Abstract

The mining sector, particularly coal mining, has experienced a decline in revenue and share prices over the period 2018-2022. This decline occurred concurrently with the global pandemic. Subsequent to the pandemic, there has been a notable rise in both revenue and share prices. This research aims to examine the connections between the ratios of ROA, ROE, EPS, and PER in relation to the variations in stock prices within the coal mining sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period from 2018 to 2022. A quantitative method was selected as the research approach. The analysis was conducted using multiple regression with the SPSS 27 tool. Data collection involved a mix of documentation, literature study, and literature review methods. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling. Partial results were obtained, ROA has a negative though insignificant impact on stock prices of the coal mining subsector during the period 2018-2022, Furthermore, ROE has a positive though insignificant impact on stock prices. Meanwhile, EPS and PER have a statistically significant yet positive impact on the stock prices of this sector during the same period. Abstract

The existence of MSMEs plays a very important role in supporting the economy of village communities. The mindset of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Mekar Sari Village, Buntu Pane District, Asahan Regency assumes that without the need for various marketing strategies, their products will still be in demand on the market. This is one of the factors that causes their products to be packaged in a simple and straightforward way. In fact, the packaging design of the product being marketed is the first thing consumers see and can influence their psychology in deciding to buy. The aim of the service is to assist the Mekar Sari Village MSME community in its efforts to increase its productivity by utilizing advances in information technology through print media, banners and branding on products in promotion and marketing.

Abstract

The Inventory Information System is a key element in enhancing the operational efficiency of companies, particularly in the manufacturing industry. This research aims to analyze, design, and implement an inventory information system for PT. XYZ to address challenges in raw material inventory management, especially the manual return system. The research methodology includes data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and literature review. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with relevant parties at PT. XYZ and on-site observations. Data analysis employed the PIECES method (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service) to evaluate the weaknesses of the existing system and formulate improvement proposals. The system development utilized the SDLC Waterfall method, encompassing requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation. The stages included analyzing the current system, designing the inventory information system, developing a program based on the design, testing the system using Blackbox and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementing the new system in PT. XYZ's production environment. The testing results, including UAT, demonstrated that the inventory information system successfully produced the required outputs, with an overall test result percentage of 84%, indicating the system's high quality.

Abstract

A country's continuous rise towards improvement over a certain period of time is the process of economic growth. The elements that make up a country's economic structure function to regulate a country's household and are referred to as the economic structure: household, business, government, economic system, input market, and output market. The economics of each of these parts is different. Input markets (for goods and services), output markets (for households, businesses, governments, and economic systems) are components of the economy. This research aims to find out how much economic growth there has been and whether there has been a change in the economic structure of Central Sulawesi Province in the 2018-2022 period. The research uses quantitative research methods, using secondary data, obtained through PDRB Data for Central Sulawesi Province. Analysis methods include Location Quontien (LQ) Analysis and Structural Checks Index (SCI) Analysis. The research findings indicate that from 2018 to 2022, Central Sulawesi Province experienced significant shifts, identifying five key sectors that dominated economic growth. The mining and quarrying sector, along with the processing industry, served as the primary drivers, while the agriculture, forestry, and fishery sectors showed important contributions despite fluctuations. The water supply and waste management sector, although its contribution was low, exhibited stable growth, and the government administration sector also positively contributed with consistent growth. Thus, it can be concluded that there has been a structural change in the economy of Central Sulawesi over this five-year period. The secondary sector has emerged as a driving force behind the economic structural changes in the region, as indicated by an increase in the Sectoral Contribution Index (SCI) year by year, despite declines in the primary and tertiary sectors. This change reflects a shift in resource allocation increasingly directed toward the secondary sector as the main pillar of the regional economy.
