Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce the development of a papabov game model for volleyball learning for elementary school students and testing the effectiveness of the papabov game model for volleyball learning in elementary school students.This study uses research and development research methods. The research subjects involved 36 students for small-scale trials and 73 students for large-scale trials. The instruments used in data collection are in the form of expert evaluation sheets, student questionnaire sheets for cognitive, affective and psychomotor assessments. The data analysis technique used in this development research is to use descriptive analysis techniques in the form of percentages.The results of the analysis of the data obtained from the evaluation of volleyball experts, obtained an average rating of 87.34% (Good). Evaluation of physical education learning experts, obtained an average rating of 91.11% (very good). The results of the analysis of small-scale trial data obtained a percentage of 88.89% (good). The results of the analysis of large-scale trial data obtained the percentage of appropriate answer choices 93.23% (very good).Based on the results of research and discussion in this skipsi, it can be concluded that the Papabov game learning model product is effectively used in volleyball lessons for fifth graders at SD Negeri 1 Donosari, SD Negeri 2 Jambearum and SD Negeri 3 Jambearum.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze reception movement skills in female athletes of SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang which were analyzed from the Reception technique using stick media so that they could improve reception movements to be more effective and efficient. Types of research using experiments. The sample was 18 female athletes of SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang who had the same reception skills, namely not yet mastering reception. The instrument used in this study was a reception test from Richard H. Cox. The results showed that (1) There was a significant effect of lower passing practice using a stick on the accuracy of lower passing for beginners, with a significance value of p 0.000 < 0.05. (2) There is a significant influence of the practice of bottom passing of the stick on the accuracy of the lower passing for beginners, with a significance value of p 0.000 < 0.05. (3) The practice of bottom passing without a stick is not significantly better than the practice of bottom passing with a stick against the accuracy of lower passing for beginners, although there is an average posttest difference of 2.33, greater, but not significantly different (sig p 0.129 > 0.05). The timing of passing the ball, the position of the hands, and the position of the body greatly affect the results of the lower power passing. With the development of the media, it can be a reference for athletes and coaches.

Abstract

The contribution of parents and close people is a measure of a child's success. The role of parents is very important in supporting children to excel in a sport activity. The focus of the problem in this study is the extent of parental support for fencing athletes in Boja Regency. The purpose of this study was to describe and conclude the effect of parental support on the achievement motivation of badminton athletes at PB Satria Mandiri, Boja, Kendal Regency. This research is quantitative descriptive. The location of the research was carried out in PB Satria Mandiri Boja, Kendal Regency. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire method with descriptive data analysis techniques using IBM Statistic 23. This study also used a percentage analysis technique with the formula P = F/N x100. The sample in this study used a total sampling technique. The sample in this study was the athlete of PB Satria Mandiri. This study shows that the component of emotional support (X1) with a total of 2.96 and a percentage of 74% in the good category in supporting their children in participating in badminton, award support (X2) has a total of 2.99 with a percentage of 75% in the good category, then support information X(3) has the highest average value of 3.04 with a percentage of 76% and good category, and the last is instrumental support (X4) which has the lowest average value of 1.4 with a percentage of 44% in the less category to support their children in participating in badminton.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce a learning development product in the form of coket. This research method uses quantitative and qualitative approaches with Research and Development methods. Data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and questionnaires. The results of this study obtained the results of a small group trial of 86% with the number of subjects 28 students based on the established criteria, so they have met the good criteria. Then obtained the results of a large-scale trial of 92% with the number of subjects 92 people. Based on the established criteria, it has met the very good criteria. Based on the results of data analysis and evaluation of PJOK experts, an average percentage of 93% was obtained, while the results of data analysis from PJOK teachers obtained an average of 91%. The conclusion of this study is that the development of the basketball learning model reached a good category with an average student questionnaire of 89%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari belum diketahuinya pengaruh metode circuit training terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani anak usia 10-12 tahun di SSB (Sekolah Sepak Bola) CAMBUG Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh circuit training terhadap tingkat kebugaran jasmani anak usia 10-12 tahun di SSB CAMBUG Kota Semarang. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Two Group Pretest-Posttest Desaign. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 12 anak usia 10-12 tahun SSB CAMBUG dipilih sebagai kelas eksperimen yang diberi perlakuan berupa metode circuit training dalam pelaksanaan latihan yang dilakukan selama 12 hari, dan anak-anak usia 10-12 tahun SSB PERSERAB Batursari sebagai kelas kontrol yang tidak diberi metode circuit training dalam pelaksanaan latihan. Dalam analisis deskriptif kepada atlet SSB CAMBUG yang merupakan kelas eksperimen, pada saat pre test nilai rata-rata kebugaran jasmani adalah 11,42 sedangkan saat post test besarnya rata-rata adalah 13,83 nilai tersebut menunjukkan setelah diberi perlakuan (treatment) terjadi peningkatan sebesar 2,41 atau 20,08%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh metode circuit training terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani anak usia 10-12 tahun di SSB CAMBUG Semarang. Sedangkan saran yang dapat diberikan bagi anak-anak SSB CAMBUG Semarang dan anak-anak SSB PERSERAB Batursari agar lebih meningkatkan latihan untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmaninya.

