JURNAL Kindai adalah peer-review jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Pancasetia Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pancasetia Banjarmasin. Kindai pertama kali terbit dalam versi cetak pada tahun 2003 dan sejak tahun 2016 telah berubah menjadi versi online dengan OJS. Jurnal ini merupakan penyebarluasan hasil penelitian mengenai ilmu Manajemen dan Akuntansi. KINDAI mendukung pemanfaatan Open Journal System sebagai portal jurnal yang terbuka online yang dapat diakses oleh siapa saja yang membutuhkan. Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to determine planning and coordination procedures to improve employee performance Highways Agency Banjarmasin, and solutions to overcome obstacles related to planning and coordination of work in improvingemployee performance Highways Agency Banjarmasin. The method used in thisstudy is the evaluation. The population in this study is the Departemen ofhighways employee Banjarmasin many as 73 people analyzed qualitatively. Theresults showed 1) planning and coordination at the working procedures of theDepartement of Highways Banjarmasin in improving employee performanceincludes activities intoor out of, looks not show maximum results, 2) constraintplanning and coordination of work by the Highways Agency in Banjarmasinimproving the effectiveness of such: a)Lack of human resources quantity asemployees tasked with administration and operational techniques to handle thedevelopment of physical development in the city of Banjarmasin, b) lack ofeducation and training obtained by an employee who handles tackle the economic problems in the development physical area. While the office is related to external factors such as: a)Lack of informant and data to the importance of the development of physical development in the city of Banjarmasin and, b) lackof cooperation between departments / againces that are competent.Keywords: Planning, Coordination and PerformanceAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan tata kerja dankoordinasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Dinas Bina Marga KotaBanjarmasin, dan solusi yang menyangkutperencanaan tata kerja dan koordinasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Dinas Bina Marga Kota Banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah evaluasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Dinas Bina Marga Kota Banjarmasin sebanyak 75 orang dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) perencanaan tata kerja dan koordinasi pada Dinas Bina Marga Kota Banjarmasin dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai meliputi kegiatan kedalam maupun keluar, terlihat belum menunjukkan hasil yang maximal, 2) solusi yang diberikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja seperti: a) kurangnya kuantitas sumber daya manusia sebagai pegawai yang diberi tugas secara administrative maupun teknis operasional menanggani pengembangan pembangunan fisikkota Banjarmasin, b) kurangnya kerja sama antar Dinas / Instansi yang berkompeten.Kata Kunci : Perencanaan, Koordinasi Dan Kinerja

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of communication, resource,bureaucratic structure on the disposition policies (4) the effect of communication,resources, bureaucratic structure, and policy disposition on the provision ofteacher professional allowance in SMK Negeri 1 Kahayan Hilir Pulang Pisauregency. This research was designed as an explanatory research. The model used is the path analysis model. The population is the entire teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Kahayan Hilir Regency Pulang Pisau amounted to 54 people with a sample technique saturated i.e., 54 people. Data collection is conducted by distributing questionnaires, documentation and observation. The result of the research shows that: (1) there are significant effects of communication, resource, bureaucracy structure on disposition policies, and (2) there are significant effects of communication, resources, bureaucratic structure, and disposition on teacher profession allowance policies implementations.Keywords: communication, resources, bureaucratic structure, disposition, teacher professional allowanceAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh komunikasi,sumber daya, dan struktur birokrasi terhadap disposisi (2) pengaruh komunikasi, sumber daya, struktur birokrasi, dan disposisi kebijakan terhadap pemberian tunjangan profesi guru di SMK Negeri 1 Kahayan Hilir Kabupaten Pulang Pisau. Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai explanatory research. Model yang dipakai adalah model analisis jalur. Populasi adalah seluruh guru di SMK Negeri 1 Kahayan Hilir Kabupaten Pulang Pisau berjumlah 54 orang dengan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu 54 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara membagikan kuesioner, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan komunikasi, sumber daya, struktur birokrasi terhadap disposisi implementasi kebijakan menunjukan, dan (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan komunikasi, sumber daya, struktur birokrasi, dan disposisi terhadap implementasi kebijakan pemberian tunjangan profesi guru.Kata Kunci: komunikasi, sumber daya, struktur birokrasi, disposisi, tunjanganprofesi guru
