Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Digital Marketing, on Sales products and determine the effect of Digital Marketing with ease of Pandemic Covid-19 as a moderating variable on Sales Products in small and micro scale enterprises in Kota Besi with the ease of Pandemic Covid-19 as a moderating variable. As for what is presented as a population of enterprises in Kota Besi, the criteria of Micro and Small business of Kota Besi. The Sample taken in the study obtained 130 respondents, divided into 68 respondents who used Digital Marketing, and 62 respondents not use Digital Marketing. The sampling technique used is Convenience Sampling. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale to collect data on variable Digital Marketing, covid-19 pandemic, and sales products, using the MRA (Moderating Regression Analysis). The results of this research indicate that Digital Marketing has a significant and positive effect on product sales. Another result of this research shows that the Covid-19 Pandemic is not a moderating variable in the relationship between Digital Marketing and Product Sales. The Covid-19 Pandemic is an independent variable (predictor) in relation to Product Sales.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the strength of the brand equity of Federal brand motorcycle engine lubricants is seen from the dimensions of brand awareness, brand associations, perceived quality, and brand loyalty. The population in this study is the community of users of Federal brand motorcycle engine lubricants who replace lubricants at a motorcycle repair shop in Sampit. Data was obtained by using a questionnaire which was then analyzed by descriptive analysis. Brand awareness data is measured by percentage calculation, brand association data is measured by the Cochran test, while data on perceived quality and brand loyalty is measured by means. The results of the study show that (1) the dimension of brand awareness of Federal motorcycle lubricants ranks third in the top of mind, second in brand recall, and 4% in brand recognition. Associations related to Federal lubricants are Astra products, lubricants whose quality is tested, durable, and easy to obtain because they are available in various places in Indonesia. Federal lubricant quality perception has a performance level (3.12) lower than the importance level (4.25). From the switcher level brand loyalty to liking the brand, is categorized as good enough as the committed buyer level, it can be seen from the frequency of consumers suggesting and promoting Federal lubricants (3.91), therefore it can be concluded that Federal lubricant brand equity is quite strong.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the cash conversion cycle on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this research is 83 companies consisting of 23 companies from the consumer goods sector, 36 from primary industry and chemicals, and 24 from the miscellaneous industry. The dependent variable in this study is profitability proxied to return on assets (ROA). The independent variable is the cash conversion cycle and there are three control variables in this study, namely debt, growth, and size. This research was conducted using multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that the cash conversion cycle did not affect profitability in the manufacturing sector which is listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, advertising, and product quality on purchasing decisions. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling with a total of 70 respondents. This research instrument uses a questionnaire using a Likert scale to collect data on price, advertising, and product quality onpurchasing decisions. The results of this study indicate that the price partially does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Then advertising partially has a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions. Product Quality partially does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously stated that the influence of price, advertising, and product quality together affect the decision to purchase Telkomsel internet services. The results contribute that the role of internet service advertising is indispensable in marketing internet products in rural areas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of expectations on income and self-concept on the desire to start an entrepreneur. The population in this study were active students of the Faculty of Business and the Faculty of Computer Science, Darwan Ali University. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis, prerequisite test analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) Expectations on Income had a positive and significant effect on the Desire to Start Entrepreneurship which was indicated by a significance valueless than the level of significance (0.000 <0.050) and the t value of 9.437 which was greater than the t table. (2) Self-concept has a positive and significant effect on the Desire to Start Self-Employment, which is indicated by a significance value less than the level of significance (0.000 <0.050) and the t-count value of 9.437 is greater than the t table. (3) Expectations on Income and Self-Concept simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the desire to start Self-Employment.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of service and product quality on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction as mediation. The population of the study was one hundred rocket chicken Sampit customers selected using accidental sampling methods. Analytical model used in this research path analysis. The result showed that 1) service quality of Rocket Chicken Sampit has no effect on customer satisfaction, 2) product quality of rocket chicken Sampit has no effect on customer satisfaction, 3) customer satisfaction of rocket chicken Sampit affects customer loyalty, 4) service quality of rocket chicken Sampit has no effect on customer loyalty, 5) product quality of rocket chicken Sampit effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The rural poverty rate in South Kalimantan Province decreased in 2018 amidst the poverty rate between rural and urban areas is still relatively high. However, the high rate of urban population exceeding rural areas is followed by a higher poverty rate in rural areas than in cities. This research is a quantitative research using Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis. This research was conducted in South Kalimantan Province. Election of South Kalimantan Province for the 2016-2017 period. The purpose of this study is to analyze how much influence the Agricultural Sector Regional Expenditures and Village Funds have on the agricultural sector GRDP, then the effect on its poverty rate. The results show that the Regional Expenditures for the Agricultural Sector Program and village funds do not significantly increase the GRDP of the Agricultural Sector. Regional Expenditures for the Agricultural Sector Program and village funds have a significant influence on the Poverty Rate. The GRDP of the Agricultural Sector has a significant influence on the Poverty Rate. Regional Expenditures for the Agricultural Sector Program through the GRDP of the Agricultural Sector and Village Funds do not have a significant effect on reducing the Poverty Rate inSouth Kalimantan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality and features possessed by smartphones on the purchase decision of the Samsung A Series. The population of this study was Darwan Ali University students and as many as 80 students became the research sample using random sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis will be used because the regression model is free from multicollinearity, normality, and heteroscedasticity. The results of this study indicate that quality and features have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Quality and features can describe the decision to buy a smartphone by 30.7%.

Abstract

This research focuses on determining the suitable models for predicting financial distress in Indonesia. This research uses the Zmijewski model and the Grover model in predicting companies that have been delisted from Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research calculated the accuracy of each model which is the Zmijewski model and Grover model and then proved by hypothesis testing. The result of this research shows that the Zmijewski model and Grover model are not suitable for delisting companies in Indonesia, and the Grover model is no better than the Zmijewski model.

Abstract

The study was conducted to analyze the effect of price, promotion, people, and physical evidence on PitJek's purchasing decisions. There are five independent variables in the study, namely price, promotion, people, and physical evidence, and the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 samples who had used the services of PitJek (Sampit Ojek). Samples were taken using the accidental sampling technique. The research analysis method is quantitative with validity and reliability tests, the analysis technique is the outer and inner models. The results of the analysis show that each statement is declared valid and reliable. In the results of hypothesis testing, it is found that price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions for PitJek services, while the results of promotions, people, physical evidence, and income (control variables) do not affect the purchasing decisions of PitJek services
