Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Korean culinary brand experience and perceived value on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction: quantitative analysis of Omen Chikin customers. This research uses a quantitative research design. The type of research used is to explain the causal relationship between research variables through testing hypotheses that have been previously formulated. The population in this study is the unknown number of Korean culinary customers, Omen Chikin, Malang City. The lemeshow formula was used to determine the sample size, and rounded it up to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with the technique taken being purposive sampling. The analysis model used is the Structural Equation Model with the help of SmartPLS version 4. The research results show that a better brand experience can encourage increased customer loyalty. Even though the brand experience is getting stronger, it is not able to increase customer satisfaction. Even though perceived value is getting stronger, it is not able to encourage increased customer loyalty. Better perceived value can encourage increased customer satisfaction. Higher customer satisfaction can encourage increased customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction is unable to play a role in mediating the indirect influence of brand experience on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction is able to play a role in fully mediating the indirect influence of perceived value on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence of the ability of integrity and competence to encourage improvements in APIP performance, both directly and through the mediation of organizational commitment. Type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 90 APIPs at the Probolinggo Regional Inspectorate. The sample is determined by census or saturated sample. Empirical evidence shows that both integrity and competence are able to encourage increased APIP performance, both directly and through the mediation of organizational commitment. The mediating role of organizational commitment is quite strong

Abstract

This study aims to apply the Cooperative Learning model to thematic learning on the theme "My Residential Area" and improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 105322 Mesjid Village. Learning improvement activities as many as two cycles on the theme of my residential area through the Cooperative Learning model in fourth grade of SDN 105322 Mesjid Village, Batang Kuis District, semester I of the 2023/2024 academic year were successfully implemented and the results were very satisfying. The improvement in student learning outcomes in participating in learning in each cycle really made researchers and teachers learn a lot. In order to improve learning outcomes, teachers spend a lot of time to be patient in choosing and studying the right model according to the material being taught. The results of this study are that the application of the Cooperative Learning model to the subject of my residential area at SDN 105322 Mesjid Village, Batang Kuis District can foster student learning motivation so that student learning outcomes increase. The learning outcomes in the form of average class scores in the initial conditions in the pre-cycle were only 55%, then increased in Cycle I to 75% and increased again in Cycle II to 95%. The percentage of learning completion in each cycle was very satisfying. The Cooperative Learning learning model can also be applied to other themes

Abstract

This research is a pre-experimental research which aims to find out whether the Role Playing method can or cannot improve the speaking skills of the 5th Grade students at SD Inpres 12/79 Biru II Biru, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency. The subjects of this research were the students from class the 5th Grade SD Inpres 12/79 Biru II, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency, in amount of 23 people. The data collection technique used was a test technique and the data analysis technique was a quantitative descriptive and inferential techniques. Research results: tcount = 13.480 and ttable = 2.074 where tcount > ttable (there was a significant difference between speaking skills before and after using the role playing method), pretest average = 61.22 and posttest average = 86.74 (the posttest average is higher than the pretest average). Conclusion: the role playing method has a significant effect to improving the speaking skills of fifth grade students at SD Inpres 12/79 Biru II, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency

Abstract

Latar belakang: Insomnia adalah masalah tidur yang sering dialami oleh banyak orang, lebih spesifik memengaruhi kelompok usia mulai dari remaja hingga lansia. Jika tidak diatasi dengan tepat, kondisi ini dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif pada berbagai aspek kesehatan, termasuk kesehatan mental dengan meningkatkan risiko depresi, kecemasan, dan stres. Selain itu, insomnia dapat memengaruhi kesehatan fisik dengan mengganggu fungsi kognitif, menurunkan produktivitas, serta meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan akibat kelelahan dan kurangnya konsentrasi. Akupunktur merupakan salah satu pengobatan tradisional yang sering digunakan untuk menagani berbagai kasus insomnia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui titik - titik akupunktur yang sering di pakai dan efektif untuk mengobati insomnia. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Literature Review yang bersumber dari jurnal-jurnal penelitian klinis dalam 10 tahun terakhir yang menggunakan terapi akupunktur untuk mengobati insomnia, jurnal-jurnal ini kemudian dikumpulkan, diseleksi dan dianalisis. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil literature review yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa akupunktur adalah metode yang efektif dalam mengatasi insomnia. Titik-titik akupunktur yang paling sering digunakan dan terbukti efektif adalah Baihui (GV 20), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Shenmen (HT 7), Shenting (GV 24), Yintang (EX-HN 3), dan Neiguan (PC 6).

