Abstract

The survey I conducted was meant to determine the consumer satisfaction formation by serviceability and mix of marketing aspects at One Chicken Outlet Kasongan. The samples used in this study were 75 respondents and the instrument in this study was a questionnaire using a Likert Scale. The data processing method uses multiple linear regressions. The results of research on serviceability show 0.691 a significant value with a 0.05 significant level, so which means that Ho is passed. Ha is declared not accepted, meaning that the serviceability variable contributes in the same direction and insignificant impact on consumer satisfaction. The survey results on the place variable showed a significant value of 0.026 with a 0.05 significant level so Ho was declared not accepted, and Ha was passed. This means that the place variable has a significant positive impact on consumer satisfaction. The results of the study on the price variable showed a 0.000 significant value with a 0.05 significant level. So Ho is declared not accepted and Ha is passed. This means that the price variable has a significant positive impact on consumer satisfaction. The results showed a 0.170 significant value with a 0.05 significant level so Ho was passed and Ha was declared not accepted. This means that the promotion variable has no significant positive impact on the consumer satisfaction variable.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the influence of Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Belmera Medan Branch. The population of this study was 152 and the sample was calculated using the Slovin formula to obtain results of 61 respondents. The method in this research is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation studies and questionnaires. For data analysis techniques in this research using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, F tests, T tests, and coefficient of determination tests (R2) using SPSS version 25. Based on the research results, it shows that the test results t the Organizational Culture variable (X1) has a partially significant effect on employee performance, the Work Environment (X2) has no partial significant effect on employee performance, and Work Discipline (X3) has a partially significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test show that Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on PT Employee Performance. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Belmera Medan Branch with a sig value of 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze an automatic light controller based on Arduino Uno that utilizes Bluetooth technology. The utilization of Bluetooth in automatic light control allows users to wirelessly control room lighting through Bluetooth connections with smartphones or other Bluetooth-enabled devices. The research methodology involves hardware development using Arduino Uno, installation of motion sensors to detect occupancy within the room, and the use of Bluetooth modules to connect the light controller with external devices. The study conducts a performance analysis of the Arduino Uno-based automatic light controller using Bluetooth technology. Factors such as Bluetooth connection reliability, operational range, and response time of the light controller are evaluated and measured. Through testing and measurements, the results demonstrate that the Arduino Uno-based automatic light controller utilizing Bluetooth efficiently controls room lighting with stable and responsive connections. The conclusion of this research indicates that the Bluetooth-based Arduino Uno automatic light controller is an effective solution for wireless room lighting control. Users can easily adjust lighting through a smartphone connected via Bluetooth. The utilization of Arduino Uno as the hardware platform provides reliability and ease of implementation for the Bluetooth-based automatic light control system. This research contributes to the development of Bluetooth-based automatic light control technology. The adoption of this system enhances convenience and flexibility in room lighting management without the need for complex wiring. The findings of this research are expected to serve as a reference for further development and implementation of Bluetooth-based automatic light control using Arduino Uno.

Abstract

The liquid waste of the tofu making process still contains a lot of high phosphorus (P). Instead of being thrown away can pollute, it is used for fertilizer. In order to be easily absorbed by plants, it must be fermented. Tofu liquid waste fermentation process by adding banana peel, cabbage and EM4 bioactivator. The variable used the weight ratio of banana peel to cabbage on the starter, and also the duration of fermentation. In conclusion, the level of phosphorus is greater when the weight ratio of banana peel and cabbage is getting smaller, the highest level is obtained at a fermentation duration of 15 days.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of active learning and the role of parents in online learning on the learning outcomes of class X students in Office Administration SMK PAB 2 Helvetia. the sample used was 57 students taken randomly from 133 students. The results obtained are that there is an influence between learning activity and the role of parents in online learning on the learning outcomes of class X students of Office Administration SMK PAB 2 Helvetia, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of partially or simultaneously Tax Knowledge and tax Socialixation on Motivation to Pay Taxes. The population in this study are STIE Eka Prasetya Students. The sampling technique in this study used saturated samples, which amounted to 35 students of 20.1 class. The research method used is the technique of collecting data through questionnaires. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis, regression analysis. Partially Tax Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on Motivation to Pay Taxes and Tax Socialization has a positive and significant effect on Motivation to Pay Taxes. Simultaneously Tax Knowledge and Tax Socialization have a positive and significant effect on Motivation to Pay Taxes. The coefficient of determination test results (R2) shows that 56,1% of the Motivation to Pay Taxes variable is influenced by the Tax Knowledge and Tax Socializationvariable, while the remaining 43,9% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Facilities, Company Image and Customer Perception on Decision of Buyers at PT. Delapan Samudera Pratama. The population in this research is the consumer from PT. Delapan Samudera Pratama as much as 2,496 respondent. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study is the Slovin formula and totaling 96 respondents. The results of the analysis show that the Facilities partially has no effect on Decision of Buyers at PT. Delapan Samudera Pratama. The results showed that Company Image and Customer Perception partially have a positive and significant effect on Decision of Buyers at PT. Delapan Samudera Pratama. The results showed that Facilities, Company Image and Customer Perceptions simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Decision of Buyers at PT. Delapan Samudera Pratama. The results of this study are supported by the value of R Square which mean Facilities, Company Image and Customer Perceptions can explain decisions of buyer and the remaining is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as price, and service quality.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi efek dari store atmosphire, customer value, dan Kepuasan pelanggan yang dirasakan terhadap kecenderungan niat membeli. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Boston Coffe Semarang. Metode analisis yang digunakan kuantitatif meliputi teknik sampel non-probability sampling sebanyak 94 responden. Koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah 0,818, yang berarti 81,8% variasi dalam niat beli dapat dijelaskan oleh periode waktu analisis dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor yang diidentifikasi yaitu store atmosphir dan nilai pelanggabn. Sisanya sebesar 18,2% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain. Sedangkan pengarug kepuasan pelanggan terhadap niat beli dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah 0,776, yang berarti 77,6% niat beli ulang dipengaruhi secara simultan oleh variabel kepuasan pelanggann Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara store atmosphire, customer value, terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan Kepuasan pelanggan secara positip signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Niat Beli.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya pengaruh citra merek dan store atmosphere terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan janji jiwa ungaran. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 78 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh secara parsial positif dan signifikan antara citra merek dan store atmosphere terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan janji jiwa ungaran, serta secara simultan pengaruh citra merek dan store atmosphere terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan janji jiwa ungaran signifikan.

Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki tentang pengaruh kuantitas informasi, kualitas argumen, kredibilitassumber terhadap kemudahan media sosial yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat. Pengumpulandata dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner online yang disebarkan 203 pengguna mediasosial instrgram di Kota Semarang dan sekitarnya. Data kemudian dianalis menggunakanmodel regresi dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 22. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kuantitas informasiberpengaruh positif terhadap kemudahan media sosial, kualitas argumen berpengaruh positifterhadap kemudahan media sosial, kredibilitas sumber berpengaruh positif terhadapkemudahan media sosial.
