Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of cafe atmosphere, product quality and lifestyle on consumer satisfaction at Doctor Kupi Café in Lhokseumawe City. The research sample was taken as many as 100 respondents from the Kupi Café Doctor Customer, through the distribution of questionnaires using the Purposive Sampling method, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations that is only given to customers. The results showed that there are partially three independent variables namely café atmosphere, product quality and lifestyle that have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. While simultaneously through the café atmosphere F test, product quality and lifestyle simultaneously influence customer satisfaction. Adjusted R square of 0.729 shows that 72.9 % of customer satisfaction variables are influenced by the three independent variables used in the regression equation. While the remaining 27.1 % is influenced by variables not included in this study.  Keywords:  Café Atmosphere, Product Quality, Lifestyle, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, product quality, and store atmosphere on competitive advantage in Resto Ayam Presto Cabe Hijo Business in Stabat City. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The samples in this study are 205 respondents selected using the Purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analyses with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate partially that service quality has a negative influence on competitive advantage, while price, product quality, and store atmosphere have a positive effect on competitive advantage. Simultaneously, service quality, price, product quality, and store atmosphere have a positive influence on competitive advantage. From the four independent variables used in this study, only product quality has the greatest influence on competitive advantage. Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Product Quality, Store Atmosphere,            Competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of internet technology knowledge, consumer trust, website/application quality, and product quality with online shopping decisions for fashion products among students of Malikussaleh University. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents, selected using Purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study partially show that internet technology knowledge (X1), consumer trust (X2), website/application quality (X3), and product quality (X4) significantly influence online shopping decisions for fashion products on Malikussaleh University students. Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction (a Case Study at JNE Company of Lhokseumawe City Branch). It is a quantitative descriptive study, and the population is all customers or consumers who use the JNE courier service in the Lhokseumawe City Branch, which is unlimited (infinite). The type of non-probability sampling used by researchers in this study is Accidental sampling. This study uses primary and secondary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were selected using a sample research technique based on chance, namely selecting respondents by visiting respondents and then selecting prospective respondents who are met by chance. The data analysis method used is a multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS. The results show that physical evidence has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at JNE companies, reliability has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction at JNE companies, responsiveness has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at JNE companies, and assurance has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction at JNE companies and empathy has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at JNE companies.Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the effect of physical evidence and educational service products on student decisions to choose a management study program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Malikussaleh. The number of samples obtained in this study was 270 respondents. The data were processed using the SPSS program and analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The results of the research and data analysis were partially obtained, physical evidence and service products significantly influenced the student's decision to choose the Management Study Program at the University of  Malikussaleh Lhokseumawe. Keywords: physical evidence and service products, purchase decisions

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of security, brand name and word of mouth on brand trust on the purchase of the nature republic soothing and moisturizing aloe vera product 92% soothing gel for students at the Faculty of Economics, Malikussaleh University. This study used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to all 96 respondents. The results of this study indicate that partially there are security, brand name and Word of mouth have significantly effect on brand trust. Simultaneously, security, brand name and word of mouth have an effect on brand trust on the purchase of a product of nature republic soothing and moisturizing aloe vera 92%  soothing gel on students of Economics and Business Faculty, Malikussaleh University.   Keywords: Security, Brand Name, Word of Mouth and Brand Trust

Abstract

 This study aims to examine the effect of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on consumer satisfaction (Studies in the Library of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Malikussaleh). The data used are primary data by using accidental sampling method. The sample used was 142 visitors to the Library of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Malikussaleh. The results of the study partially show that the variables of Physical Evidence, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy have a significant effect on the variable of Customer Satisfaction (Studies in the Library of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Malikussaleh). While the reliability variable does not have a significant affect on to consumer Satisfaction variable (Study at the Library of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Malikussaleh). Simultaneously the results of this study indicate that physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have a significant effect on the dependent variable of consumer satisfaction (Studies in the Library of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Malikussaleh). Keywords: Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Guarantee of Empathy and Customer   Satisfaction
