Abstract

This study examines the effect of social media, promotion, and price on purchase decisions for Jotun paint at Cahaya Warna Store in Jeunieb subdistrict. The data used in this study was primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26. The results partially showed that social media positively and significantly influence purchasing decisions for Jotun paint at the Cahaya Warna store in Jeunieb subdistrict, and price positively and significantly influenced purchase decisions for Jotun paint at Cahaya Warna store in Jeunieb subdistrict. Simultaneously, social media, brand, and price influenced purchasing decisions for Jotun paint at Cahaya Warna store in Jeunieb subdistrict.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of cafe atmosphere, product quality and lifestyle on consumer satisfaction at Doctor Kupi Café in Lhokseumawe City. The research sample was taken as many as 100 respondents from the Kupi Café Doctor Customer, through the distribution of questionnaires using the Purposive Sampling method, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations that is only given to customers. The results showed that there are partially three independent variables namely café atmosphere, product quality and lifestyle that have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. While simultaneously through the café atmosphere F test, product quality and lifestyle simultaneously influence customer satisfaction. Adjusted R square of 0.729 shows that 72.9 % of customer satisfaction variables are influenced by the three independent variables used in the regression equation. While the remaining 27.1 % is influenced by variables not included in this study.  Keywords:  Café Atmosphere, Product Quality, Lifestyle, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study examined the effect of motivation, school image, and price perception on students' decisions in choosing a school at the Integrated Dayah Al-Muslimun Lhoksukon. This study used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to90 respondents selected using probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regressions with the help of SPSS 16.0. This study showed that motivation significantly influencedstudents' decisions in choosing schools at the Integrated Dayah Al-Muslimun Lhoksukon, school image significantly influenced students' decisions in choosing schools at the Integrated Dayah Al-Muslimun Lhoksukon, and price perceptions significantly influenced students' decisions in choosing schools at the Integrated Dayah Al-Muslimun Lhoksukon. Simultaneously, motivation, school image, and price perception significantly influenced students' decisions in choosing a school at the Integrated Dayah of Al-Muslimun Lhoksukon.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengembangan Karir   dan Disiplin  terhadap  Kinerja Pegawai    dengan  kepuasan  kerja     sebagai  variabel intervening  (studi pada Sekretariat  Daerah Aceh Utara). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang bersumber dari penyebaran kuisioner kepada 150 orang  pegawai   yang berkerja  pada  Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Aceh Utara . Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil analisis data menemukan bahwa variabel Pengembangan Karir  berpengaruh   terhadap kepuasan kerja , demikian juga  variabel  disiplin  kerja   sedangkan  variabel  kepuasan kerja   tidak   berdampak  pada   kinerja pegawai demikian juga   variabel kepuasan  kerja  tidak menjadi  variabel  yang memediasi pengembangan karir  dan disiplin kerja  terhadap  kinerja pegawai  pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Aceh Utara.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically test and analyze the effect of village apparatus competence and the use of information technology on village fund management accountability through an internal control system. The respondents were 171 apparatus in Kecamatan Tanah Luas Kabupaten Aceh Utara Regencies taken using Census sampling. The analysis used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 21. The results of this study indicate that the competence of the village apparatus and the use of information technology have a positive effect on the accountability of village fund management. Meanwhile, the competence of the village apparatus and the use of information technology have a positive effect on the internal control system. The results show that the internal control system can mediate the competence of the village apparatus and the use of information technology on the accountability of village fund management in Kecamatan Tanah Luas Kabupaten Aceh Utara.

Abstract

Abstrak Strategi promosi dan pelayanan pariwisata menjadi subjek utama dalam penelitian ini. Pendekatan penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui studi literatur, yang melibatkan pembacaan literatur dari berbagai sumber termasuk buku, jurnal dan laporan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan deduktif. Temuan penelitian ini bahwa ada beberapa strategi promosi pariwisata yaitu periklanan (advertising), penjualan perorangan (personal selling), publisitas (publicity), promosi penjualan (sales promotion), dan pemasaran sponsorships (marketing sponsorships). Adapun strategi pelayanan pariwisata yaitu adalah bukti langsung (tangibles), keandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), keyakinan/jaminan (assurance), dan perhatian (empathy). Strategi promosi dan pelayanan pariwisata tersebut sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung wisata di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Promosi, Pelayanan, Pariwisata, Wisata

Abstract

The study presents the results of the impact of reinventing potential and financial independence on the entrepreneur character of millennial generation through social media in the era marketing 4.0. The data were obtained from a survey of 448respondents(student) from fourdepartement of Faculty Economic and Bussiness Malikussaleh University in Indonesia. The following statistical methods were used: descriptive statistics and structural eqution modelling analysis. The study found that reinventing potential, financial independence and social media has a significant effect on the entrepreneurial character of the millennial generation in IndonesiaAnother finding: Social media did not moderate the relationship between reinventing potential and the entrepreneurial character of the millennial generation, but social media was found to moderate the relationship between financial indenpendence and the entrepreneurial character of the millennial generation in the marketing era 4.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of product, price, place, and promotion on purchasing decisions for thrift by the people of Lhokseumawe City. This type of research is quantitative research with a population of consumers in Lhokseumawe City. The number of respondents was 112 people who were taken using a judgment sampling technique where the sample withdrawal was based on the personal judgment of the researcher concerned. The data source comes from primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, instrument test (validity and reliability), hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination and correlation test and analyzed with the help of SPSS version 16 application program. The results of this study indicate that partially the variables of product, price, place, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase thrift goods in the people of Lhokseumawe city. Product is the most dominant variable influencing consumer purchasing decisions with a t value of 3.519.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on consumer purchase intention, customer testimonials on consumer purchase intention and price perception on consumer purchase intention, also simultaneously as the influence of product quality, customer testimonials and price perception on consumer purchase intention Generation Z on MS Glow products in lhokseumawe city. This research method uses quantitative method with model selection using multiple linear regression, this research uses primary and secondary data where data collection is online and offline, by distributing links through google form and distributing questionnaires to respondents in lhokseumawe city, with non probability sampling techniques with criteria: consumers aged <17 years to 27 year, consumers who intend and who have never used MS Glow products, with a sample of 100 respondents, this study also used a likert scale. The results of this study prove that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intention, customer testimonials have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase, and price perception has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intention. Furthermore, the implications of this study are divided into two, namely: theoretical implications and managerial implications, where theoretical implications are the results that distinguish previous research from current research, with the aim to add insight and understanding for researchers and strengthen strengthen research results, while managerial implications refer to recommendations for decision making or the findings of researchers can provide information and useful advice for managers in making decisions, both individually and organizationally.

Abstract

This research is to examine the influence of service quality and customer trust on customer loyalty at PT. Global Jet Express (J&T) in Lhokseumawe with customer satisfaction as a mediating or intervening variable. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data using a questionnaire using Google Form. The data obtained was then processed using SmartPLS 3.0 analysis with the intervening effect. The analysis used includes: measurement model evaluation, structural model evaluation, and model fit evaluation. The results of this study show that the results of the H6 analysis test show that CS is able to mediate significantly and positively the influence of SQ on CL. This means that customer satisfaction can mediate or strengthen the service quality variable on customer loyalty at the J&T company. H7 shows that CS is able to mediate significantly and positively the effect of CT on CL. The higher the level of service quality and information access that the J&T expedition company has, the stronger the influence of customer trust will be on customer loyalty. This research can be a reference for J&T Lhokseumawe in designing strategies and policies to improve service quality and service access quality and increase trust in customers.
