Abstract

This paper presents an overview of the author's internship experience at Astra Property, focusing on front-end development tasks undertaken within the admin portal project. The author discusses the practical application of software engineering principles and methodologies, with a particular emphasis on agile methodology facilitated by Jira software utilising Kanban methods. Tasks executed during the internship include refining sorting systems, implementing advanced features such as the Daily Active Users dashboard using Chart.js, and collaborating with colleagues to optimise user interface design. Through a systematic approach to project management and iterative development processes, the author has produced an enhanced user experience through design revamp and improved task efficiency with quick links applied. This experience serves to deepen the author's understanding of front-end development practices and underscores the importance of continuous learning and adaptation in the software engineering domain. Abstract

Tempeh is a fermented food by the fungus Rhizopus Oligosporus and is made from soybean seeds which are rich in protein and dietary fiber. Tempeh has become a food choice that is rich in nutrients and has broad health potential. In this study, tempeh was incorporated into puff snacks using an extrusion machine as a substitute for wheat flour, aiming to determine the optimal formula. Different percentages of tempeh flour (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25%) were used. Organoleptic testing was conducted to assess the preferred formula. The findings of the organoleptic evaluation of the use of tempeh flour with a substitution rate of up to 10% were well received in terms of sensory attributes. Abstract

Flowability of solid material is important especially in food and pharmaceutical industry where solid material is the main material used. When designing equipment, understanding flowability of solid material becoming crucial point to maintain effectiveness of the equipment. Angle of repose is one of the oldest method to determine flowability of solid material. From several different method to measure angle of repose, tilting table method was chosen as the basis for this equipment design. Lego structure basis was chosen to modernized method for angle of repose measurement. For the experiment, 2 different materials were chosen: coriander seeds and cement powder. These 2 materials were chosen due to their different flowability properties to ensure the effectiveness of the designed equipment. From the measurement result, average angle of repost for coriander seed was 19.30 and 32.6o for cement powder. Based on these results, the percentage of error for angle of repost measurement using lego tilted structure equipment is between 6 until 20% which is in an acceptable level. This showed that the design of the equipment was a success and can be used to determine angle of repose of solid material.
