This study discusses the impact of organizational experience while in college on career development and leadership spirit among students. Qualitative study by taking 84 students as respondents at the Bekasi Muhammadiyah Business Institute campus in the period February 2021. This study uses a questionnaire as the main tool in collecting opinions. The results of this study are, students who actively participate in student organization activities or when they are in the same school as OSIS, have a greater chance of being accepted for work, and have a wider perception of positive leadership styles

The creative economy becomes the major survivor and its growth increased during the COVID19 pandemic. Several sectors in the industry that prioritize creativity and art are increasing in demand. An example is the independent book publishing business, although it is still a micro, small and medium scale business, the business of publishing books through independent channels is increasingly in demand by writers to publish their books in this UMKM scale publisher. On the one hand, readers are also enlivening e-books, aka more and more fond of reading books through online applications. In contrast to the development of this independent publication, several major publishers with retail networks throughout Indonesia were forced to deactivate their outlets during the pandemic, due to the PSBB policy. Therefore, this research focuses on how the creative economy, in this case independent publishing, is able to support the people's economy during the pandemic.

Krisis ekonomi dan pandemi Covid-19 membuat masyarakat lapisan sosial bahwa rentan miskin. Sejumlah program perlindungan sosial telah diluncurkan Pemerintah seperti Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT), subsidi listrik, hingga kuota internet guna menunjang Pendidikan Jarak Jauh (PJJ). Namun belum menyentuh seluruhnya tepat sasaran dan mencukupi bagi mereka yang terdampak resesi. Upaya perempuan, ibu rumah tangga, dalam merintis bisnis berbasis media digital menjadi penting dikaji dalam perspektif perencanaan sosial partisipatif. Resiliensi perempuan dalam penguasaan bisnis berbasis komunikasi digital dimotivasi membangun ketahanan ekonomi keluarga. Implikasi: terjadi pemberdayaan perempuan dalam bentuk partisipasi ibu rumah tangga dalam bisnis online untuk membantu perekonomian keluarga.

Tunas Alam Mulia Foundation which is located in Bantargebang Bekasi is one of the foundations that have a household business. From this household business, it is hoped that it can support the daily needs of the residents of the foundation. Several household businesses have been endeavored by the Tunas Alam Mulia Foundation. However, in the efforts that have been done, there were several obstacles faced, one of which is marketing. This year's PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) activities were designed and implemented by IBM (Institut Muhammadiyah Bekasi) Bekasi at the Alam Tunas Mulia Foundation to take the idea and initiate Digital Marketing Product Training activities to provide solutions to the obstacles faced by the Tunas Alam Mulia Foundation. This training was attended by selected 15 students of the Tunas Alam Mulia Foundation. This activity is carried out with the presentation method of providing material on Digital Marketing Products and marketing practices via social media and the internet.

Indonesia is a country that has a national identity that is realized because of the thousands of islands inhabited by various ethnic groups with various spoken languages, six officially embraced religions, and other diversity that have their own uniqueness.Indonesia's national identity should be a potential that can be utilized to solve nation's current problems, such as the number of unemployed people in Indonesia which reached 9.77 million people in August 2020.However, Indonesia's national identity is still vulnerable to horizontal social conflict of ethnicity, religion, race, and groups. This research purpose is to identify Indonesia's national identity and analyze its strengthening through development planning based on Social Institution. The research method used is literature study. The result shows that efforting of strengthening Indonesia's national identity through development planning based on Social Institution can be carried out through increasing the leadership capacity of the Rukun Tetangga and Rukun Warga, reforming the nature of Customary Institutions, focusing on Community Empowerment Institutions with local wisdom, and eventing the Karang Taruna documentation award. Social Institution can be an ideal container because it has the advantage as the closest institution to communities throughout Indonesia. Social Institutions that produce participatory, tolerant, empowered, and innovative societies which are considered to become one maximum unit in strengthening Indonesia's national identity.

The development of economic growth is certainly supported by the increasing volume of goods and services that can provide prosperity for the community. Economic development can be seen from the increase in GDP regardless of whether the increase is smaller or larger than population growth. Micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) are one of the business units that have an important role in the development and growth of the country's economy. UMKM business growth is certainly an opportunity as a field to find work and income, with a lot of employment in UMKM showing that UMKM has a strategic role for the government in helping to reduce poverty and unemployment. The MSME sector has a large share of the Indonesian economy. Based on information obtained from the Ministry of Cooperatives and UMKM, in 2019 UMKM had a proportion of 99.9% of the total number of more than 65 million registered business units. The proportion of loans given to UMKM has always increased from 2017 to 2019 in accordance with the size of the business established. The largest contribution to PDB is provided by the micro-enterprise sector. The micro-enterprise sector annually contributes more than 25% to PDB compared to other sectors which are only able to contribute below 20%

This study aims to determine the planning strategy for the development of the natural school development of the Tunas Mulia Bantar Gebang school for the economic welfare of the community. The method used in the research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, this research was conducted from February 15th to March 29th, 2021, with the subjects of Tunas Alam Mulia School students and with a sample of 30 students' parents, the data collection techniques in this research were interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the SWOT analysis above, the main strategy is an Integrative Strategy, this shows that in the Yayasan Tunas Mulia, it must carry out its activities by integrating weaknesses and opportunities in order to overcome weaknesses by taking advantage of opportunities at the Yayasan Tunas Mulia.

The construction of the Phase 2 Cisumdawu toll road, located in Gawiru Hamlet, Girimukti Village, Sumedang District, Sumedang Regency, West Java, has an impact on the surrounding population. Both positive and negative impacts. The positive impact is that the surrounding population is empowered to do work outside of project work such as cooking services, clothes washing services, mess cleaning services and project offices, daily warehouse clerk services (checking supplies of material goods), field survey implementers, security, foreman, local subcontractor, plagman. The negative impact is the lack of buyers for traders around Jalan Cadas Pangeran. Infrastructure development should be followed by human development. According to UNDP, indicators of the success of human development include 1) equity, namely equitable distribution of development results, equitable distribution to be able to easily access primary human needs (clothing, food, shelter), the need for health services that have now gone through BPJS, the need for education which is now running with the SPP-free program for state schools, 2) the ability of every human being to be productive according to their creativity and innovation, 3) empowerment, namely growth and human resource development that the government strives for. This study uses a qualitative methodology by conducting in-depth interviews, while the paradigm of this research is constructivism

This study is entitled "Analysis of Factors Affecting Labor in the City of Jambi". The purpose of this study is the first to determine and analyze the absorption of labor in Jambi City. Second, to analyze the influence of the factors that influence the absorption of labor in Jambi City. The research method used is secondary data analysis with the aim of the research is descriptive analysis method to answer the first objective used to identify how much increase in the workforce in Jambi City from time to time in a series of data during the period 2007 to 2018. Both tools The analysis used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS series 22 application. The results of the analysis carried out concluded, firstly, the development of labor absorption in Jambi City also experienced fluctuating increases during the 2007-2018 period. Second, partially based on the t test and F test of the independent variable of economic growth (X1), investment (X2) and the provincial minimum wage (X3) have a positive and significant effect on labor absorption (Y) in Jambi City during the 2007- 2018 period.
