Abstract

The National Amil Zakat Agency is an official body formed by the government domiciled in districts or cities and provinces whose task is to collect and distribute Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah. The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution of zakat carried out by the National Amil Zakat Agency in an effort to reduce poverty in Cilegon City. This type of research is field research, namely research whose data sources are obtained directly from the Cilegon City National Amil Zakat Agency and the research method is qualitative. Zakat distribution carried out by the Amil Zakat Agency in Cilegon City is in the form of providing business capital that is used for mustahik which aims to improve mustahik welfare and reduce poverty in Cilegon City.

Abstract

This article describes the principles of al-masyghul la yusyghal fiqh principles in one of the Islamic economic practices, namely the musyarakah mutanaqisah contract. The method used is descriptive literature by collecting various literature related to the object of study. This research tries to explore the law of musyarakah mutanaqisah contracts which are commonly used in sharia banking in Indonesia in relation to their legal status using one of the rules of fiqh. This research concludes that the musyarakah mutanaqisah contract is no different from the rules of al-masyghul la yusyghal fiqh because in principle these fiqh rules can only be applied to provisions if the law of origin of an object changes its nature and position. This is also in accordance with DSN-MUI fatwa Number 73 of 2008 concerning Musyarakah Mutanaqisah and DSN-MUI Decree Number 1 of 2013 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Musyarakah Mutanaqisah in Financing Products.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Sharia Pawnshop Gorontalo Branch, aiming to find out 1). Does Gold Price Fluctuation (X1), and Gold Savings Marketing Strategy (X2) affect Customer Transaction Interest (Y2) mediated by Pandemic Situation (Y1) , at Pegadaian Syariah Gorontalo Branch The results showed that the two behavioral variables of Gold Price Fluctuations (X1), and the Gold Savings Marketing Strategy (X2) had a Positive and Significant Effect, which was indicated by a Fluctuation significance value of 0.00 less than 0.05 and a positive beta coefficient of 0.16. , the significance value of Marketing Strategy is 0.00 less than 0.05 which means it is significant and the beta coefficient is positive at 0.52 Furthermore, the two Gold Price Fluctuation variables (X1), and the Gold Savings Marketing Strategy (X2), together have a positive and significant effect mediated by the Pandemic Situation variable (y1) which is indicated by the direct influence of Gold Price Fluctuations on Customer Transaction Interest of 0.521 and the indirect effect of the Fluctuation variable on the Customer's Transaction Interest through the Pandemic Situation obtained the calculation results of 0.207 X 0.254 = 0.053 with a total effect of 0.441 and the direct influence of Marketing Strategy on Customer's Transaction Interest of 0.304 and the indirect effect of the Gold Savings Marketing Strategy variable on Customer's Transaction Interest through Situations Pandemic results obtained by the calculation of 0.293 X -0.254 = 0.074 with a total effect of 0.378

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference between the Non-Performing Financing (NPF) ratio and the Ratio of Operating Income to Operating Expenses (BOPO) in Islamic Banks before and during Covid-19. The type of research used in this study is a descriptive type of research with a quantitative approach, the object of this study is Non-Perfoming Financing (NPF) as a variable (X1) and Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO) as a variable (X2). The time of this study was conducted from September 2, 2022 to September 14, 2022. The data source used in this study is secondary data sourced from the Financial Services Authority website through the OJK website. The population of this study is all shari'a banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. The results of this study are that there is no difference in financing performance at shari'a banks before and during Covid-19. Based on a significance value of 0.562 with a profitability of 0.000 > 0.05, so that the NPF value before Covid-19 and during Covid-19 did not experience a significant difference. Based on the significance value of 0.577 with a profitability of 0.000 > 0.05, so that the result is no difference in the ratio of operating expenses to operating income (BOPO) in sharia banks before Covid-19 and during Covid-19 did not experience a significant difference.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain analyzing the influence of Islamic Banking Service Quality and Islamic Brand on customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sarolangun. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample was used by Proportional Stratified Random Sampling.   Methods   of   data   collection   using   observation,   questionnaires,   and documents. Data analysis method using Multiple Regression Analysis. The results show that Islamic Banking Service Quality and Islamic Brand have a simultaneous effect on customer  loyalty  of  Bank  Syariah  Indonesia  KCP  Sarolangun.  Partially,  Islamic Banking Service Quality and Islamic Brand also simultaneously affect customer loyalty of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sarolangun. Adjusted R Value Square of 0.208 = 20.8% means that the independent variable jointly affects the dependent variable by 20.8% and the rest is influenced by other variables not included in the study.
