Application developers and users are the keys to the market impact on application development. In application development, developers need to predict applications in the market accurately, accurate prediction results are very important in showing user ratings that affect the success of an application. Ratings are given by users to judge that the application is good or not. The higher the rating given by the user, it means that the user likes the application and can be a benchmark for other users to download the application. It is undeniable that there are so many apps available on the google play store, it is impossible for users to select one by one app on the google play store. Therefore, a rating prediction system is needed to determine the right application based on the rating given by the user to an application. Predictions will be made using the random forest algorithm as the method used to predict application ratings. This study using the Google Play Store dataset. This dataset has 10840 rows and 13 attributes. The results of this study can be seen from the use of the random forest algorithm with an average accuracy of 93.8%.

Improving public services is a form of government participation in serving the community. Public complaint is a form of participation to play a role in building its environment and as a form of supervision of the performance of government agencies. Reports and aspirations of the community can be used as input to evaluate policies and regulations that have been made or regulations that have been implemented and to find out the problems that exist in the community effectively, quickly and up to date and can directly provide solutions and solutions to exit. The Office of Housing and Settlement Area of Binjai City has the main task of assisting the Governor in implementing decentralization and decentralization authority in the field of Housing, Residential Areas and Land in accordance with the policies stipulated by the laws and regulations. The construction of illegal settlements, because the community must come to the office of the Housing and Settlement Office of Binjai City to report the incident. This becomes ineffective and efficient due to the number of subdistricts that are far from the city center, remote communities become difficult to complain to the Housing Office and Binjai City Residential Area. For this reason, a web-based community complaint service information system is needed to make it easier for people to report all problems. This facility is expected to help connect the community with the Housing Office and Binjai City Residential Area as effectively and efficiently as possible.

The performance of Supply Chain Management and information strategies cannot be ignored for expanding the business. Sharing information in a technology-based supply chain or commonly called Digitalization Supply Chain (DSC) is very important. Astra Motor has developed a DSC application called WArehouse DIGitalization (WADIG) since 2016. The application has been implemented in most Honda Sales Operation (HSO) branches in March 2018. After an information system penetrates the implementation phase in the life cycle of information system development, a post-implementation review is required. The effectiveness of WADIG (how far the system can reach its goals) and the factors that influenced the successful implementation of the application were examined and analyzed. This research used the success model of The Updated DeLone &McLean information system. Before data processing using SmartPLS, validity, reliability, and linearity tests of each indicator include service quality, information quality, system quality, user satisfaction, and individual impact conducted. The statistical results showed that the WADIG application is successful in providing benefits for its users

Direct visits to patients who are confirmed positive for COVID-19 are very risky and medical personnel are among those who have a risk of being exposed to COVID-19. Use of technology to reduce the risk of medical personnel being exposed is very necessary,use of sensors for remote monitoring of vital signs that can reduce the workload and risk of exposure and reduce manual recording errors.The research objective is to design and build an IoT based vital signs monitoring tool and build a prototype that supports the security and accuracy of data exchange.IoT for vital signs monitoring tool will be integrated with the hospital information system using middleware.uses the Engineering Design Process method which has been proven to be frequently used in the design process.processes carried out are data requests and data transmission,data transformation and data presentation, using middleware as the recipient of requests and sending HL7, in the process of requesting and receiving that has been transformed according to health data standards. IoT for vital signs monitoring tools can be used as a means to protect medical workers from the risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and digital integration can facilitate the flow of information better and with minimal errors as well as the use of HL7.and has a more structured data form and can define the data structure of the information sent between systems,the Interoperability can reduce the need to perform manual data input which results in saving time and avoiding the problem of difficulty/errors in reading one's handwriting.

