Abstract

This literature study research aims to find the appropriate yeast dose and fermentation time to process papaya skin waste into bioethanol by utilizing Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast. Papaya skin waste is one of the biomass that is quite abundant and contains high sugar content so it can be used as raw material for making bioethanol. The data collection method was carried out through online searches of scientific journals related to the potential of papaya waste, fermentation, bioethanol production, bioethanol manufacturing techniques, yeast types and yeast doses, and bioethanol content. As a result, get fermentation for making bioethanol efficiently using a yeast dose of 0.3% and the fastest fermentation time of 3 days

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the role of Public Relations is very important for an agency or company. Improving and promoting the company's image is also in the hands of Public Relations, so a Public Relations person must be able to interact well with others and understand the company's side. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how Public Relations functions in improving the image of PT. Jakarta transportation as a public transportation mode company. In addition, this study aims to determine and analyze the obstacles of Public Relations in the nature of improving the image of PT. Jakarta Transportation. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. This research uses the concept of Scott M Cutlip and Allen Center regarding the function of Public Relations. Data collection techniques use in-depth interviews, observation and documentation techniques. The results of this study show that the Public Relations Function at PT. Jakarta transportation is very good to know the improvement of service felt by customers

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of account officers' performance based on their educational background, both those who have a high school background and an educational background more than high school, at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Cabang Jember. This type of research uses a quantitative type of research. This research uses quantitative research methods, where the research will be analyzed using descriptive statistics using multiple linear regression formulas. In collecting data this study used questionnaires. A total of 147 superiors Account Officer PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Cabang Jember is used as a population, and used as a sample of 100 superior account officers. This research shows that education level affects account officer performance positively

Abstract

This study aims to map, evaluate and improve the business model of the culinary business of PNM Mekaar Banjarnegara Branch customers. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection tools through Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and in-depth interviews to obtain information and analyze business models. The research subjects were the customers of PNM Mekaar Banjarnegara Branch. The results of the study show that culinary business actors carried out by customers of PNM Mekaar Banjarnegara Branch have not fully used the Business Model Canvas. The nine elements of the Business Model Canvas are added for improvement as a future business development effort. Furthermore, the results of the SWOT analysis also obtained 10 strategies that can be used as alternatives for future business development

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance through the work motivation of PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani. This study uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the PLS program. and IBM Statistics SPSS 26.0.. All personnel of PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani's head office are the analysis's unit of analysis. 180 people responded for the sample. A questionnaire that was sent online was used as the data gathering method. The findings demonstrated that at the PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Head Office, work motivation can greatly moderate the impact of organizational culture on employee performance. It is stated that businesses might enhance job motivation, develop a positive company culture, andmployee performance

Abstract

To improve service quality, PNM innovated by launching the Business Capacity Development (PKU) program. PNM also empowers existing customers to attract new prospective customers through Word of Mouth. There are two analysis methods used, namely outer model analysis with Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Cronbach's Alpha and using inner model analysis with Hypothesis Test. Outcome from this study are Customer Satisfaction affecting Customer Loyalty. Service positively and insignificant affecting on Customer Loyalty. The PKU program not affecting Customer Loyalty. WOM positively and insignificant affecting on Customer Loyalty. Service quality affecting customer satisfaction. PKU program not affecting customer satisfaction. WOM has a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and empowerment on employee loyalty with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research was conducted through survey with quantitative research type. Sampling was selected randomly with 100 PNM employees as respondents. This research use Partial Least Square (PLS) to test the hypothesis. This research found that compensation and empowerment have a significant effect on employee’s job satisfaction, compensation and empowerment do not have a significant effect on employee loyalty, and job satisfaction is able to mediate a relationship between compensation and empowerment on employee loyalty significantly

Abstract

This research aims to ascertain how Employee morale is rewarded and punished by the Bima Regency's office of population control, family planning, child protection, and women's empowerment. 36 individuals—all Asn employees—were chosen for the sample using purposive sampling. According to According to the multiple regression test's findings, each unit increase in the reward variable will have a 0.316 influence on work morale while each unit increase in the punishment variable would have a 0.498 influence. impact. 0.58 is the correlation coefficient. indicates that the dependent variable's relationship to the independent variable is only marginal. 33.6% is the coefficient of determination's value. The effects of reward (X1) and punishment (X2) on employee morale (Y). Employee morale, discipline, and a substantial association between them are revealed by the t and F test results.nd prizes
