Abstract

Tujaun penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pembinaan guru pembelajar Pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) SMP melalui kompetensi kinerja. Penelitian ini merupakan metode deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif sedangkan populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PJOK Kabupaten Klaten sebanyak 34 orang. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket kualitas kinerja guru PJOK yang telah dikembangkan oleh peneliti terdiri dari kualitas kerja, ketepatan kerja, inisiatif dalam kerja, dan kemampuan kerja. Reduksi data, verifikasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen pembinaan guru pembelajar melalui kompetensi kinerja dalam kategori baik, hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil analisis deskriptif frekuensi kategori setuju memperoleh nilai tertinggi sebesar 78,9%. Nemun demikian perlunya dilakukan penelitian selanjutnya untuk menentukan kinerga guru pembelajar salah satunya mempertimbangkan kompetensi kepribadian, sosial, dan professional serta mempertimbangkan lingkungan sosial terkait dengan peningkatan kinerja guru PJOK di lingkungan kementrian Pendidikan, kebudayaan, riset, dan teknologi direktorat guru tenaga Pendidikan pada pusat pengembangan dan pemberdayaan pendidik dan tenaga Pendidikan jasmani dan bimbingan konseling.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengembangan Buku Ajar Elektronik Interaktif (BAEI) berbantuan google slide dan quizizz. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi literatur dan studi lapangan. Subjek penelitiannya adalah guru dan siswa kelas VIII. Studi literatur dilaksanakan dengan mengumpulkan berbagai penelitian dan sumber yang relevan. Sedangkan studi lapangan diperoleh dengan menyebarkan angket kebutuhan produk secara online menggunakan google form kepada guru dan siswa di SMP Negeri 12 Pontianak. Berdasarkan studi literatur buku ajar elektronik interaktif (BAEI) berbantuan google slide dan quizizz dapat membantu siswa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil studi lapangan ditemukan bahwa 100% guru sangat membutuhkan bahan ajar selain yang disediakan sekolah dan 60% guru beranggapan bahwa bahan ajar lain seperti BAEI berbantuan google slide dan quizizz sangat menarik jika diterapkan. Sedangkan 90% siswa merasa kesulitan memahami materi koordinat kartesius, 90% siswa merasa membutuhkan bahan ajar lain selain yang disediakan dari sekolah dan 100% siswa menyatakan ingin mengguunakan bahan ajar seperti BAEI berbantuan google slide dan quizizz dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Salingka Kato is the title of a compositional creation of Indonesian music originating from the phenomenon of the customary system in Jorong Pabalutan, Kanagarian Rambatan. The choice of title was related to the context and consideration of the form of working for the creation as a whole. The customary system found in the Jorong Pabalutan Kanagarian Rambatan community became the source of the work creation. The contexts obtained from the research were regeneration, socialization and synchronization. The creation effort which was done to interpret the context was to make an analogy into the work of music by considering the musical capital and the form of the work. The first part is about interpreting the deal that developed in the demands of regeneration with tittle of work Babalah Sibak Baju. The second part is about interpretation effort on dialectics that happen because of dissent in deliberation and congregation. On the third part, the interpretation about the differences can be accepted by the public with a Sasuai tittle. The work approach used in the embodiment of Salingka Kato's work was Re-Interpretation and the form of the work creation presented was not related to the musical culture used.

Abstract

This study discusses the design and manufacture of simple grass cutter sickles, while the benefits are useful for helping grass seekers during the process of cutting grass who have been using sickles as a traditional lawn mower to make it more comfortable to use. Simple grass cutter sickle consists of several components, namely iron and wood, Design for the main frame using steel, Supporting applications in making product shape design using software inventor so that images of the product are obtained. The fabrication process is carried out in the workshop until the sickle is ready in a shape according to the design in the drawing. After the tool is complete, the next step is the testing phase. The testing phase was carried out in paddy fields. The parameter to be observed is the comfort of using the sickle.

Abstract

This research aimed to figure out student learning experience toward fully instruction of web-based learning during the pandemic of covid-19 in IKIP PGRI Pontianak. Descriptive qualitative method was implemented in this research. The total sample were 30 students from the second semester of English Education Program at IKIP PGRI Pontianak in the academic year of 2019/2020. It was determined by cluster sampling which took A Morning Class. This research used open-ended questions designed by Vai and Sosulski (2011) which consisted of four elements learning experience namely learner, mentor, knowledge and environment as the indicator of this research. There were 10 questions in the questionnaire. The data findings analyzed by using transcription. Triangulation was implemented in this research to determine the accuracy or the credibility of the data findings. The research findings indicated that the implementation of web-based learning was convenient for the students to keep continuing the learning activities during the pandemic of covid-19. However, the student still preferred conventional (face-to-face) learning because the intensity of teaching learning process made lecturers’ explanation easier for them to comprehend the material. Though the lecturers’ instructions and feedback during learning via the web was satisfied and supported the students but it did not help them much because of some reasons such as bad internet connection. Most of students live in a village that has bad internet connection. It made some of the students had to go to downtown in order to get good internet connection so they would not missed the class but sometimes the lecturers did not start the class on the schedule. So, they felt difficult to follow the class. Besides, the students also felt difficult to ask or discuss regarding the materials they did not understand even though the lecturers let them ask whenever they were confused but it was hard to understand by texting or chatting. Without understanding the materials, they should finish all assignments by the deadline given. Due to this case, during web-based learning the students wanted the content design for the material display in a video format thus they can download it after the signal is available. Perhaps, it can help them understand the material and do not worry about the signal error. In conclusion, the students actually could not study well through web based learning. They wanted to study as usual in a class by convenient or face to face learning.
