Abstract

This research examines how Ma'had al-Faruq Karanglewas responses to the implementation of learning compulsory of basic program of the Ministry of Religious affairs and strategy in the enchancement of the quality of equality education programs in Ma'had al-Faruq Karanglewas, the target/goal is the quality enchance of the students. This research uses qualitative approach, with technique of collecting data of observation, interview and documentation. Furthermore, to analyze data that have been collected since the beginning of research until the end of research, using data reduction technique, data presentation, verification and conclusion. The results of research shows the strategy of quality enchancement of equality education in Ma'had al-Faruq Karanglewas Banyumas can be done by: first, focus on customer satisfaction by improving the success of students learning, giving credibility to the students parents about the success of students learning, and giving prosperity to the teachers. Second, it involve totality all the stakeholders starting from the caregivers, administrators, the council of david, the students, the community, the guardians of students and the government to apply the quality of culture. Third, making the measurement of the quality of alumnus by targeting the students can mastery the tools science , namely nahwu and shorof and can apply the yellow book, and do good deed. Fourth, build commitment, by the commitment to realize the boarding school’s goals. Fifth, doing continuous improvement starting from the input or planning, processing, until output in education in boarding school.

Abstract

The transformation of its essence is to change the potential into real energy. The head of the madrassa who is able to do leadership transformation means can transform the potential of the institution into energy to improve the quality of process and output of education. The implementation of transformational leadership in educational institutions of madrasah refers to how the head of the madrasah can develop a superior culture (the culture of exellence) in madrasah. The head of the madrasah should emphasize the importance of building a culture that contributes to the improvement of the quality of the educational process in schools. The steps that need to be done such as, understand the culture of madrasah community, madrasah understand the values of excellence, elements of culture, quality, build cultural change according to the demands of the community. In this condition, then the leadership that is needed in building the culture of the organization is the leadership which includes the ability of the technical, human, and educational.

Abstract

Securing religious and multicultural character values ​​is very important to be instilled as early as possible through education. This is due to education not only providing increased intellectual ability, but also is responsible for integrating character values ​​in students. At least there are some aspects that need to be developed in the education phase of school children including intellectual aspects, emotional aspects, social aspects, physical aspects, aspects of movement, aesthetic aspects, and moral aspects. Based on this opinion it can be seen that the cultivation of religious and multicultural character values ​​in madrasa ibtidaiyah level students needs to be done in order to realize a future generation of adults and character. On the other hand, the cultivation of multicultural values ​​is also an urgent matter to do.This study aims to find a character education management model based on the integration of religious and multicultural values ​​in MI Banyumas Regency. The research method with research and development methods. The results of the study of the character education management model based on the integration of religious and multicultural values ​​that were developed effectively for use in character education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The results of the t test through the paired t test method showed that there were significant differences between the character values ​​before and after the implementation of character education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. These results reinforce that character education is effectively used in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

Literacy movement is a very important activity in the world of education. This is a serious concern in education in Indonesia because based on the research conducted by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in 2006-2007 shows that Indonesia was in the second ranks lowest in the aspect of reading competency quality. These concerns trigger issues that need to be addressed, among others: (1) How to foster the participation of school residents in the school literacy movement ?, (2) How does the implementation of Batu Akik Model Klawing in growing literacy habits in students? The solution in order to grow the school community in the literacy movement is determined by the school community, namely committees, principals, teachers, administrative staff, parents / guardians of students, and students according to their respective capacities. The implementation is paying attention to reading habits, reading habits of high school students, the relevance of reading and writing habits, and aspects of reading habits. Batu Akik Model Klawing is an acronym for words (Read and Write, Active, Creative, Innovative, and Cooperative). Klawing is an acronym for words (Group, Exercise, Observe, Time, Instructions, Values, and Games). The role of the school community is very much needed in developing the school literacy movement and these activities especially reading and writing can be developed through the strategy of applying Batu Akik Model Klawing.

Abstract

The results of the study found that the responsibility of religious education of children in the family of Tablighi Jama'ah differed in terms of several conditions, namely first, when parents were not going to khuruj where both parents were responsible for children's education; secondly, when the father goes khuruj, then the mother is responsible for everything including children's education; third, when both parents go khuruj, then the responsibility of the child is left to other family members such as grandparents or their first adult children; and fourth, when the child goes to khuruj, where parents are responsible for children's religious education both mother and father. The pattern of the religious education in the Tablighi Jama'ah family in the village of Bolang is formed from several similarities held in the implementation of religious education, one of which is the daily activity that is carried out by the Tablighi Jama'at family. Al-Qur'an becomes one of the material given to children in the ta'lim. Children are taught how to read the Qur'an and memorize short letters such as Surat al-Falaq, al-Ikhlas, and so on. In addition to al-Qur'an, in this ta'lim there is a special study in the Tablighi Jama'ah, which is reading the book of fadhilah ‘amal, and the last is mudzakarah six characteristics.