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) penyakit kronis (menahun) yang merupakan dengan kondisi glukosa melebihi batas normal oleh faktor genetik dan faktor gaya hidup. Faktor genetik misalnya gangguan metabolisme yang terjadi terhadap organ pankreas sehingga tidak menghasilkan insulin yang cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tubuh, atau bisa juga disebabkan oleh kelainan kronis dari proses tubuh mrnggubah karbohidrat, lemak, dan protein yang menyebabkan respon insulin kurang baik atau tidak respon sama sekali (resistensi insulin). Selain itu penyakit DM juga disebabkan pola hidup yang tidak baik di antaranya makanan yang tidak sehat, tidak suka berolahraga, kebiasaan merokok serta minum minuman beralkohol. Penyakit ini sangat berbahaya karena dapat menimbulkan kesakitan dan kematian bagi penderitanya. Kematian itu disebabkan penyakit diabetes itu sendiri dan berbagai komplikasi penyakit lain yang disebabkan diabetes. Penyakit diabetes juga disebut sebagai penyakit the silent killer karena penderitanya tidak merasakan gejala yang ditimbulkan dan saat diketahui sudah terjadi komplikasi disebabkan kerusakan organ tubuh perlahan-lahan yang mengakibatkan penderita akhirnya mengalami kematian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan dilakukan dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan yang dialami pasien pasca meminum kapsul lidah buaya. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 30 orang. Pasien yang terpilih dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, masing-masing kelompok berjumlah 15 orang. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan uji-t (uji beda). Hasil pemberian lidah buaya menunjukkan bahwa pasien yang minum kapsul lidah buaya rata-rata penurunan yang terjadi adalah 138,13 mg/dL – 88,33 mg/dL = 49,80 mg/dL Dari uji signifikansi yang dilakukan, diperoleh nilai p-value (0.000) < α (0,05) berarti ada perbedaan signifikan rata-rata kadar gula darah pasien yang diberi lidah buaya dengan yang tidak diberi, sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan lidah buaya berhasil mengurangi kadar gula darah pasien diabetes. Selain itu, pasien yang mengonsumsi kapsul lidah buaya juga melaporkan perbaikan pada berbagai kondisi kesehatan lainnya, seperti gangguan pencernaan, masalah jantung, ginjal, dan penglihatan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa lidah buaya tidak hanya efektif untuk menurunkan kadar gula darah tetapi juga membantu meringankan komplikasi penyakit lain yang terkait dengan diabetes

