Abstract

S-curve adalah salah satu alat dalam manajemen konstruksi yang digunakan untuk memonitoring dan mensupervisi suatu proyek. Monitoring suatu proyek berarti juga melihat suatu progres proyek sesuai apa tidak dengan progress rencana. Selisih antara realisasi progress dengan rencana progress disebut deviasi progress. Deviasi progress dapat positif atau negative tergantung angka progress realisasi dikurangi dengan progress rencana. Dalam kontrak gabungan perlu dicermati dalam penyusunan kurva s agar deviasi negative dapat diminimalisir. Kontrak gabungan adalah gabungan kontrak lumpsum dan Analisa harga satuan. Abstract

:Credit customers are people who use banking services or other financial services. to use bank money in its business activities, so it expects that the bank's credit can meet business capital needs. To reach information to increase profits and reduce company losses, we need a method that can provide knowledge to support the company's data. Research data can be obtained from processing classification data from credit customer data that are categorized as potential or not potential in the next credit grant. Data processing can be done using machine learning, namely classification techniques. This technique will produce a predictive churn model to determine which customer categories belong to a group. potential smooth or jammed. The Naive Bayes method was chosen because it can produce maximum accuracy with little training data. Meanwhile, the K-Nearest Neighbor method was chosen because it is robust against noise data. The performance of the two methods will be compared, so that it can be seen which method is better in classifying documents. The results obtained show that the Naive Bayes method has better performance with an accuracy rate of 70%, while the K-Nearest Neighbor method has a fairly low accuracy rate of 40%. Thus, it can be seen the accuracy value displayed by applying the classification algorithm. K-Nears Neighbors and Naïve Bayes. Parameter category. which in this study are account numbers, names of debtors, collectibility in the categories: current, DPK (on special mention), substandard, doubtful, loss. Then clarified with a description of the type of loan, collectability of ADK (computer data archive), type of business.

Abstract

Salah satu komponen penunjang E-Commerce yang sangat penting adalah website, karena para pengguna yang ingin bertansaksi secara online akan mengunjungi website E-Commerce terlebih dahulu untuk mengecek produk yang akan dibeli. Kualitas dari website E-Commerce bisa mempengaruhi jumlah calon pembeli yang memutuskan untuk melakukan transaksi jual beli secara online di website E-Commerce tersebut. Shopee merupakan salah satu E-Commerce terbesar di Indonesia, yang menjual berbagai macam produk dan sering mengadakan promosi untuk menarik minat calon pembeli. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mencoba mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap website Shopee menggunakan Webqual 4.0. Tujuan menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0 adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna, karena metode ini dilakukan dengan melihat dari persepsi pengguna akhir yang diukur dengan beberapa instrumen penelitian yang dikategorikan dalam beberapa variabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata jawaban responden paling banyak di interval 3 sampai 5 dengan interpretasi rata-rata “Memuaskan”.

Abstract

Most solar power plants are not capable of operating independently at maximum capacity, the voltage characteristics of solar energy usually follow the voltage (V) of the storage (battery) or load (load) which is directly connected to solar energy. Of course, the irradiation received by the PV module does not always receive uniform radiation so that the power produced does not always have maximum power and causes double peaks. An MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) system is required to optimize PV output. However, the commonly used methods are often trapped by peaks below the optimal peak and require a long convergence time. This research compares the tracking performance and tracking time of two methods, FF (Firefly Algorithm) and PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization), to find the best performance in partial shadow conditions. The PSO algorithm has an average efficiency of 99.1043% and the FF algorithm has an average efficiency of 99.4073% in 10 trials in each of the 6 cases.

