Abstract

The increasing adoption of digital technologies and the transformation of organizational operations into the cyber domain have made information system security a crucial strategic issue. Although many organizations have implemented advanced security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption, cyber security incidents continue to occur frequently. This phenomenon indicates that system vulnerabilities do not solely originate from technical aspects but are also significantly influenced by human factors. This study aims to analyze the role of human factors as critical vulnerabilities in organizational information system security, particularly in the context of social engineering attacks such as phishing. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through the distribution of Likert-scale questionnaires to users of organizational information systems. The research instrument was developed based on human factors and security awareness indicators and was subjected to validity and reliability testing. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques to identify levels of security awareness and patterns of risky user behavior. The results show that users’ security awareness is at a moderate level; however, various risky behaviors that can potentially be exploited in cyber attacks, especially through social engineering techniques, are still evident. These findings indicate a gap between users’ understanding of information security and the actual implementation of secure behaviors in daily operational activities. This study concludes that the effectiveness of information system security is strongly influenced by user behavior and compliance, in addition to technological factors. Therefore, a more holistic security approach is required through the strengthening of behavior-oriented security training programs and the development of more adaptive and user-friendly security policies.

Abstract

Land use balance analysis (NPGT) is essential for obtaining information on land ownership, use, and utilization, suitability to spatial planning, and land availability. By providing accurate and detailed data, NPGT can assist the government and stakeholders in making informed decisions regarding land allocation and use. Method in the land use balance analysis requires several stages, thus requiring time to process data. By using automation, data processing can be accelerated compared to conventional processing which requires many stages. This study aims to create a geoprocessing tool in ArcGIS Pro to shorten the processing stages and be able to produce primary analysis in the form of changes in use, suitability, and directions for land availability. By applying the geoprocessing model for land use balance sheet analysis, better performance was obtained compared to conducting conventional analysis with an average time of 2.5 minutes. This automation tool has also been tested using the System Usability Scale method where the results obtained with an average score of 72, which is in the acceptable category.

Abstract

Road infrastructure damage is a serious challenge that threatens the safety of road users. This study aims to improve the accuracy of road damage classification using Deep Learning with a Visual Geometry Group-19 architecture modified with a spatial attention mechanism to select relevant features. The study utilizes a dataset of 3,760 road damage images consisting of four classes (Crack, Pothole, Rutting, and Normal). The dataset is divided into 70% training data and 30% testing data, followed by preprocessing stages including resizing, mean normalization, and standard deviation normalization. The dataset is trained using the Adam and SGD optimizers, along with variations in batch size. The experimental results show that the VGG-19 model with spatial attention using the Adam optimizer and a batch size of 8 achieved the highest accuracy of 91.67%, outperforming the model without attention, which obtained an accuracy of 89.89%.It can be concluded that the addition of the attention mechanism effectively improves the model’s performance in recognizing damage patterns. Therefore, it is recommended for the development of more accurate intelligent infrastructure monitoring systems. This study contributes by demonstrating that the integration of a spatial attention mechanism into VGG-19 consistently enhances classification accuracy compared to the standard VGG-19 model without attention, particularly in small batch size scenarios.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive analysis of the dielectric quality of a 60 MVA power transformer at the Kisaran 150kV Substation, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The transformer, manufactured by PAUWELS TRAFO and operated since 2011, operates at an average load of 33% with an ONAN/ONAF cooling system. Dielectric testing yielded a breakdown voltage of 80.2 kV, a moisture content of 17.62 mg/kg, an acid number of 0.108 mgKOH/g, and dissipation factors of 0.173% (primary), 0.190% (secondary), and 0.243% (tertiary). The bushing dissipation factor ranged from 0.247% to 0.271%. The interfacial tension measured 26.8 mN/m with a flash point at 148°C. Insulation resistance testing showed values of 4.9 GΩ (primary), 3.41 GΩ (secondary), and 3.40 GΩ (tertiary) with polarization indices of 3.06, 1.48, and 1.47, respectively. Operating temperatures remained within acceptable limits at 63°C (peak oil) and 62°C (winding). Analysis based on IEC 60422:2013 and PLN standards indicated that the transformer was in good operational condition with all parameters within acceptable ranges, although the interface voltage was close to the warning threshold. This study provides valuable baseline data for predictive maintenance strategies and demonstrates the importance of integrated dielectric testing for transformer health assessment.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the quality of information system services in motor vehicle testing services at the Department of Transportation of Bandar Lampung City using the PIECES Framework approach. The background of this research is based on the increasing public demand for effective, efficient, and transparent public services, particularly in periodic motor vehicle testing (Uji KIR), which plays a strategic role in ensuring transportation safety. The research data were obtained from the 2026 Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) involving 500 respondents. The results indicate that the Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) score is 76.64, which falls into the “Good” category. However, the analysis reveals several operational issues, including relatively long service waiting times, suboptimal effectiveness of the calling system, and limitations in supporting facilities and infrastructure. Through the PIECES approach, which includes Performance, Information, Economy , Control, Efficiency, and Service aspects, the findings indicate that Performance, Efficiency, and Service are the most influential dimensions affecting the quality of information system services. Therefore, improvements are required in queue management systems, enhancement of information delivery quality, and strengthening of service infrastructure. This study is expected to provide both conceptual and practical contributions to improving the quality of information system services in the public service sector.

Abstract

Tulang Bawang Regency has significant potential for buffalo farming, but the process of determining marketable buffalo is still carried out conventionally based on the farmers' experience. This approach has the potential to lead to less objective decisions because it does not consider all criteria in a structured manner. This study aims to develop a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to assist in the more systematic selection of marketable buffalo. The criteria used include weight, age, health condition, height, and price, weighted based on their level of importance. The research data consisted of ten alternative buffaloes obtained from farms in Tulang Bawang Regency. Process analysis was carried out through decision matrix normalization and preference value calculations to produce a final ranking. The results show that the SAW method is able to provide the best alternative recommendations based on the highest preference values, thus helping farmers make more objective, measurable, and transparent decisions compared to conventional methods

Abstract

The low level of Generation Z engagement in personal financial management has become a challenge in the use of digital financial applications. Although Generation Z is highly familiar with technology, many still lack the habit of recording expenses, managing budgets, and monitoring their financial condition consistently. This study aims to design a web-based financial management application interface by integrating gamification elements to increase user engagement. The method used is User-Centered Design (UCD), which involves identifying user needs, designing the interface, developing prototypes, and evaluating the system. The design results produced several main features, including transaction recording, budget management, financial goals, and activity history. In addition, the system is equipped with gamification elements such as progress bars, streaks, badges, and rewards to improve user motivation. Functional testing showed that all system features operated according to user requirements. Usability evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) resulted in an average score of 79.9, which falls into the good and acceptable category. The analysis results indicate that the implementation of gamification can improve user motivation and engagement through progress visualization, immediate feedback, and habit formation through repeated activities. Therefore, the integration of gamification into the interface design of a web-based financial management application has proven effective in improving user experience and supporting the consistency of Generation Z in managing personal finances.
