Abstract

This research is to determine the relationship between the influence of the Work Environment, Competence, Self-Efficacy on Organizational Commitment at the UPPD I Transportation Service. The analytical method used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and using Partial Least Square (PLS). The sample method used is Probability Sampling and uses a saturated sample technique of 120 respondents who are Employees at the UPPD I Transportation Service. The results show that Work Environment and Competence have a positive effect on Organizational Commitment, Work Environment and Competence have a positive effect on Organizational Commitment through Self-Efficacy

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Inventory Intensity, Marketing Expense, and Capital Intensity on the Tax Aggressiveness of Industrial Manufacturing Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Companies in the manufacturing industry sector are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2017 in 2021 will be the research population. In this study, 38 samples from 8 companies were sampled using purposive sampling method and observed for 5 years. In this study, multiple linear regression analysis techniques were used in the e-views 9 application. The results showed a significant score of 0.4747 > If the significance level was 0.05, there was no relationship between capital intensity and tax aggression. Significant benefits 0.0002 0.05 indicate a relationship between marketing costs and aggressive tax collection. There is no correlation between inventory intensity and other factors, with a significant score of 0.6820 > 0.05. tax aggressiveness

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to describe the existing variables by providing a corroboration from the literature articles from the findings. The research method used is qualitative by graphically depicting sources from existing journals related to this article. The findings derived from these scientific articles then the findings or results are reinforcement for this scientific article with regard to the variables used. Financial risk management in the context of digitalization has an important role in increasing company value and meeting customer expectations. Through the implementation of an effective digital strategy, financial institutions can optimize financial services, improve customer data security, and provide a better experience for customers. The importance of service quality in the digitalization context was also revealed, where good service quality contributes to customer satisfaction and their loyalty to the company. Abstract

Mekaar PNM program financing is one of the products developed by PT. Madani National Capital, which was formed by the government under the Ministry of BUMN, which is now formed in the Ultra Micro Holding which focuses on Ultra Micro financing for underprivileged mothers with group lending or in the form of groups. Meanwhile, the Business Capacity Development Program (PKU) aims to bring together small businesses and training. This study seeks to analyze the role of financing the Mekaar program and business capacity building in order to increase turnover and customer loyalty at the Subang branch. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with interview techniques, analysis using the Nvivo 12pro application. The informants or respondents used were division heads, deputy division heads of PT. PNM, Unit Heads, Account Officers and customers of PT. PNM Subang Branch consisting of 14 respondents. It is hoped that the results of this study can analyze the role of PNM Mekaar financing and business capacity building programs that have a positive influence on turnover and customer loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether audio-visual media had an effect on students' creative thinking abilities at SDN Kampung Bambu 1 in science class V. This research was an experimental quantitative study. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a saturated sample model with a total of 70 students. The research instrument consisted of 16 essay questions and a questionnaire consisting of 20 statement items. The results of this study indicate that the use of audiovisual media affects students' creative thinking abilities in science subjects. The t-test shows that the use of audio-visual media has a significant effect of 0.001 <0.05 on the creative thinking of fifth grade students at SDN Kampung Bambu 1 in science subjects

Abstract

This researcher aims to analyze the compliance of motor vehicle tax payers before and during the covid-19 pandemic. In this study uses qualitative methods by analyzing data obtained from observations, interviews with key informants and supporting informants related to motor vehicle tax compliance. The data analysis technique used in this research is by using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that motor vehicle taxpayer compliance is influenced by factors, namely tax knowledge, taxpayer awareness, economy, location, social distancing

Abstract

Sleep is a biological process experienced by humans, as well as the most basic human needs. Proper rest and sleep are just as important for health as nutrition and adequate exercise. Sleep disorders can be overcome with non-pharmacological measures to prevent the risk of anxiety that occurs in postpartum mothers. Pumpkin containing L-tryptophan, zinc, and magnesium. to determine the effect of pumpkin pudding (Curcubita moschata) on sleep quality for postpartum women in the Working Area of Puskesmas Dinoyo, Malang. Methods: The research design is quasi experiment using non-equivalent control group design. Analysis by Paired t-test. This study used a sample of 32 postpartum mothers who matched the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the Working Area of Puskesmas Dinoyo, Malang. The participant received pumpkin pudding or milk pudding every day for a week. : showed that there was an effect of pumpkin pudding (Curcubita moschata) on sleep quality for postpartum mothers shown that p value = 0.000  (p-value <0.05). There is an effect of pumpkin pudding (Curcubita moschata) on sleep quality for postpartum women in the Working Area of Puskesmas Dinoyo, Malang

Abstract

Improved employee performance has a good impact on realizing company value. Everyone has personal interests that may not be in line with the vision and mission. This results in a communication gap between employees and management level. If a communication gap occurs, the company's goal to achieve the target will be hampered. The importance of increasing the intensity of communication between employees with the Collaboration method applied at PT Resonac Materials Indonesia. The theory that underlies this research method includes dyadic power theory. From the results of socialization and discussion, 4 responses emerged. This breakthrough is applied to focus on employees. Abstract

This research intends to examine how Social Media Marketing impacts Donation Decision Mediated by Brand Trust at Kitabisa.com. Social Media Marketing as exogenous variable, Brand Trust as mediating variable and Donation Decision as endogenous variable. This research was conducted on social media users who have donated to Kitabisa.com who were found in the West Jakarta area. The background of this research is the changes in people's behavior who have started to do various things, including donating activities using technology and the internet because they are able to provide convenience in doing these things, which has resulted in various new innovations to channel donations online emerging from those who see this as an opportunity. This research about utilized tests taken by purposive sampling technique utilizing Hair computation strategy as numerous as 145 respondents. The analytical technique utilized is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and uses Partial Least Square (PLS) to test the quality of direct and indirect connections among various variables. The comes of this exploration demonstrate that Social Media Marketing has an impact on Donation Decision, Brand Trust influences Donation Decision, Social Media Marketing has an effect on Brand Trust, and Social Media Marketing affects Donation Decision through Brand Trust
