Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), and Price to Book Value (PBV) on the stock price of property sub-sector companies in the Kompas100 Index for the 2019-2023 period. The type of data used is secondary data, with purposive sampling. The analysis uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, F test, and t test. Based on the discussion that has been carried out on the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), and Price to Book Value (PBV) on the Stock Price of property sub-sector companies listed in the Kompas100 Index for the 2019-2023 period, it can be concluded that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variable has a significant negative effect on the Stock Price of property sub-sector companies listed in the Kompas100 Index for the 2019-2023 period. The Return on Equity (ROE) variable has a significant negative effect on the Stock Price of property sub-sector companies listed on the Kompas100 Index for the 2019-2023 Period. The Price to Book Value (PBV) variable has a significant positive effect on the Stock Price of property sub-sector companies listed on the Kompas100 Index for the 2019-2023 Period. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), and Price to Book Value (PBV) have a significant effect on the Stock Price of property sub-sector companies listed on the Kompas100 Index for the 2019-2023 Period. The Price to Book Value (PBV) variable has the most dominant effect on the Stock Price of property sub-sector companies listed on the Kompas100 Index for the 2019-2023 Period.

Abstract

The performance of Supply Chain Management and information strategies cannot be ignored for expanding the business. Sharing information in a technology-based supply chain or commonly called Digitalization Supply Chain (DSC) is very important. Astra Motor has developed a DSC application called WArehouse DIGitalization (WADIG) since 2016. The application has been implemented in most Honda Sales Operation (HSO) branches in March 2018. After an information system penetrates the implementation phase in the life cycle of information system development, a post-implementation review is required. The effectiveness of WADIG (how far the system can reach its goals) and the factors that influenced the successful implementation of the application were examined and analyzed. This research used the success model of The Updated DeLone &McLean information system. Before data processing using SmartPLS, validity, reliability, and linearity tests of each indicator include service quality, information quality, system quality, user satisfaction, and individual impact conducted. The statistical results showed that the WADIG application is successful in providing benefits for its users

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dengan meningkatnya pengguna internet yang telah membawa perekonomian Indonesia ke era baru, yaitu ekonomi digital. Hal ini menyebabkan beberapa perusahaan mengamati dan mencoba memahami masyarakat untuk mengetahui teknologi apa saja yang dibutuhkan pada saat ini. Salah satunya adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang fintech. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi keamanan, persepsi manfaat, persepsi risiko, dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pengguna secara parsial. Menganalisis pengaruh persepsi keamanan, persepsi manfaat, persepsi risiko, dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pengguna secara simultan. Mengidentifikasi variabel mana yang paling dominan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan data primer kuantitatif, tahap uji yang dilakukan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, multikolinieritas, persamaan regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji F. data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen kuesioner, dan data valid yang berhasil dikumpulkan sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Alat bantu pengujian yang digunakan adalah SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Persepsi Keamanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna secara parsial, variabel Persepsi Manfaat tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna secara parsial, variabel Persepsi Risiko berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna secara parsial, variabel Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna secara parsial. Persepsi Keamanan, Persepsi Manfaat, Persepsi Risiko, dan Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna secara simultan. Variabel Persepsi Risiko adalah variabel yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi Kepuasan Pengguna dompet elektronik OVO.
