Abstract

Abstract: Indonesia's biodiversity and all the other potentials that are fairly abundant must be utilized to improve the welfare of the people. One mechanism that is expected to be able transform potential into aktus is education. Through the Ministry of National Education, the government sought the implementation level of the education curriculum (SBC) to connect the implementation of local excellence as part of the curriculum in school. Local advantages can be put in the subjects of local content (Muatan lokal) or integrated with other subjects. It is expected that learners can identify and develop potential advantages in the area to be objects that benefit for society. Keywords: revitalization, local advantages, and KTSP

Abstract

Abstract: Madrasah as an Islamic education institute occupies a strategic position in the intellectual life of the nation's effort. Unfortunately, such a strategic position hasn't been fullly utilized so far. The indicators are madrasah has not been the first choice if primary and community education service users. The cause is that the madrasah has not shown a capacity as a good quality institution in a competitive and comparative ones. Transformation of madrasah management can refer to two fundamental queations that is what is doing wrong and what action needs to be done to make better madrasah. From the tranformation carried out, the aim is madrasah institutions that have brand in the hearts of the people. By the brand, the madrasah is expected to be first and foremost choice of the community education service users. Keywords: Transformation and Madrasah Management.

Abstract

Abstract: There are many higher education executives in Indonesia that still carry out fewer learning activities under the quality standars, so ultimately the credibility of higher education is still not satisfying the stakeholders. A college should be able to make internal quality standards beyond the minimum quality standards made by the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP). Currently, quality assurance in the form of systems development and the astablishment of the agency has not been done much in the college. The role of internal quality assurance for higher education is also still inadequate to boost quality improvement. This is where the need for internal quality assurance agency in college that aims to repair and improve the quality of higher education on an ongoing basis. Abstract

Abstract: Children who have attention deficit hyperactivity disorders (ADHD) often refered to as a hyperactive child. Children who have behavioral disorders generally have normal intelligence levels, but because the disorder, they show underchiever. This is because they are difficult to focus, concentrate, obey school rules, sit still in class (do not move the seat), and so forth. Applied behavior analysis methods can be used as an approach to solve the problem above. The approach used in the modification of behavior include: relaxation, systematic desensitization, sensitivity training, imitation through resistence. Of some of these approaches that are often used to change behavior inADHD children is imitation through modeling, operant conditioning, immunization techniques, and assertiveness training. Abstract: The facility is a direct means to reach a goal. And infrastructure is an indirect means to reach a goal. Educational facilities and infrastructure management is the control and utilization of all the factors and resources either directly or indirectly with the planning necessary to achieve educational goals. With the good management of facilities and infrastructure, each institution can improve the quality of education with a reliable output. Abstract

Abstract: Numerous acts of violence, war, suffering, loneliness, racism and other social diseases show the world that loss of empathy. Under these conditions a great empathy needed to help with the situation that is happening. Not least in schools, the various phenomena of violence and action that caused loss of empathy also have occurred. Fostering empathy for a teacher is an important task performed by MI’s teachers candidates education board to respond the phenomenon. Bibliotherapi techniques can be developed in learning and other settings indeveloping empathy teachers candidates. Key words: Biblioterapi and empathy, learning, teacher.

Abstract

Abstract: Development of the connectedness of the world affects the lives of individuals and national institutions. This has prompted the government to develop international education by starting with the pioneering on international standard schools (Rintisan Sekolah Bertaraf International-RSBI) model. The implementation of international standard schools based on the philosophy of existentialism and essentialism / functionalism. RSBI is ordered by the government to adopt the curriculum of one of the OECD countries, that are countries considered to have been developed and established, to be implemented at the school. One of them is a popular Cambridge International Education (CIE), which originated in England. Students will be free how they will learn, how long a period of time, and others. Students may learn at school / educational institutes, self-taught, taught by the parents themselves, tutorials, or private. Keywords : Curriculum development and RSBI

Abstract

Abstract: Teachers are the main players in the implementation of education in the field. It is the teachers who carry out teaching and learning in schools and teaching success is the success of education in general, so that the creativity of teachers is necessary for students interested in understanding the lessons and foster creativity. In this paper, the discussion about the definition, characteristics, and strategies for teachers to develop the learning process of learning in the classroom into a creative learning and students will produce creative output as well.