Abstract

Effective tahfidzul learning of the Qur'an is one of the supporting factors in achieving the goal of forming the values ​​of the Qur'an in students. The purpose of this research is to find a picture of the planning of learning, organizing, mobilizing and implementing, and supervising the learning program of tahfidzul Qur’an at MI Istiqomah Sambas Purbalingga which narrates the memorization of 5 juz of the Qur'an to its graduates. This research uses descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done through documentation, observation, and interviews. The subjects in this study were the head of the madrasah and the head of the religious sector and religious staff, and the coordinator of the tahfid at MI Istiqomah Sambas Purbalingga. The results showed that: 1). Planning tahfidzul Qur’an learning is done through the preparation of memorizing tarjets and determining effective weeks and days in each semester. 2). Organizing is done through the distribution of tasks and responsibilities and the structure of tahfidz supporting teachers. 3). The mobilization is carried out through the coordination meeting of the tahfidz coordinator as a shering forum for decision making and directing the tahfidzul Qur’an learning program and the implementation of learning is held every Monday-Friday. 4). Supervision is carried out through assessing teacher performance at the end of December and June. The highest achievement tarjet for the third year of the implementation of the tahfidzul Qur'an program in 2018/2019 is juz 29 and 30, the lowest tarjet for class 1 is juz 30 to Surat al Ghosyiyyah. For class 1, 85% of the target is achieved and 11% of students exceed the target. Class 2 target is 19%. Class 3, 10.86% reached the target and 0.35% of students exceeded the score. Class 4 target reached 12.44%. Class 5 achieved 4.24% target, and the last grade 6 target reached 13.79% and 1.5% of students exceeded tarjet.

Abstract

Management of institutional relations with the community is the process of managing communication from planning activities to controlling the process and the results of its activities. Community involvement in the field of education is an effort to empower the community in the development of the field of education which means to involve the community in planning, implementation and supervision of education. The vision of public relations in educational institutions to create a good image for educational institutions. The target of public relations in educational institutions is seen from the target as an object and a goal of the public relations. Targets as an objects are internal objects including students, teachers, and education personnel, while external objects include student guardians, the community, and mass media. Without assistance from the community, an educational institution cannot function properly and without a good program the educational institution will fail to achieve its goals. To maximize the goals of public relations, it is necessary to have techniques in dealing with the community including: 1) Home visits, 2) open houses, 3) school exhibitions, 4) school magazines.

Abstract

Strategic management in the world of education is something relatively new. This is because the success of profit institutions to implement strategic management to achieve their goals. MTs Negeri Model Purwokerto is a state educational institution tat has a clear future education orientation. The institution is a leading educational institution with full of academic and non-academic achievement learners. The teachers in this institution are strictly selected teachers. This study aims to describe and analyze strategic management in improving the quality of teachers in MTs Negeri Model Purwokerto, ranging from environmental analysis, strategic formulation, strategic implementation until evaluation and strategic supervision in improving teacher quality. This research is a qualitative descriptive research, the research location take place in MTs Negeri Model Purwokerto Banyumas Regency. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used in this study is qualitative data analysis, using three activity flow, data reduction, data presentation and verification/drawing conclusion, and SWOT analysis. Verification of data validity using data triangulation technique. The results showed that: Periama, environmental analysis conducted by MTs Negeri Purwokerto Model for improving the quality of educator is SWOT analysis which produce program or activity according to education institution needs. Second, the strategic formulation used by MTs Negeri Model Purwokerto is done by compiling the vision, mission, and objectives of the madrasah made by the team of formulation of School Work Plan (RKS). The strategic formulation done by MTs Negeri Model Purwokerto for the improvement of teacher quality with teacher recruitment program, guidance and teacher development. Third, in order to get competent and highly committed teacher candidates, the strategy taken by MTs Negeri Model Purwokerto to improve teacher quality is to recruit at any time according to need, with tight selection without KKN elements. While the guidance and empowerment of teachers conducted by the organizing committee. Fourth, evaluation and strategic supervision of MTs Negeri Model Purwokerto. There are two kinds of individual supervision by head of madrasah, vice principal of curriculum affair, senior educator, and Supervisor. Abstract

The results on study of ten literacy fairy tale textbooks for early childhood published by the Language Agency, Ministry of Education and Culture, Republic of Indonesia in 2019 is the first, there are three fairy tale books with moral reasoning oriented to the obedience of punishment which positions the main character of the fairy tale as problematic, and because of this problematic, the main character gets a direct or indirect punishment. Through the punishment received, the main character then realizes his mistake. This fairy tale book builds moral reasoning on early childhood to do good because if they do not do good they will get punishment. Second, five fairytale books with moral reasoning are oriented to the relativist instrument which positions the main character as a person who does good, and because of his good deeds the main character gets a prize. These fairytale books will build moral reasoning in early childhood that every good deed will always get a pleasant gift. Third, two fairy tale books with moral reasoning are oriented to groups of good children who position the main character in a fairy tale who wants to do good because the main goal is to get the recognition of good children whose impact on the acceptance of children in their social groups. These fairytale books build moral reasoning on children that by doing good, then others will call us good children who will be accepted by their friends.