Abstract

The choice of mobile phone is an important decision in today's information technology era. In this context, the application of the Simple Additive method in the decision support system (DSS) becomes relevant to assist users in choosing a mobile phone that suits their needs and preferences. The Simple Additive method provides a simple yet effective framework for combining diverse criteria for evaluating mobile options. This study aims to develop SPK based on the Simple Additive method to improve accuracy and efficiency in the decision-making process of mobile phone selection. Through data analysis and system testing, it is hoped that the results of this research can make a positive contribution to the development of decision support systems for mobile phone selection. The purpose of this study is to implement an Android-based decision support system to assist users in choosing a mobile phone that suits their needs. Data collection is in the form of interviews and literature studies. This Mobile Selection Decision Support System was built with the help of Simple Additive Weighting in choosing mobile phones based on user needs and MySQL as a data storage. This Decision Support System for Mobile Selection was tested using black box testing successfully and system validation got results that were in accordance with the brand and specifications of the Mobile Phone. This Mobile Selection Decision Support System is expected to make it easier for users to choose the mobile phone needed.

Abstract

Technology is a tool that really helps human needs to carry out daily activities very easily, quickly, and practically. Monitoring data on the cleanliness of the Kerinci Pangkalan Environment is still being carried out one by one, namely in a conventional way that has not been systemized or computerized. The large amount of cleanliness data makes the Pelalawan Environmental Service often have difficulty detecting the cleanliness of the Pangkalan Kerinci Environment. This causes much needed computer technology using a detection system. This detection is one way to detect cleanliness. The purpose of this study is to facilitate field officers in detecting the environmental cleanliness of Pangkalan Kerinci. The data collection is in the form of literature studies, interviews and observations. Quantitative methods are used in this research process to be used in conducting testing. The Pangkalan Kerinci Environmental Cleanliness Detection Support System was built with the help of Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) and firebase as a data repository. The Pangkalan Kerinci Environmental Cleanliness Detection Support System was tested using blackbox testing which was successful and a User Accaptance Test (UAT) was carried out with an average score of 90.8% from 20 respondents with the title "Very Good" which means that the officers from the Pangkalan Kerinci Environmental Cleaning Service are satisfied with the Kerinci Base Environment

Abstract

This research was conducted to provide a clearer and more accurate depiction of the property value at Ziva Graha Property based on the physical characteristics and location of the houses. The study utilized PHP for data processing and modeling. The data employed included information on land area, building area, year of construction, number of floors, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, number of garages, and selling prices. This data was explored and processed using PHP software to assess the efficacy of linear regression methods in predicting house values. The research findings indicate that variables such as land area, building area, and number of bedrooms significantly influence the house's selling price at Ziva Graha Property. Other variables, such as the number of floors, number of bathrooms, distance to the city center, and road width, have a smaller impact. It is expected that the results of this research can provide a useful guide for prospective buyers and sellers in determining fair and realistic prices based on the physical characteristics of the houses.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of school activities on traffic patterns and city mobility by conducting a case study on a secondary school in an urban area. As a case study, the Jalan Tempeh section of Lumajang Regency, which contains SMA Negeri 1 Tempeh Lumajang. Research was conducted to understand how daily school activities, including start and leave times, school events, and extracurricular activities, influence traffic patterns and mobility around the school area. Research methods include field surveys to observe traffic patterns, calculating traffic volume during rush hours, interviews with school officials, and analysis of traffic accident data around the school location. The use of this combination of methods allows us to gain a comprehensive understanding of the impact of school activities on urban traffic and mobility. The research results show that school activities have a significant impact on traffic patterns around the school area, especially during rush hours. Traffic density increases significantly during school entry and exit hours, which has the potential to cause congestion and increase the risk of traffic accidents.

Abstract

Daily transactions with higher volumes are a challenge for businesses, both in the service and product sectors. Accelerating the transaction process using a computer is a solution used in almost all sectors because using a computer can provide efficiency in terms of time, energy, and speed. This research aims to design a web-based application with the CodeIgniter framework and Quick Response Code (CR Code) to conduct daily transactions for small and medium-sized businesses in the culinary field. This research is devoted to the sale of drinks and food at Kopinated. This application focuses on providing an easy and simple ordering infrastructure with a modern and dynamic look using Bootstrap. This application provides an ordering menu and payments that will be integrated directly with the server on the local host of the business. With this application, it is expected to encourage the speed of transactions for food and beverage business owners who need speed in service.
