Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and discipline on the performance of SMA NEGERI 1 TEMPEH Lumajang employees, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees of SMA NEGERI 1 TEMPEH Lumajang. The number of samples in the study were 32 respondents. The sampling technique used is the census sample. The research method used is a quantitative research method using data analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression. Data collection method used in this study using a questionnaire. The results showed that the motivational variable did not have a partial significant effect on employee performance. Then for the work discipline variable it does not have a partial significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously the variables of motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. For SMA NEGERI 1 TEMPEH Lumajang, suggested that more often to provide motivation, especially for employees so that they can spur and encourage them to do a good job.

Abstract

Background: Low back pain often occurs in middle age, namely between 45-65 years. Where one of the causes of low back pain is due to trauma or improper body position when bending so that over time it can cause a Hernia Nucleus Pulposus (HNP). HNP itself is a condition where the nucleus pulposus comes out and protrudes, which then presses towards the spinal canal through the torn annulus fibrosus. In Indonesia, the prevalence of HNP has not been specifically stated, but the prevalence of joint disease increases significantly at the age of more than 45 years. Objective: To know the physiotherapy management using the ir, tens, and exercise therapy methods (core exercise) in cases of low back pain ec hernia nucleus pulposus L5-S1. Methods: Research using the Case Report method conducted at Dr Sarjito General Hospital Yogyakarta in a 62 yearold female patient diagnosed with physiotherapy for low back pain ec hernia nucleus pulposus L5-S1 with complaints of easy aches and pain from the lower back radiating to the legs. Patients were given interventions in the form of ir, tens, and exercise therapy (core exercise) which was done once a week. Results: Physiotherapy modalities in the form of IR, TENS, and Exercise Therapy in the form of Core Exercise are able to reduce muscle spasms, tenderness and motion pain, increase range of motion of joints, and increase in functional activity. Conclusion: Based on this study using the Case Report, it shows that physiotherapy management with the exercise therapy method in cases of low back pain ec hernia nucleus pulposus L5-S1, as a whole, the evaluation results obtained showed an improvement.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: carpal tunnel syndrome bilateral merupakan kelemahan pada tangan disertai nyeri pada daerah yang dialiri oleh nervus medianus. Keluhan yang dirasakan seperti perih, mati rasa, kesemutan, paresthesia (kesemutan semacam dibakar) sehingga mengganggu aktivitas fungsional. Fisioterapiu memberikan intervensi untuk perbaikan, pemulihan, dan peningkatan fisiologis tubuh dan fungsi fisik. Jenis terapi yang diberikan yaitu Tens, dan Active, passive, resisted exercise, stretching exercise, nerve gliding exercise, dan neurodynamic mobilization. Tujuan: Mengetahui manajemen fisioterapi dan efektivitas terapi dengan Tens, dan Active, passive, resisted exercise, stretching exercise, nerve gliding exercise, dan neurodynamic mobilization. Metode: Penelitian dengan metode Case Report yang dilaksanakan di rumah sakit RSUD Pandan Arang Boyolali pada seorang pasien perempuan berusia 51 tahun terdiagnosa fisioterapi Carpal Tunnel Syndrome bilateral dengan keluhan kebas, kesemutan, tidak bisa merasakan dingin dan nyeri pasien kesulitan untuk melakukan pekerjaan dan melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari di rumah. Pasien diberikan intervensi berupa tens dan terapi latihan yang dilakukan 1 minggu 2 kali. Hasil: Terapi latihan yang dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali didapatkan hasil adanya penurunan nyeri, peningkatan kekuatan otot, peningkatan LGS tangan, belum ada peningkatan aktivitas fungsional. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan penelitian menggunakan Case Report ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen fisioterapi dengan metode terapi latihan pada kasus Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Bilateral, secara keseluruhan hasil evaluasi yang didapatkan adanya peningkatan.

Abstract

One of the powers and responsibilities of the regional government in carrying out the wheels of government is regulated in Article 69 paragraph (1) of the 2014 Regional Government Law. The scope of the LKPJ material is the same, even though the Regional Head conveyed the scope of the LKPJ material there are 5 materials. Second, there is no clear standard for providing recommendations by the DPRD regarding the submission of Regional Head LKPj, even though the government has issued Government Regulation Number 3 of 2007 in terms of the body, explanation and attachments of government regulations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal construction of the district / city LKPj concept to achieve good regional autonomy. The research method is normative juridical research. The results showed the LKPj concept conveyed by the three Regional Heads (Mayor of Bekasi, Mayor of Tangerang, and Regent of Karawang) in order to realize good regional autonomy, in its implementation it has implemented good regional autonomy according to Van Der Pot, namely material household systems, home systems. stairs formally, and the real household system.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze factors affecting shophouse value in Lubuk Pakam City, Deli Serdang Regency. This type of research in this study uses quantitative research. Population in this study are shop owners or tenants in Lubuk Pakam City, totaling 268 shophouses. Method of determining the sample using purposive sampling. From the calculation, it is found that as many as 73 shophouses would be used as samples and then broken down into 3 sections according to the urban village in Lubuk Pakam City. The analysis in this study used descriptive statistical and partial (t) test. The results show that physical factor has a significant effect on shophouse value in Lubuk Pakam City, Deli Serdang Regency. Accessibility factor has a significant effect on shophouse value in Lubuk Pakam City, Deli Serdang Regency. Environmental factor has a significant effect on shophouse value in Lubuk Pakam City, Deli Serdang Regency. Facility factor has a significant effect on shophouse value in Lubuk Pakam City, Deli Serdang Regency.

