<![CDATA[Purpose: There are many problems that occur in the pronunciation and delivery of information both in writing and orally and visually. This happens because there is no filter in language style, therefore language style is needed with the aim that every information conveyed can be digested and consumed properly by listeners according to the age level of the listener Method: This scientific work is a descriptive study use a qualitative approach. using survey, interview, and recording methods. In collecting data the researchers used several interrelated and complementary techniques, namely, observation, interviews, recording and documentation. Results: Intern students are directly involved in the process of covering the media. In this study, while the researchers listened to several parts, namely the recorded documentation on May 14, 2022 that the entire “Sie Reuboh” programme used standard and formal language calls. The researcher concludes that the use of language style in a communication process, especially in this popular voice programme, uses several language styles to convey and explain meaning without having to use excessive word stress. Limitations: The limitation in this study lies in the search for references to previous studies because research on semiotic analysis of language style in the form of sound is still very rarely studied. and data retrieval during recording. Researchers had difficulty during interviews because of the broadcaster's schedule not every day. This research in the future will also cover other radio programs. Contribution: The result language style is more to mediate and straighten out the problems that exist between the communicator and the communicant.]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of economic inequality, open unemployment rate, poverty line, and crime clearence on criminal property rate in the provinces of Sumatra. Research methodology: The analytical method used in this study is OLS (Ordinary Least Square). This study uses panel data from 2010 - 2019 in 10 provinces in Sumatra using the FEM (Fixed Effect Model) model. Results: The results showed that the variables of economic inequality and proverty line had a positive significant effect on criminal property rate in Sumatera. Meanwhile, the open unemployment rate variable has a positive but not significant effect on criminal property rate in Sumatera, and the crime clearence has a significant negative effect on criminal property rate in Sumatera. Limitations: The limitation in this study is the use of a less specific poverty line variable. Contribution: The results obtained from this study are expected to be one of the references in making policy directions based on the data presented to adjust the right policies, especially to reduce the crime rate of theft on the island of Sumatra.]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose: The purpose of the study was to determine the regional inequality of districts/cities in Lampung Province before and during the COVID-19 pandemi. Research methodology: The analytical tool used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis method. In conducting this research, the researcher used the help of the Microsoft Excel 2010 analysis tool. Results: The Williamson index of districts/cities in Lampung Province throughout the 2016-2019 period has increased every year. The index value in 2016 was 0.26, increasing to 0.28 in 2017, 2018 and 2019 reaching 0.32, while regional inequality in 2020 also increased in 2021 to 0.27. Theoretically, the gap rate is still at a low level of economic disparity between regions (less than 0.35). Limitations: The limitation in this study is to use quantitative analysis without looking at the effect of independent variables on inequality (without regression analysis). Contribution: The results obtained from this study are expected to be one of the references in making policy directions based on the data presented to adjust the right policies, especially to reduce inequality between regencies/cities in Lampung Province, through efforts to reduce the number of poor people.]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of economic globalization, social globalization and politc globalization on economic growth in ASEAN. Research methodology: The analytical method used in this study is the Panel Data Analysis method for 6 countries in 2010 until 2017. The independent variables were economic globalization, social globalization and politic globalization and then support variables is infrastructure. Results: The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between economic globalization, politic globalizatioan and infrastructure on economic growth, while social globalization had a negative and significant effect on economic growth in ASEAN. Limitations: The limitation in this study is not counting all asean countries. Contribution:The results obtained from this study are expected to be one of the references in making policy directions based on the data presented to as a means for ASEAN countries to expand economic opportunities and increase economic growth.]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose: This study aims to determine the survival strategies used by ojek online drivers in Matsum II City, Medan during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methodology/approach: This research is a survey research with data collection techniques carried out through observation and in-depth interviews. The sample of this research is online motorcycle taxi drivers in Matsum II City Medan. Results/findings: The results of this study found that online motorcycle taxi drivers in the City of Matsum II Medan use active and passive strategies to survive. The active strategy is carried out with double work. In addition to the passive strategy is to save on daily expenses, especially expenses for needs that are not too important. Limitations: This research is limited to the process of collecting data through interviews which are sometimes not in-depth, because some drivers have difficulty communicating. Contribution: This research is expected to be able to contribute in the field of social science regarding survival strategies carried out by ojek online drivers during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as being a reference for future authors with a focus on survival strategy studies.]