Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Asakota Bima . Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif . populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 62 orang dengan sampel PNS sejumlah 36 orang. Tekhnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, kuisioner, dan studi pustaka. Tekhnik analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linear berganda, kofesien korelasi, kofesien determinasi, uji T, uji F dengan diolah menggunakan program statistical product and service solution (SPSS) Versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Motivasi intrinsik (X1) , Motivasi Ekstrinsik (X2), dan Kepuasan Kerja (Y) berpengaruh secara simultan.

Abstract

This study used qualitative research methods and research results are presented in descriptive form. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used in this study is an interactive model from Miles and Huberman, namely by reducing data, the presentation of this research by curriculum management in managing superior programs at SDIT Anak Soleh 1 Mataram. The results are implemented by the head of the madrasa by fulfilling the stages of the strategic management process which consists of (1) Planning an integrated curriculum at SDIT Anak Soleh 1 Mataram carried out in a curriculum planning team meeting at the beginning of the semester. The steps for planning an integrated curriculum consist of making annual programs (prota), making semester programs (prosem), syllabus and lesson plans. The curriculum planning of SDIT Anak Soleh 1 Mataram by formulating of 2013 curriculum with the JSIT curriculum. (2) The implementation of the integrated curriculum at SDIT Anak Soleh 1 Mataram is carried out by using two methods, the first: integration of the 2013 curriculum with the JSIT curriculum through integration of themes, integration of Islamic values, integration of practice in the learning cycle in the classroom and outside the classroom, second: development of school programs through religious programs such as tahsin Al-qur'an with WAFA method, tahfiz Al-qur'an, dhuha prayer in congregation, cheerful romadon, infaq, and caring qurban. (3) Evaluation of the integrated curriculum of SDIT Anak Soleh 1 Mataram through daily, formative, and summative evaluations. Daily evaluation to see the achievement of daily activity targets such as evaluating the tahsin of the Qur'an. Weekly evaluation to see the achievement of weekly activity targets such as the tahfiz Al-qur'an program. Formative evaluation through the Mid-Semester Examination (UTS) and summative evaluation through the Final Semester Examination (UAS).

Abstract

This study examines the influence of impact auditors' reputation, auditory committees and corporate size on the quality audits of the transport companies listed in bei 2018-2021 The method of sampling collecting used is sampling impressive. The empirical results of the study show that the auditors' reputation (x1), the auditors committee (x2), and the corporate size (x3) simultaneously affect the quality auditing (y) and to the value of the study of the f for 0,000 < 0,05 and f count 29,372 > f tabel 2,75 of the company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2018-2021.

Abstract

: This study aims to determine the work environment partially significant effect on employee performance at CV. Jaya Abadi Bima City, to find out motivation has a partial significant effect on achievement on CV. Jaya Abadi Bima City, to find out the work environment and work motivation have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at CV. Jaya Abadi Bima City. Questionnaire research instrument. The scoring technique used in this research questionnaire is a Likert scale. The population in this study were 59 employees at CV. Jaya Abadi Bima City. The sample in this study were 59 permanent employees at CV. Jaya Abadi Bima City with the sampling technique used, namely the saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, f and t test with the help of SPSS version 21 for windows. The results showed that the work environment did not partially affect employee performance, work motivation partially affected employee performance, work environment and work motivation simultaneously affected employee performance at CV. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the Analysis Of Financial Performance Through Trend Analysis And Compound Annual Growth Rate (CARG) at PT. AKR Corporindo, Tbk. The research method is using a descriptive method, with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using secondary data. The population in this study is 60 years old and the sample used is 10 years which is the annual report of the product distribution sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The results of the study using the t-test one sample sales and net income at PT. AKR Corpindo Tbk are said to be good because more than 20%, which means that the value of financial performance at the CAGR level of PT. AKR Corpindo Tbk's revenue is good.