Abstract

Background: Medial Patellofemoral Ligament (MPFL) is the main ligament that provides 60% defense against patella dislocation. MPFL reconstruction is one of several operative treatment approaches available to treat patellar instability, which is characterized by acute or recurrent patella dislocation, reduced functional activity, and decreased exercise activity. Objective: to determine the physiotherapy management using cryotherapy, electrotherapy, and exercise therapy methods in cases of post-reconstruction of the medial patellafemoral ligament. Methods: a study using the Case Report method conducted at the Bintang Physio Bandung Clinic in male patients aged 26 years, diagnosed with post-reconstructive physiotherapy of the Medial Patellafemoral Ligament. Results: there was a decrease in the level of pain, there was an increase in anthropometric measurements of the circumference of the upper and lower leg segments, which meant that there was an increase in quadriceps and hamstring muscle tone, an increase in the range of motion of the joints, an increase in the MMT value. Conclusion: based on research using case reports, it shows that physiotherapy management with the evaluation results obtained has increased.

Abstract

ACL reconstruction Is a surgical procedure by grafting the ACL using tendon tissue (Graft). This action is performed to restore stability to the knee and joint fixation. The condition after ACL reconstruction causes complications resulting in edema, pain, muscle weakness. The implementation of physiotherapy interventions in this case aims to determine the effect of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS), Range of Motion (ROM) exercise and Strengthening Exercise, in reducing pain, increasing range of motion and increase muscle strength in the knee joint. This research method was carried out directly to 1 respondent with an Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) post-reconstruction condition. Phase 1 with therapy 3 times in 2 weeks. After doing the therapy 3 times in 2 weeks, the results showed a decrease in pain, a decrease in edema, an increase in the range of motion of the joints, and an increase in muscle strength. The conclusion obtained is that physiotherapy interventions in cases of post-anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction phase 1 are proven to be able to reduce pain, edema, increase range of motion of joints and increase muscle strength.

Abstract

The Central Java II Indonesia Stock Exchange Representative Office (KP BEI) has 26 Investment Galleries located in the former Surakarta Residency area. The purpose of this research is to find out the communication strategy used by KP BEI Central Java II in providing education about the capital market. The socialization process cannot be separated from the role of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Securities. The purpose of this study was to determine the communicator's strategy, message strategy and media use strategy in implementing capital market literacy education. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with data sources obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the communicator's strategy of KP BEI Central Java II was to collaborate with educational institutions to form a capital market study group to establish an investment gallery, while also involving micro, small and medium-sized businesses that have an influence on the community. Determination of the audience strategy consists of the general public, educational institutions such as schools and colleges and business actors. Message strategy through seminars, webinars, training, talk shows, advertisements. In the communication process there are several factors that must be considered, namely the communicator as the sender of the message, the communicator as the recipient of the message, and the means of communication. After communication there is a response in the form of a response from the recipient of the message to the sender of the message. The general message is to recognize the importance of learning about stocks and saving stocks. Strategies for using media through electronic, online and social media. For example, talk shows on radio, podcasts, live Instagram and Facebook, hybrid webinars linked to YouTube.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Penanganan cedera Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa prosedur yaitu rekonstruksi dan konservatif. Rekonstruksi Anterior Cruciate Ligament merupakan metode penggantian ACL yang biasanya menggunakan jaringan tendon hamstring atau tendon patella pasien itu sendiri (autograft). Kondisi umum yang sering dialami oleh seorang pasien setelah menjalani operasi rekonstruksi ACL yaitu adanya masalah komplikatif. Tujuan: Mengetahui efektifitas pemberian Icing dan exercise dalam penanganan kasus rehabilitasi post op. ACLR fase 3. Metode: Penelitian dengan metode Case Report yang dilaksanakan di klinik Fisioterapi Sport Injury Life Surakarta pada bulan Desember 2022. Pasien seorang laki – laki berusia 29 tahun, terdiagnosis Post Op. ALCR fase 3. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Setelah diberikan intervensi fisioterapi selama 3 kali pertemuan. Pada setiap pertemuan, terlihat terus mengalami peningkatan. Dapat menambahkan lingkup gerak sendi dan meningkatkan kekuatan otot fleksor knee dan ekstensor knee, serta mengurangi oedema pada area knee joint dan peningkatan kemampuan fungsional responden. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan penelitian, pemberian intervensi fisioterapi tersebut mampu efektif pada kasus ACLR fase 3.

Abstract

Background: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is a neuropathic pressure on the median nerve in the carpal tunnel at the wrist, precisely under the flexor retinaculum. Sensory and motor disturbances occur in the palm, phalanges I, II, III and medial phalange IV. Objective: To know the implementation of physiotherapy to reduce pain, tingling and numbness in cases of Left Carpal Tunnel Syndrome with Ultrasound, TENS and Nerve Gliding Exercise modalities. Methods: The study used the Case Report method conducted at the Surabaya Physiotherapy Clinic in a 55-year-old female patient diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Sinistra physiotherapy with complaints of pain in the left wrist that radiated to the 3rd and 4th fingers. The patient was given intervention in the form of Ultrasound, TENS, and Nerve Gliding Exercise which is carried out 1 week 2 times. Results: Physiotherapy modalities in the form of Ultrasound, TENS, and Nerve Gliding Exercise are able to reduce pain, numbness and numbness, increase joint scope and can restore functional activity. Conclusion: Based on this study using Case Reports, it shows that physiotherapy management using the Ultrasound, TENS, and Nerve Gliding Exercise methods in cases of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Sinistra as a whole resulted in an increase.
