Management Research and Behavior Journal (MRBJ) E-ISSN 2798-3617 is an international scholarly journal devoted in publishing papers using multidisciplinary approaches in management with a strong emphasis on business, human resources, finance and behaviour. Management Research and Behaviour Journal (MRBJ) aimed to provide research articles in order to have a significant implication on the world of management studies and to bridge the gap between theory and practice in management research. It is a two annual journal published and all articles submitted are in English. Our uniqueness focus on the impact of ever-changing world towards the society based on our niche area of research. Management Research and Behavior Journal (MRBJ) follows a double-blind peer-review process, whereby authors do not know reviewers and vice versa. The journal intends to serve as an outlet with strong theoretical and empirical research and the papers submitted to MRBJ should not have been published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Management Research and Behavior Journal (MRBJ) published periodically two times annually (June and December) by Department of Management, Universitas Malikussaleh, Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse how learning communication is carried out at Malikussaleh University using google meet which is carried out during online learning. This research uses qualitative methods. The data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. Data sources come from primary data and secondary data. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are that learning communication using google meet is considered less effective in learning and has advantages and disadvantages when used during learning. using google meet has disadvantages such as requiring a stable signal, using a lot of quota, and consuming a large mobile phone memory capacity because lecture material is sent via email or whatsap, then a little difficult to be interactive and an inadequate learning environment causes unfocused learning and sore eyes and fatigue due to staring at the screen for a long time and many students become passive.

Abstract

This study purpose to determine the influence of the learning environment on student self-actualization with academic culture as an intervening variable. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the entirety students of the Program Study of Management of 2018-2020 totaled 592 person with a sample of 86 person. Data were collected using questionnaires. The data analysis method of this study is descriptive statistical analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique, with Partial Least Square (PLS) as a tool to process it using the SmartPLS program (v.3.2.9). The results showed that the learning environment positively and significantly affects the self-actualization of students, the learning environment has a positive and significant effect on academic culture, academic culture has a positive and significant effect on student self-actualization and the learning environment has a positive and significant effect on student self-actualization through academic culture.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of additional compensation on employee performance at PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Witel Medan. To determine the effect of job satisfaction and employee performance on additional compensation at PT. Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Witel Medan. To determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Witel Medan. To determine the effect of additional compensation and employee performance on job satisfaction at PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Witel Medan. The approach in this research is included in the quantitative research approach. The population used as a sample is all employees of PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Witel Medan, totalling 70 people. The data analysis technique in this study uses Structural Equational Modelling (SEM) using Smart-PLS 3. The results of testing the first hypothesis show that the additional compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Telkom. The results of testing the third hypothesis show that the additional compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Telkom. The results of testing the fifth hypothesis show that the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Telkom. The results of the sixth test show that employee job satisfaction mediates the effect of additional compensation on performance at PT Telkom by showing a positive but insignificant effect.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect dimensions of Organizational Justice (distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice) on Organizational Commitment to employees of PT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk. The population in this study were all head office employees of PT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk by saturated sample of 102 people. primary Data collected by questionnaire, The analysis method used is multiple linear analysis technique using SPPS 26. The results of this study found that distributive justice And interactional justice have a positive and significant on organizational commitment. while Procedural justice has no effect on organizational commitment.  Based on the coefficient analysis determination, the R value is 0.788, which shows that the relationship between all dimensions of organizational justice and organizational commitment is quite strong. The R Square value is 0.620 which indicates that 62% of the organizational commitment variable can be explained by organizational justice.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of product, price, promotion and distribution on the marketing strategy of small and medium enterprises located in Lhokseumawe City. For the purposes of data analysis, qualitative and quantitative methods are used. The data used is primary data.  The results of the study prove that partially, the variables of Product, Price, Promotion, Distribution affect the sales volume of Small and Medium Enterprises Products in Lhokseumawe City. Furthermore, the results of simultaneous testing prove that Ftabel of 3.00 is much smaller than F count of 11.044. The Correlation Coefficient (R) of 0.790 or 79.0%, this means that the Product, Price, Promotion and Distribution factors have a strong relationship with the marketing strategy of small and medium enterprises The Determination Coefficient (R2) of 0.624 or 62.4%, this means that small and medium business products are influenced by marketing strategies, the remaining 37. 6% is influenced by other variables outside this study, while the Adjusted R Square is 0.324 or 32.4%, this means that the Dependent Variable marketing strategy can be explained by variations in Product, Price, Promotion, Distribution which is an Independent Variable.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of audit opinion, solvability and profitability on audit delay in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study were all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In sampling, the author uses a purposive sampling technique, namely the sampling method using certain criteria. Data obtained from the publication of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses as many as 53 sample with multiple linear regression estimates. The results of the study found that the profitability variable had a negative and significant effect on audit delay, while audit opinion and solvability had not effected on the audit delay variable.