Abstract

Pinggang sangat berperan dalam menopang tubuh, melindungi organ-organ vital, serta memungkinan tubuh melakukan pergerakan yang kompleks. Gangguan pada fungsi pinggang akan sangat membatasi fungsinya dalam menopang aktivitas sehari-hari, menyebabkan seseorang mengalami kondisi disabilitas. Salah satu gangguan fungsi pinggang yang sering muncul adalah nyeri pinggang, yaitu sensasi nyeri terlokalisasi atau rasa kurang nyaman pada area antara tulang rusuk paling bawah dan batas atas otot gluteal. Prevalensi global dari keluhan nyeri pinggang adalah 36 %, dan di negara-negara berkembang mencapai 33 %. Di Indonesia sendiri angka pastinya tidak diketahui, namun diperkirakan mencapai 7,6 – 37 %.. Pembiayaan perawatan medis untuk keluhan nyeri pinggang juga ada di peringkat tertinggi ke-6 secara global. Akupunktur, sebuah modalitas dari pengobatan tradisional Tiongkok dipercaya cukup memberikan dampak signifikan dalam upaya penanganan nyeri secara alami. Biaya rawatan akupunktur juga lebih murah dan memiliki efek samping yang minimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh terapi akupunktur dalam penurunan skor disabilitas dari penderita nyeri pinggang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi-experiment pre and post test without control. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, Instrumen pengukuran nyeri pinggang yang digunakan adalah Oswestry Disability Index. Sebelum menjalani terapi, setiap sampel terlebih dahulu mengisi angket ODI (pra-tes). Dari 6 sampel yang ada, 2 sampel masuk ke dalam kategori disabilitas berat, dan 4 sampel masuk ke dalam kategori disabilitas sedang. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan paired t-test dengan tingkat signifikansi spesifik α=0,05. Setelah menjalani terapi akupunktur sebanyak tiga kali, sampel kembali mengisi angket ODI (pasca-tes). Didapatkan data bahwa keenam mengalami penurunan skor disabilitas menjadi kategori disabilitas ringan. Setelah membandingkan data pra dan pasca tes, serta menjalankan uji paired t-test, dicapai p=0,00<0.05, yang menunjukkan bahwa terapi akupunktur yang dilakukan memberikan dampak terhadap penurunan skor disabilitas penderita nyeri pinggang.

Abstract

Subjective well-being is described as a form of subjective welfare evaluation derived from an individual's perception of their life, encompassing life satisfaction and pleasant or unpleasant feelings experienced in their life. This qualitative research, using a phenomenological approach, focuses on depicting subjective well-being and the factors influencing it in former drug addicts, particularly methamphetamine users. The study involved four adult participants. The results from four participants showed different portrayals of subjective well-being after quitting drugs. Although all participants still experienced and were dominated by feelings and thoughts that were not entirely positive, on the other hand, after undergoing rehabilitation and completely abstaining from drugs, the four participants were able to bring about changes in their way of thinking and viewing life, both cognitively and in their subjective experiences of life. Meanwhile, in the domain-specific satisfaction of the four participants, the results showed more variation. Additionally, this study also revealed key factors influencing subjective well-being, including social support, changes in mindset, and personal commitment from each individual. The implications of this research contribute to the development of clinical psychology, particularly regarding the description of subjective well-being in former drug addicts (methamphetamine users) and the factors influencing it.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the mediating role of organizational commitment in the indirect influence of spiritual leadership and quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior of teachers at Paiton Islamic Middle School and Insan Terpadu Middle School. The population in this study were all 56 teachers. The sample uses a saturated sampling technique because the population is relatively small. So the sample used in this research was 56 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using smartPLS version 4 software. The research results show that spiritual leadership is unable to improve organizational citizenship behavior. Spiritual leadership is able to increase organizational commitment. Quality of work life is unable to improve organizational citizenship behavior. Quality of work life is able to increase organizational commitment. Organizational commitment is able to increase organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment is able to play a role in mediating the indirect influence of spiritual leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment is able to play a role in mediating the indirect influence of quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research that aims to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of the third-grade students of SD Negeri 47 Unra through the application of Dekak-Dekak ​​teaching aids. The subjects of this study were of the 9 people of the third-grade students at SD Negeri 47 Unra. The action plan in this study consisted of two cycles with four stages, namely : planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data collection techniques used were observation and testing. The data analysis techniques used were qualitative and quantitative techniques. The results of the study showed that there was an increasing in the students' mathematics learning outcomes from cycle I (sufficient qualification) to good qualification in cycle II. The conclusion of this study is that the application of Dekak-Dekak ​​teaching aids can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of the third-grade students of SD Negeri 47 Unra, Awangpone District, Bone Regency.
