Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has ushered us into the Fourth Industrial Revolution, emphasizing digitalization, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and advanced data analytics. This technological evolution has fostered the rise of social media, platforms for interaction, sharing, and content creation. TikTok, a leading platform, has become a potent tool for businesses to promote products and services by posting high-quality content. This study explores how TikTok serves as a promotional avenue for the Taman Safari Prigen tourist attraction. Employing observation and interviews, the research reveals TikTok's capability to enhance brand awareness and attract visitors to Taman Safari Prigen, as highlighted by the AISAS analysis. The study emphasizes the stages of Search, Action, and Share as pivotal promotional opportunities.

Abstract

The richness of Osing culture in Kemiren Village has positioned this site as a notable cultural tourism destination. This article aims to: 1) describe the tourist attractions in the Osing Traditional Cultural Village of Kemiren, Banyuwangi; 2) identify sustainable tourism development in this village; and 3) analyze the challenges faced in achieving sustainable tourism. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative research approach, this study employs observation and interview techniques to gather data. Findings indicate that sustainable tourism development in Kemiren Village is progressing positively, evidenced by economic, socio-cultural, and environmental benefits. However, certain obstacles persist, posing challenges to further advancements in sustainable tourism growth.

Abstract

The Indonesian tourism industry explores its cultural wealth through the concept of village tourism, a potential that reflects the beauty and authenticity of the local community's life. As a concrete example, Alamendah Village Tourism can leverage its tourism potential to enhance the local economy. Thus, in this context, the research focuses on analyzing how Alamendah Village Tourism recognizes the tourism potential that can improve the economic sustainability of the local community in Alamendah Village. The research employs qualitative research methods as it seeks to understand how Alamendah Village Tourism identifies the tourism potential in its village to enhance the economic sustainability of the local community in Alamendah Village. The results and discussions depict the tourism potential, which is the excellent and admirable human resources in Alamendah Village, creating strategic opportunities to strengthen the local economy with sustainability as the main focus. Therefore, sustainable development is not only about economic growth but also about a wise balance between economic benefits, environmental conservation, and the empowerment of the local community.

Abstract

Pakistan, a nation located at the crossroads of South Asia and Central Asia, boasts a rich tapestry of cultural traditions influenced by various historical events and ethnic groups. This paper explores the multifaceted nature of Pakistani culture, including its language, cuisine, music, and art forms. The paper delves into the historical roots of these cultural elements, examining how the interplay of indigenous practices, colonial history, and globalization has shaped contemporary cultural expressions in Pakistan. Furthermore, special attention is given to the regional diversity evident across the provinces, encompassing distinct customs and lifestyles. The findings highlight the resilience of traditional practices amidst modernity, showcasing how Pakistani culture remains vibrant and adaptive. This research contributes to the understanding of cultural dynamics in Pakistan and emphasizes the significance of cultural preservation in an era of rapid change.

Abstract

This study explores the field of anthropology in Turkey, emphasizing its historical development, key themes, and contemporary implications. Turkish anthropology arose during the late Ottoman Empire, influenced by Western methodologies and indigenous perspectives. The discipline has evolved to encompass various aspects of cultural identity, migration, and socio-political changes. Current anthropological work in Turkey examines how globalization and modernity are reshaping traditional lifestyles and cultural practices among Turkish communities. This paper aims to bridge established anthropological theories with new findings from Turkey, showcasing the richness of the country's cultural landscape through qualitative research methods. By synthesizing existing literature and presenting primary data, the research identifies key trends in Turkish anthropology and their relevance in a global context. Insights from this study contribute to broader discussions on cultural resilience, identity formation, and the role of anthropology in understanding complex social dynamics. The findings hold significant implications for future research directions and anthropological activism in Turkey.