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose: This study is to find out how the DPRD supervises the regional regulations. Method: This study used is qualitative, data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. According to McCubbins and Schwartz (1984:65- 179), the theory used is Police-patrol oversight and Fire-alarm oversight. Results: This study reveal that DPRD in carrying out supervision is in accordance with its function, but the implementation of this supervision was only at the beginning of regional regulation number 2. In 2016 the no smoking area was ratified, no more intensive supervision was carried out, and there were no standard rules that could serve as guidelines for supervision by the DPRD in carrying out its functions. So that the results obtained, the supervision carried out by the Pesawaran Regency DPRD on the Non-Smoking Area does not work. <![CDATA[Purpose: this study is to find out how the local strongman strategy in winning the candidate for the head of the village. Bumi Sari Village, Natar District, South Lampung Regency. Method: The researchers used the local strongman theory through an offensive and defensive strategy approach. Both of these strategies will be used to understand this phenomenon. The type of research used is qualitative research by conducting interviews with people involved in the election of the head of Bumi Sari Village. Result: The results of the election for the head of Bumisari Village in 2019 won Yosar Supriyono as the village head, Yosar Supriyono was re-elected as the head of the Bumisari village in 2019. Supri's victory could not be separated from the support of the local Strogman. The involvement of the local strongman in the village head election makes it interesting to see how the local strongman strategy in an effort to win Yosar in the village head election in Bumisari in 2019. <![CDATA[Purpose: to determine the effect of economic capital on political capital and social capital. Method: This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach and the theory used is political modality. According to Ratnia Sholihah, the modalities in political contestation are divided into three, namely political capital, economic capital and social capital. Result: This study indicate that economic capital is very influential on the other 2 capitals. It can be seen from the number of political parties in a coalition and the low number of votes which makes political capital and social capital to follow along with the maximum economic capital. Limitation: Therefore, the formulation adopted by the author in this study is "How are Yusran Amirullah's modalities in the 2020 East Lampung Regency Head Election?".]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose: The purpose of this study is to discuss how and what factors influence the implementation of the Pangkalpinang City Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2021 concerning Warehouse Arrangement and Development. Method: The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and document review. Result: The results of the research show that the implementation of the Pangkalpinang City Regional Regulation policy No. 6 of 2021 concerning Warehouse Arrangement and Development has not been successful because it has not fulfilled all indicators. Seen from the aspect of communication it is not optimal, from the aspect of human resources and budget it is not optimal, in terms of the disposition aspect it is not optimal, and in terms of the bureaucratic structure aspect it is alredy optimal. <![CDATA[The life of society, along with the development of the times, makes the problems that occur in life also develop. The development of complex problems makes science necessary to adapt to the conditions that occur in society. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explain Adinugraha's thoughts: textual and contextual approaches to understanding Islamic studies to deal with life's problems. Methodology: The method used in this research is library research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The type of research used is character studies that examine Adinugraha's thoughts. This data collection technique takes sources from Adinugraha's journals and other journals that are relevant to this research. Results: The results of his research explain that Islamic studies are used as a guide in everyday life in society and in dealing with problems. To comprehend Islamic studies, an approach is required, among which are textual and contextual approaches.In essence, the textualist group is more concerned with the outward meaning of the text. while the contextualist group develops reasoning about the context of the text. It should produce a comprehensive interpretation in Islamic studies by using textual and contextual approaches to interpreting revelation. Based on this explanation, textual and contextual approaches can be used to understand Islamic teachings. Therefore, ideally, a comprehensive interpretation must be carried out using a combination of two approaches at once, namely the textual and contextual approaches.]]>
