calligraphy training, development of new classes, building and other art. As for the purpose of this research is because they want to understand the phenomenon of the leadership of Principal in an effort to improve the quality of education in MAN 2 Batusanggkar Tanah Datar Distric and to look for the meaning behind the facts about the leadership of Principal in an effort to improve the quality of education in MAN 2 Batusanggkar Tanah Datar Distric. Research method in this research is a qualitative. The qualitative research is a research procedure with the results of descriptive data. In collecting the data, researchers conducted observation, direct interviews and documentation study. Observation, direct interviews and documentation study that examined do is about the leadership implementation of head master to improve quality of education in MAN 2 Batusanggkar Tanah Datar District. The results of this research showed (1). MAN 2 Batusanggkar school principals have the multi-style leadership, in carrying out their duties this kind of leader would welcome suggestions from subordinates and even critics ask of them for the successful joint work. (2). The strategy used in general is a bridge between the hearts of human resources, the division of tasks in accordance with the competency of teachers, there is a clear timetable, the evaluation of direct and indirect evaluation, and each teacher mengahargai each other and help each other. (3). Internal constraints are still many areas of learning of human resources, has not yet formed groups by subject, lack of funding and very limited assistance, institutionally, MAN 2 Batusanggkar in designing the budget does not have the autonomy and the large amount of human resources and input in MAN 2 Batusanggkar. External obstacle is cooperation with the local government in the context of religious education is still limited and the quality improvement program that institution under the name of Madrasah in the field of religion is often powerless against the current globalization. Thus, the principal's leadership in improving the quality of education is done by applying multi-style leadership and multi-strategy. Although there are some constraints, but the constraints can be resolved properly.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini ialah menerapkan strategi knowledge sharing untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di Madrasah Diniyah Annafi’iyah Nurul Jadid. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. hasil dari penelitian ini knowledge sharing dalam menigkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dengan cara, antara lain 1) Merubah mindset dan revolusi mental 2) Pelatihan 3) Pengawasan 4) Reward dan punisment. Hasil dari adanya knowledge sharing dapat menambah pengetahuan atau wawasan dan  pengalaman baru, sehingga tetap terjaga kualitas sumber daya manusia di madrasah. Penerapan strategi knowledge sharing yang dilakukan seorang pemimpin dapat memberi manfaat bagi sumber daya lembaga sendiri dan bisa mengembangkan lembaga untuk terus maju lebih baik.Kata Kunci : Strategi Knowledge Sharing dan Sumber Daya ManusiaThe purpose of this study is to apply knowledge sharing strategies to improve the quality of human resources in Nurul Jadid's Diniyah Annafi'iyah Madrasah. The research methodology used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection is done by interview and observation. the results of this research are knowledge sharing in improving the quality of human resources by means of, among others: 1) changing mental mindset and revolution 2) training 3) supervision 4) rewards and punishments. The results of knowledge sharing can add new knowledge or insights and experiences, so that the quality of human resources is maintained in the madrasa. The application of knowledge sharing strategies carried out by a leader can benefit the institution's own resources and can develop institutions to continue to advance better.Keywords: Knowledge Sharing Strategy and Human Resources

Abstract

Latar belakang  penelitian ini adalah kurang baiknya Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan kurangnya  Peran Komite Sekolah sehingga mengakibatkan belum terpenuhinya ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan berapa besar kontribusi  Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan Peran Komite Sekolah terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif  yang menggambarkan kondisi lapangan  secara apa adanya dengan melihat berbagai masalah yang timbul saat ini. Hipotesis penelitian dalam penelitian adalah : (1) Terdapatnya kontribusi Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto. (2)  Terdapatnya kontribusi Peran Komite Sekolah terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto. (3) Terdapatnya kontribusi Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan Peran Komite Sekolah terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru IPA SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto yang berjumlah 30 orang Jumlah sampel penelitian  sebanyak 30 orang. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini  dengan menggunakan metode “ Total Sampling”. Dari hasil penelitian ini, terungkap bahwa : (1)  Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan  terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto, sebesar 27,1 %. (2) Peran Komite Sekolah berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto, sebesar 26,2 %. (3) Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah ( X1 )  dan variabel Peran Komite Sekolah (X2) berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan  terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto, dan ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto ditentukan oleh Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah  dan Peran Komite Sekolah secara bersama-sama sebesar 39,5 %.

Abstract

Research without the publication has not provided meaning about benefits and research results. Research results need to be published or disseminated to benefit the community. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of universities in the acceleration of publication of research results. The research method used a qualitative approach. Sources of data consist of interviews with lecturers and team of journal publications, document studies, and reports on the achievements of publications of scientific papers. This study uses inductive thinking. This research was conducted on journal team and publication of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia and research and publishing institute of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Abstract

Based on observation in the field, the researchers find that the pedagogic and professional competence all PAI teachers MTsN in Solok Regency are relatively low. The researcher think that the lack of pedagogic and professional competence all PAI teachers MTsN in Solok Regency was due to the low contribution about the implementation of the supervisor task. The study population were all PAI teachers  MTsN in Solok Regency as 190 peoples. The samples are 48 peoples obtained by using proportional startified random sampling technique. The data were collected using a questionnaire technique using a Likert scale. The first and second hypotheses were tested using simple regression techniques and correlation, while the third hypotheses with multiple regression technique and correlation. The result of data analysis showed thats: (1) the duty supervisur has contribution significantly 93,3% to all PAI theachers  MTsN in Solok Regency, (2) the implementation of the task supervisor contribute significantly 93,5% to all PAI teachers MTsN in Solok Regency competence and professional, (3) the implementation of task supervisor has contribution to the supervisor simultaneously and significantly 93,5% the pedagogic competence and professional competence all PAI teachers MTsN in Solok Regency. It was concluded that the implementation of the task supervisor is an important one that can influence and professional compeence of all PAI teachers  MTsN in Solok Regency , beside other varibles not be examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of management aspects of education in: (1) personnel and student management, (2) curriculum management, and (3) infrastructure management in Lima Kaum 1 SLB. This research is qualitative research with a case study method. Data collection techniques used are: Observation, Interview Method and Documentation. The results of the study revealed: (1) in staffing and student management, it was found that the implementation of management had been carried out in terms of routine activities, but there were still a number of things that had to be corrected namely in terms of organization, function of school leaders and businessmanship , it was found that the school had made every effort in implementing the 2013 Curriculum, but still needed proper and accurate management in its implementation at school and the development of a typical school curriculum so as to improve school quality, (3) in the management of facilities and infrastructure found that administrative management in the procurement of infrastructure facilities it is good, but still needs improvement in terms of planning procurement of facilities that are right on target and management of existing infrastructure.

Abstract

this study to analysis about which kind is the leader of Islamic boarding school station in restrainting quality of instituted under of it. That used in restraint method is feld research of yard restrain. From the resulf of research, we can take the conclution that is the leader of Islamic boarding school as spear for developing an instituted. To increase the school quality, the leader of Islamic boarding school should own good cleverness, and capable in developing new idea in order the institude afford to compete in globalization era and able to arrange organization inside it. The implication of this study is restrainting quality education if the holder of reins capable in performing the duty maximality.