The results of the QoS parameters based on the average total throughtput on the Cisco Catalyst 3750 Switch Multilayer device show a value of 81.4579Mbps greater than the Cisco 2800 Router, while the average total packetloss on the Cisco Catalyst 3750 Switch Multilayer device shows a value of 0.0739% more smaller than the Cisco 2800 Router while the total average delay on the Cisco Catalyst 3750 Switch Multilayer device shows a value of 3.8090ms which is smaller than the Cisco 2800 Router. Based on the results of the Mann-Whitney comparison of 3 test variables between the Cisco Catalyst 3750 Switch Multilayer and Cisco 2800 Router devices at =0.05, it is said that there is no significant difference between the throughput, packetloss and delay values obtained

Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru Berbasis Website, dengan seiring perkembangan teknologi semakin pesat khususnya teknologi informasi, banyak cara yang ditempuh untuk mengetahui informasi yang sedang terjadi, salah satu caranya adalah dengan memanfaatkan internet sebagai sarana untuk mendapatkan informasi tersebut. Penerimaan mahasiswa baru di setiap kampus berbeda cara yang digunakan. Bila ada mahasiswa yang ingin mendaftar ke kampus tertentu maka calon mahasiswa tersebut harus datang ke kampus untuk mendaftar terlebih dengan adanya virus covid 19, yang mengharuskan kita untuk menjaga jarak. Hal ini akan memerlukan biaya dan waktu.serta harus menjada jarak Namun, sistem informasi dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengatasi masalah ruang, waktu dan biaya dalam pendaftaran calon mahasiswa baru tersebut. Dalam penulisan Jurnal ini, penulis membatasi masalah pada pembuatan sistem pengolahan data pada instansi Pendidikan Kampus yang berhubungan dengan penerimaan mahasiswa baru. Penulis mengambil data dengan dua metode yaitu metode langsung dan metode tidak langsung. Berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan dalam pengambilan data, maka penulis menyimpulkan Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru Berbasis Website pada instansi Pendidikan Kampus membantu memperlancar penerimaan mahasiswa baru serta menambah mutu dan kualitas bahkan nilai jual kampus tersebut.

The rapid internet technological development makes web-based services develop rapidly. Web-based services are very useful in accelerating the supervision of public services. The Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia (ORI) is a state institution that has the authority to oversee the implementation of public services. However, many people still report on media instead of using the Ombudsman RI website. The purpose of this study is to analyze the service quality of reporting system on the Ombudsman information systems web. The quality measurement method uses the Service Quality (SERVQUAL) method that consists of five dimensions of service quality modified, usability, information quality, services reliability, assurance, and empathy. The research instrument uses primary data through the questionnaires and is processed quantitatively. The results showed a negative gap between expectations and perceptions in measuring the quality of the information system of Ombudsman RI. It shows that the web information system has not met the expectations of its users yet. So it can affect the culture of public reporting through the Ombudsman RI website.

This research was conducted to analyze and design a website which is a technology that is very influential on educational science during the current pandemic, so we need a technology that can support the course of learning and exams. One of them is about the technology of Exam Preparation Applications Using Web-Based Randomized Methods at SMA Negeri 1 Pantai Cermin. The exam itself is an activity that is carried out regularly to measure the achievement of student competencies after completing one or more basic competencies. The research method used consists of several stages of research, namely data collection, system analysis and software design. The data collection method used is observation and literature study. System analysis and design method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and user interface system design. The application is made on two sides, namely the admin application and the user application. The programming language used for software development is PHP and the server uses MySQL as the database. The result of this research is an online exam website-based application for preparation for the national exam and uses a random method that can later be used by teachers and students. The application of this application can provide convenience for teachers and students in the process of working on computerized exam practice questions and can immediately see exam results quickly.

Marketing trends are shifting from conventional (offline) to digital (online). E-Commerce applications for business actors can market their products from anywhere and anytime via the internet. The focus of the issues raised are: (1) How to Design Woocommerce-Based E-Commerce Applications (2) How to Implement E-Commerce Applications for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Kota Pari Village. To reveal these problems, this study uses qualitative research that is useful for providing facts and data regarding the Design of Woocommerce-Based E-Commerce Applications for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Kota Pari Village, then the data is analyzed using a grounded method with a theoretical approach that provides development to field of research study. Then the data collection techniques used interview, documentation, and observation techniques. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. While the theory used in this research is an integrated marketing trend communication theory combined with Woocommerce techniques. From the results of the study it was found that through the E-Commerce Application, business actors can establish relationships with customers in a fast response. The benefits of implementing an E-Commerce Application are related to the 4P marketing trends (product, price, place and promotion). Suggestions for SMEs in Kota Pari Village must continue to update marketing trends, both conventional and digital, consistently, especially regarding E-Commerce applications, they can be developed again in their management, because so far they are still managed by each business actor.
