Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the quality of service provided by the company and the price set can affect the satisfaction of customers who visit the Car Wash WS Sampit car wash. This sample was made using the Incidental Sampling method which to find these respondents is to ask by chance respondents who are at the place of the object of research, the total number of respondents is 100 people with each criterion including gender, age, and type of work. The instrument of this research is a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale to obtain information about customer satisfaction. Respondents were asked to answer each question with an assessment of strongly disagree, disagree, agree, and strongly agree. Multiple regression analysis is a technique used for data analysis. The results of the tests that have been carried out show a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, the service quality variable has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Thus H1 is approved but Ho is not approved. With a significant value of 0.001 <0.05, the price variable has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction. Thus Ha is approved while Ho is not approved.

Abstract

The research aims to find out whether product, price, and promotion influence purchasing decisions. Matahari Citimall rarely carries out promotions on social media such as discounts so people are not aware of marketing information. This study used a quantitative methodology, with a sample of 100 respondents. This survey collects product, price, promotion, and purchase decision data using a Likert scale. This study uses a multiple linear regression approach using SPSS Version 22 software. Based on the results of this study, purchasing decision behavior is not formed by price variables, but by products and promotions. Therefore, Matahari Citimall should maintain the quality of the products they sell and increase the display of promotions through Instagram and SMS media.

Abstract

Today's entrepreneurship can be said to be a struggle for prospective workers to overcome the increasing number of unemployed. One of them is by opening a food stall business and so on or trading. This UMKM is a business that is widely developed because basic necessities are a definite food needed in society, no wonder there is a lot of market demand for basic necessities. However, what is still a weakness in this business is that there is no recording of financial statements that have been made since this business started. Therefore, this study aims to help MSMEs at Dewi's kiosk record and prepare finances in accordance with SAK-EMKM. This research uses a descriptive research method that is done by interviews and documentation of transaction evidence. And the results of the study show that the statement of financial position in the form of income is accepted

Abstract

To find out the development of a business can be seen from the volume of sales, the profit obtained will be even greater by looking at sales. Sales volume can be increased by conducting conventional or online promotions, to save costs incurred in conducting promotions, it can be done through online media, namely Instagram and Facebook applications. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, promotion through Instagram and Facebook has a positive and significant influence on the sales volume of the Summer Spring perfume business, from Chi-Square it can be seen that promotions through the two media have different sales results. Using the ROAS formula, it is known that promoting on Facebook is more effective than promoting on Instagram.

Abstract

As people's spending power rises, so does the scope of the cosmetics industry, which is benefiting from advances in technology and more cutting-edge variations of existing products. Because of this, cosmetic manufacturers in Indonesia are now able to compete fairly in the local cosmetic brand section in Indonesia. This is due to the fact that demand has been on the rise over the past two years, which has led to an increase in the number of people purchasing cosmetics within Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between the pricing of Ms. Glow cosmetic items and the level of customer satisfaction with regard to product quality control factors. Quantitative study was conducted, and a total of one hundred people from the city of Sampit who had previously purchased Ms. Glow goods served as responders. In this study, the method of sampling that was carried out was known as snowball sampling. It is possible to draw the conclusion that there is a positive and significant effect of price on consumer satisfaction based on the findings of this study, which indicate that the value of the sig t-test was 0.000, which means that the significance level was less than 0.05. This indicates that there is a correlation between the price of a product and the degree to which customers are satisfied with that product.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the impact of work environment and work stress on employee loyalty with employee job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population is all employees who work at UD.Tiga Sewarga totaling 37 people. The sampling method used is a saturated sample with the research instrument in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results showed that the work environment did not have a significant impact on employee job satisfaction with the coefficient value. 0.069, job stress has a significant impact on employee job satisfaction with a coefficient value. 0.483, the work environment does not have a significant impact on employee loyalty with a coefficient value. 0.328, work stress has no significant impact on employee loyalty with a coefficient value. -0.020, employee job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee loyalty with a coefficient value of 0.638.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Instagram as a social media marketing on consumptive behavior. The population of this study was women in the city of Sampit with an age range of 17-26 years with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling method used purposive sampling with an instrument in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results show that Instagram as social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior. This means that women in the city of Sampit have consumptive behavior. Therefore, if the information on products specific to women's fashion is further improved, information on the latest goods is continuously developed, and advertising appearances on Instagram are made more attractive, then the consumptive behavior of women viewing Instagram will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a difference between the performance appraisal based on the Regional Financial and Assets Agency system and the actual performance appraisal. This study uses paired sample t-test in its measurement method. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Finance and Assets Agency (BKAD) of East Kotawaringin Regency with 83 people. In this study, the sample used was 60 people, this is because there are some people who do not meet the criteria as a reference for performance appraisal. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed a significant difference between the performance appraisal based on the Regional Financial Agency and Assets system and the actual performance appraisal. Where the assessment based on the system is higher than the actual performance appraisal with a difference of -8.75000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the name of the store had an influence on the variable of buying interest in SHMG fashion and 35,000 Sampit fashion. This study uses quantitative methods, and the population presented is all customers who have come and bought at SHMG and all 35,000 Sampit, and the sample taken in this study was obtained from 100 respondents. Sampling using accidental sampling with purposive sampling method and data analysis of this study using multiple linear regression analysis. And this research instrument uses a questionnaire containing questions that will be given to respondents using Likert scale measurements to collect data about store name variables and buying interest. And the results of the study indicate that the store name variable does not have a significant effect on the buying interest variable. This means that even though the shop name is made to show that the shop name is cheap, this will not affect buying interest or will reduce buying interest.

Abstract

The aim is to analyze the effect of on-time delivery and price on customer satisfaction with Ninja Xpress Sampit. The phenomenon in this study is, based on data on the delivery of goods in 2021, there are many delays in the delivery of goods. Then the problem of price or shipping rates on Ninja Xpress Sampit is more expensive than other logistics companies. Quantitative research and sample collection technique used a non-probability sampling method through a convenience sampling approach and 100 people as samples. The data were analyzed by multiple regression, and the test was carried out using SPSS 22. The results of the partial study showed that the variable on the delivery time (X1) had a significant and positive effect on consumer satisfaction and price (X2) also had a significant and positive impact on customer satisfaction with a value of each having the same significance, namely 0.00 < 0.05. Where the level of significance is below 0.05, H1 and H2 are accepted, meaning that the delivery time and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with Ninja Xpress Sampit.