Abstract

Education is the spearhead of the nation's progress learning physical education, sports and health, the balance of affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects must be considered, with the aim that learning is achieved optimally. The use of ICT-based learning media by junior high school physical education teachers which aims to assist the learning process and improve the quality of learning. This study aims to determine how much use of ICT-based learning media in Bima district area. Quantitative research methods using survey methods, and collects information or data using questionnaires and interviews. Research that takes a sample from a population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The sample of this reasearch is physical education teachers at Junior High Schools in Bima Distric 27 teachers. The use of ICT-based learning media helps physical education teachers in the learning process, the average usage is 22.22% very good category, 37.04% good category, 33.33% poor category and 7.41% very poor category. In this study it can be concluded that the development of learning materials using ICT-based media by physical education teachers in junior high schools in Bima District are included in the good category.

Abstract

The background of the problem that underlies this research is the effect of variations in intensity and activity of instructors on Eristy Management Semarang. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between variations in activity and instructor intensity on physical fitness EM Sekar Prima This study uses quantitative research with a correlational approach, the intention is to determine whether there is a relationship between two or more variables. The data collection technique used a questionnaire survey method The results of the study p = 0.014 and the value of r = 0.542, it can be interpreted that there is a significant relationship between intensity variations and physical fitness. And for the instructor's activity on physical fitness, the p value = 0.090 and the r value = 0.389, it can be interpreted that there is no significant relationship between the instructor's activity on physical fitness.. The conclusions of this study are 1) There is a relationship between intensity variations on the physical fitness of aerobic exercise instructors with a correlation coefficient of 0.014 with a significance value of 0.542. 2) There is no relationship between instructor activity and physical fitness with a correlation coefficient of 0.090 with a significance value of 0.389. 3) There is a relationship between intensity variations, activity on physical fitness of aerobic gymnastics instructors with a correlation coefficient that affects physical fitness with a value of 34.8% or significant.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how to plan swimming pools in Kebumen Regency in 2020, To find out how to organize swimming pools in Kebumen Regency in 2020, To find out how to move swimming pools in Kebumen Regency in 2020, To find out how to supervise swimming pools in Kebumen Regency in 2020. 2020. This research is a qualitative research, the method used to collect data is interviews. The subjects in this study were the owners, managers and visitors of swimming pools in Kebumen Regency. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis in a narrative manner. Planning for swimming pool management in Kebumen Regency is done quite well, each swimming pool has a short, medium and long term plan. The organization of swimming pool management in Kebumen Regency is still not going well, some swimming pools do not have a management organizational structure. The implementation of swimming pool management in Kebumen Regency is going quite well, every employee and employee is working satisfactorily. Supervision carried out by swimming pool owners in Kebumen Regency is carried out by verbal coordination, reporting is carried out only based on bookkeeping.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the VO2Max profile of basketball extracurricular participants at SMA Negeri 3 Tegal City. This research uses quantitative research using survey methods and all participants in extracurricular basketball sports at SMA Negeri 3 Tegal City as research subjects. Collecting data using the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) to determine the level of VO2Max and data analysis techniques using SPSS version 25.0. From the tests that have been carried out, the results of the male extracurricular participants' VO2Max of 31.12 ml/kg.bb/min are included in the very poor category and for female participants it is 26.44 ml/kg.bb/min included in the poor category. It can be concluded that the VO2Max ability of basketball extracurricular participants at SMA Negeri 3 Kota Tegal is included in the category of very low for male participants and less for female participants. Suggestion: routinely carry out physical exercise programs proportionally so that extracurricular participants have excellent VO2Max abilities so that they can participate in training and competitions optimally without having to experience significant fatigue.

Abstract

The lack of interest in the volleyball learning methord is based on the problem in this study, namely the effonrts to improve passing bouncing ability for fifth grade students of SD Negeri 6 Sinanggul. The hope is that by making modifications to these tools and games, male and fermale students can do physical education learning in a fun atmosphere. The subjects were all students of class V Elemtary School 6 Sinanggul, Tutaling 30 students,namely 10 fermale students and 20 male students. The object is efforts to improve lower passing ability by modifying bouncing passing in volleyball game for fifth grade students of SD Negeri 6 Sinanggul. The time of the research was carried out in cycles 1 and 2 with research procedyrs from planning. Implementing actions,and reflection. The location of the reseach procedure was carried out on the page of SD Negeri 6 Sinanggul,Mlonggo District,Jepara Regency. The data collection technique was in the from of collecting information from the cognitive,affective,and psychomotor domains. This research instrument uses lessons plans,observation sheets,students interviews,performance test and spss. Analysis using test scores. Based on the results of the study showed indications of improvement in the learning process from observation research sheets from physical education experts and teachers,and sheets from students assessments. Showing good results with a 35% cycle l and 65% cycle ll showing a high learning lm provement.this effort made by physical education teachers in solving this problem is to able to create simple games with jointly made rules and modify plastic balls with wood so that and movement. Thus,it can be suggested that pyhsical education learning through bouncing passing can be as an alternative to improve the physical educations learning process, especially in volleyball. Hopefully in the future the methods applied can be further developed to be better and produce quality learning.
